Subway in Waltham Forest

To begin,I’d like to say that the food was ultimately mediocre as I was served by a very very stingy woman.i believe she was of south Asian decent and that subway need to rethink who they hire.She had even went as far to tell me I shouldn’t have that much toppings and thought it was incredibly inappropriate.Nevertheless,she had also zero customer service and I dread when I walk in and see that it is her and not my usual man.

I've ordered from here a few times and my sub never came toasted when I specifically asked for it toasted. I believe this is a sign of laziness and non care for the customer. Severely disappointed, tried to call to complain to the people working but alas they didn't even pick up the phone. Won't be ordering from here again.

I ordered a footlong with waffle fries. I only received the footlong and no waffle fries. I was disappointed by this.

Was served by Tabassum. Offered great service, was very helpful and was very nice to be served from. Highly recommend coming to this Subway if you want a good experience.

I watched the courier on the app. He went in completely the wrong direction, getting further and further away from my house. He eventually turned round and came back to finally deliver it. The side order was stone cold and the sandwich a congealed mess. Really disappointed but this seems to be the norm recently with anything I order from Just Eat - they just don’t seem to care anymore as a company.

Delivery time and food was of good quality … however I live in a block of flats the the driver left the food by the entry door to the block unattended

Absolutely disgusting service. I bought a sandwich today, the lady didn't wrap the sandwich properly, didn't give me a bag . Had to ask for a bag , then she just left it on the till. No manners. Very rude.

Sandwich was incorrect, asked for tomatoes and no cucumber but got cucumber no tomato

The mozzarella balls were cold and the food was packaged terrible almost inedible.The only nice thing was the cookies

I would give 0 stars if I could because the treatment I received was extremely disturbing. One of the works was extremely rude to me and refused to service me because because I said my sandwich is burnt and I want another one.

Food was stone cold and had been clearly cooked before the driver got to the restaurant - and why did that take 30 minutes in itself - 10 minutes to allocate a driver, then 20 minutes more for him to actually show up at the restaurant. Very poor service today.

I did not receive my food, it says delivered and the driver has not even come. No phone call from the driver - and even when I repeatedly call the restaurant nobody picks up.

3 times i have now come in last 2 weeks to use my subway points and i have been told subway card machine is not working, staff are unhelpful they should at least take my subway id and write off points after or be thoughtful - 0 incentive service is horrible.

I didnt ask for any sauce and it arrived with sauce so had to throw it in the bin! Waste of money

First and last time i order from here. I been using just eat for few years now and its the first time i ordered subway wrong items delivered items missing and the salad box had ingredients i specifically asked not to be put as i am allergic but they still put them. Left hungry and angry 0 stars don't recommend it for anyone

They advertised a 500ml of Pepsi, I recieved a 325 ml bottle. The nachos were not as advertised/alternative product recieved. The food quality and quantity did not match the price. I was quite hungry and at that hour no where would deliver except subway. While the food was sufficient for my hunger, and I anticipate paying more for unsociable hours deliver/takeout a £6- £8 total would of been appropriate for the amount/type of food.

3rd time ordering from this branch and every order has be correct. Always quickly delivered too. No complaints here :D

I asked for toasted it was cold and untoasted I asked for 9 grain wheat it was plain bread I asked for American style cheese it was cheese slices l asked for regular Pepsi it was Pepsi max apart from that the food was good and tasty

Ordered chicken sub which wasn’t available so they replaced to pepperoni without contacting me when they had my contact details not happy as no one likes pepperoni

I love subway break fast b4 work .it was my first Subway experience with this branch .I was bit rush ,so she done the job quickly & smoothly. It was Wednesday morning . I guess her name in something like Zum… didn’t get the Receipt ,just saw name batch. Definitely will come back again .keep up good work guys .

I've been here some days ago and I've ordered a subway and i clearly said to put sweetcorn and then the lady (asian one) she did put pickles and squeeze them into the bread and i said that i wanted sweetcorn and then she took them away and put sweetcorn that is so unprofessional, today i went back there and i ordered another one again and she took my order also again she wanted to put cucumber instead of pickles, and also she put the whole ingredient besides the bread and all the paper was just full of meat and other vegetables, of course she did this in purpose, so guys you should really find better people to work at your restaurant, extremely disappointed

Didn’t receive what I ordered. Expecting steak and cheese but some revolting veggie patty thing instead. No cookie as ordered. Disappointed with service today as they’re usually very good.

The subs were really great. Whoever made ours followed the notes well, it's so appreciated. No mix ups and the extra cookie was very lovely. Packaged well and wasn't messy. Thank you so much. Will order again 😊.

Hello Subway, Sorry but the food that we ordered today was not good, seamed old. The food was cold, no sauces on the side, nachos came dried and old, literally tossed. You put ketchup in the tuna sandwich and insted of olives you put sweetcorn, just looking and tasting like a complete disaster. Just bad, ended up throwing It all away.

Didn't give me the right food made all the subs the same it wasn't nice I call it lazy -_- not happy has I couldn't eat the meat !!!!
