Cheap cuts of meat ! Staff not overly friendly and when it's busy you can see the pressure on the staff and they become not so friendly sadly !!

Delicious, very generous portions. Friendly. Cant do enough for you! Restaurant or home delivery lovely staff.

A clear example of a joint putting profit before their customers, I have decided to treat the family to a takeaway, we have ordered the Lydia special for £25 , this turned out at my door fairly quickly to my mind this is an indication that they are not busy and rightly so for the quality this was on offer, the Lydia special is a combination of mixed grilled meats, it was very disappointing as the meat was super salty knowing full well that Citric acid or Chinese salt is widely used in many kebab houses to tenderize cheap quality meat.the salad was warm and smelly for sitting in room temperature, the chicken wings were full of hair and the lamb ribs were too fatty to eatAll in all, a disappointing experience. not to be repeated again as I will not be ordering of this restaurant again.

Went there a while back, had some halloumi that was nicely fried, not burnt at all, along with a chicken shish kebab. Came with rice and some salad garnishing the plate, was really great! Would definitely go again!

Gran atención a clientes y no seas tímido en lo que se refiere a las cantidades.Mi mujer y yo solemos pedir la barbacoa mixta y algunos extras. La parrillada mixta ha conseguido más pequeño, no hay pollo y cordero kebabs incluido más ... Las porciones de arroz son absolutamente diminuto y el núcleo del contenido ha sido reemplazada con costillas muy grasas que suele ir en la papelera por desgracia.En general ya que cambiar de dirección y personal cambiante es un terrible lugar para comer!Supongo que sólo puede mejorar!!

Este lugar es un poco oscuro y lúgubre, aunque sé que han trabajado arduamente para mejorar el interior en los últimos meses.Por desgracia basándonos en esto, no parece demasiado cómodo para comer en ... y es una pena porque (lo más importante) - la comida es genial!!Una buena selección de entrantes y platos principales, aparte de las normales que cabe esperar de un tipo kebab restaurante.Mi esposa dijo el pescado era magnífico.Mi kebabs mixto fue servido con arroz y cuscús, lo que fue una agradable sorpresa.Y siempre me gusta un buen vaso de Efes (lager) cuando he turca, y estoy contento de ver que en el menú.En general, muy contentos con la comida, pero el restaurante en sí estaba bien.

Restaurant has recently changed name. We tried a few times and found food quality was excellant, if our local restaurant hadn't burnt down we would have never tried this little gem.

Los camareros eran inexpertos y nerviosos, había aproximadamente 5 camareros diferentes que asistieron a nuestra mesa, el que era un poco abrumador y uno de ellos impactó en la cabeza con el plato por error. Cuando recibimos la factura el recibo era mano escrita y la mano al escribir era muy malo y difícil de entender. Los precios también han subido! Pero la comida ha ido cuesta abajo. Lo más chocante lo que sucedió fue cuando se paga la factura era que nos dijeron por el gerente/camarero (creo) que el proyecto de ley no incluyen el 10% de cargo por servicio y repitió este un número de veces, mi hermana le dije que no quería pagar el cargo por servicio y me contestó "oh no quieres pagar? ", me pareció muy grosera y estamos ansiosos, ¿cómo puede pedir un consejo? Me dio vergüenza para él para ser sincero y nos sentimos muy incómodos después de esto. Yo definitivamente no puede comer aquí otra vez, lo cual es una pena ya que he estado comiendo aquí desde que era un niño. Os recomiendo que comer en otro lado.

Vimos este lugar abierto y crecer, todo el mundo que habían estado allí siempre le cantaron las alabanzas. Lo que no me puedo quejar de nada, comer en el restaurante o para llevar. Poco a poco, y sin duda, bajando la colina tiene Rolle'. Puedes comer cualquier plato de cordero, sin dientes de acero inoxidable, frío, que se convirtieron en una víctima de su propio éxito, cantidad era necesario, la calidad era olvidado. Una pena, solía decir todo el mundo acerca de este lugar, que todavía lo hacen, pero ahora me diga, mantente alejado,

Yo era un cliente en este restaurante esta noche, cuando l e interpelar Fuimos testigos de un altercado entre el director y un grupo de mujeres. Parecía que una de las camareras cayó accidentalmente un cuchillo en una de las mujeres I-pad y había roto la pantalla. El director era muy agresiva y muy enojado hacia las mujeres que l parece que estamos sólo buscando una disculpa. Nunca había visto algo como esto, él estaba gritando en sus caras y echaron una de las mujeres para repartir el plato que el cuchillo, a la camarera. Esto no es lo que esperaba l en una noche. No volveré nunca más volver a este restaurante, la agresión l vimos desde el gerente era totalmente inaceptable. Espero que las mujeres están bien?

Food is always fresh, tasty and hot when served, they even pack it up for you to take home. Service is wonderful with friendly staff, come here quite often. Take away is very good too.

orderd special mix and told them keep rice and couscous separate from meat as one person does not like it, they charged £2.00 extra to do this and delivered food with meat covered in rice and couscous. Tried for 15 minutes to call them and tell them it was no good but phone constantly engaged like it was off the hook. How difficult could it be to keep the rice separate from the meat?Obviously to difficult for staff to carry out such a simple request despite charging £2.00 for not doing so.

I came here with my friend after we had our hair cut based on the recommendation of my hair dresser. I must say the food was absolutely delicious! The service was fab and the price was more than reasonable! We will definitely be coming back here again!

I went with two friends to Beyaz Kosk on recommendation from a friend who lives near the restaurant and goes there often. I have never seen so much gorgeous food in my life. All three of us chose the turkish mixed grill, so we were served with an enormous plate of food from which we could all partake. The service was prompt and friendly, the surroundings fine, but THE FOOD !!!!! This is seriously one of the most enjoyable meals out I have had in my life, and will definitely return as soon as I can. Oh, and I should add, the prices are VERY reasonable. We paid around £40 for three of us, including starters and drinks.

We went here with friends for dinner it was fantastic. Great menu - food is amazing and reasonably priced. Staff extremely pleasant and very attentive. Cannot fault anything. Will be recommending to all our friends and family. A first class restaurant with first class food and service.

After visiting a really fabulous Turkish restaurant in Australia my Mother and I had been craving some Turkish food. We were looking for somewhere inexpensive, yet authentic and we came across Beyaz Köşk.It was a Saturday and we went here for lunch where apart from us there was only one other customer... So it's safe to say it was very quiet! The staff, as expected, were therefore very attentive but not a nuisance in any way - Just the right balance. We opted for a variety of small dishes to satisfy our cravings and went for some grilled halloumi, Turkish pizza, mucver and the mixed hot starters platter.The interior is very relaxed and has a South-eastern European vibe to it. All the staff are very friendly and the service was very quick.Overall, while it seemed slightly overpriced, given its location, I would definitely recommend it.

We went here on the 5/4/2014 for my god daughters birthday. The restaurant was very busy and I was very pleased to see Turkish families having dinner here.The service was attentive and light hearted and the waiters did all they could to make the occasion memorable.The food was definitely the star of the show the meat was nicely cooked and still tender and moist and the salads and rice were very good.The drinks were not grossly over priced with a bottle of Jacobs Creek chardonnay at £20 and Effes beer £3 a bottle.Certainly not the cheapest Turkish meal I've had but well worth the money.
