the food was ok and had flavour, unfortunately that's where it ended it was stone cold upon arrival, popadoms were definitely stale and soggy along with the nan bread , the main dishes were ok but probably would have been nice if it tasted fresher

I thought my first order was amazing, so I had to order again just to make sure it wasn't a fluke, but this order was just as amazing!!! so much flavor, good amount of tender meat in dishes and rice was plentiful and yummy. would highly recommend 👌

EDIT: Food is stunning here - cannot fault it! Thank you Indian Valley. Always our go-to and we appreciate the customer service when things have been incorrect in the past so I hate to review this. However, we had the wrong curry delivered last night and when we were sent a new one after an hour, it was still the wrong curry.. I couldn’t eat it as I can no longer eat coconut. I was just told the correct curry couldn’t be sent despite over 30 mins remaining until close. I had to eat rice and Bombay potato for dinner which was really disappointing and I didn’t receive a call today to rectify as promised.

I still have not received my food which was ordered 2 hours ago. I have called the restaurant 4 times and they have provided no help. Seriously not impressed

Just tried Indian Valley for the first time. Have to say, the food quality was excellent, good portion sizes and friendly staff. There is a decent selection available on the menu and overall I thought it was good value for money. We will use again. Thank you.

Ordered food at 6:48pm. Called well over an hour. Told 20 min wait. Waited still no food called to cancel. Lady on phone said he’s just left now. But apologised for inconvenience and continued to cancel order. 2 mins later a guy was at my door with delivery 9pm. Explains I canceled it as no need now as gone past the hunger and waiting too long he was apologetic but still wasn’t happy with service at this time. We haven’t ever had a problem before when ordering but this time we was really let down.

food stone cold after waiting 15 mins passed my scheduled time. they sent my order out for delivery to a wrong address instead of me collecting it. didn’t replace the order or anything complimentary. shocking experience really and all went in the bin. Stone cold

Jalfrezi was so bland, left a peppery feel on the tongue and that’s it. And some of the chicken was poor quality / chewy. Again, more poor quality / chewy chicken in the chicken tikka main and not much flavour. Thought we would try a different place tonight but regret it as didn’t enjoy it at all.

I’m truly disappointed to say that this once-loved Indian restaurant has taken a nosedive in quality since changing ownership. The charm and richness that the food once had are now nowhere to be found. Take the chicken tikka masala, for example—it used to be a vibrant, rich red with a deep, savory flavor. Now, it’s a sad, watery orange with none of the depth it once had. As for the pilau rice, it tastes like a bland, flavorless Tesco microwave meal, and certainly not what you'd expect from a reputable restaurant. The portions are also smaller, but the prices have skyrocketed. It’s truly a shame because this place used to be a favorite of mine. Now, with the new management and skyrocketing prices, it feels like a cheap, mass-produced version of what it once was. Sadly, I won't be ordering or eating here again. I plan on walking in soon to ask for the details of the previous owners—this place has lost its soul, and I’d love to know who’s responsible for turning a beloved local gem into something so disappointing.

The delivery was very quick, the food was delicious. I ordered the mixed kebab starter which was fantastic, very nicely spiced, so tasty, the king prawn madras was perfectly cooked, just right, not overdone like in some places, tender and juicy, the rice was also perfect and the chick peas with spinach was amazing. Originally I gave this place a weak review, and at the time it was deserved. Surprisingly they have won me over, which many places never do. I have had a nightmare recently with ordering fast food locally, many orders have been messed up or failed to arrive but with Indian Valley I can count on them to not only be quick at delivery but to have my food piping hot. Fancied a McDonald's tonight and after a 2 hour wait my order was cancelled, so I got Indian Valley to fill the void and make this Hangry man fulfilled, it's not even been half an hour and the delivery driver is here. Quality service and quality food.

What can I say... This restaurant is simply amazing, It's a hidden gem 💎. From the welcome you receive from the whole team on entering the establishment, to the banter you hear with the regulars this really is such a friendly and welcoming restaurant. The menu is extremely large and the staffs knowledge of all the products on offer is outstanding. As someone who literally finds a korma at times Hot, there was a huge variety of dishes in offer for all palates. The Chicken Chaat and Lamb Chaat are my Personal favourites aswell as the Lamb Biriani with a Pshwari Naan 😋 . Having eaten in and had delivery's to my home, the delivery drivers are also so friendly and it's nice to see the same regular faces. The prices are really reasonable and the portion sizes are large, definitely worth every penny. The restaurant also offers a fantastic offer midweek and Sundays on a banquet menu which is extremely popular whenever we attend. Thank you so much for providing wonderful service in all aspects of your buisness, we cannot wait to attend again soon.

Just ordered off Uber eats the delivery was fast but the food was very greasy. Peas rice not many peas and rice greasy and not flavoured also Bombay Aloo not flavoured well. Will not be coming back here.

We went for a meal here and all I can say is fab the staff are so friendly and the service is 5 star wouldn’t go anywhere else. Most importantly is the food sooo lovely. My son is autistic and they cater for him too highly recommend.

Nice in general, but let down a little by missing 2 of our starters from the meal for 4. We ordered quite a few extras on top of the set meal, so didn't realise until we were well under way. I'm sure the onion bhajis and samosa we didn't get, would have been nice though.

Mixed starter- Lamb was like chewing gum. Very disappointed, was unable to eat it. Chicken in the tikka masala also hard. But everything else was tasty.
