Very tasty homemade food. Would recommend.

Authentic indian food with good portion sizes, they make excellent celebration cakes on order as well.

First time I've had an Indian takeaway from mummy's and I was very pleasantly surprised fresh and tasty full of flavour the mint chicken dish is amazing we shall be back for more It would be nice to have a side salad option

It really wasn't as good as the other reviews dictate. 2/5. The mushroom rice bearly tasted like mushrooms, may as well of had plain. Chicken tikka masala, runny, tasted like plastic. Biriani sauce went in the bin, poor. Chicken was good quality. Naan better than average. Was worth a try, there is far better in the local area. If you want a good Indian, go to viceroy, saha, Khan by the Waterloo. To your reply, as mentioned above it was worth a try, I only tried yours because it was on the just eat app and the other superior ones don't offer delivery . Shame. £3.50 delivery charge is a bit steep? Highest I've seen. Surprising.

Amazing, flavoursome food, well cooked, large portions, and delivered when they said it would be. will definately be using them again, in fact I am writing this whilst waiting for my second meal to arrive!

I've just tried Mummy's for the first time yesterday. It was definitely the BEST curry I've tasted. Authentic and delicious food. I'll be back regularly!

Friendly staff, great tasting Indian food with a personal touch. Reminds me of the curries we had in Pune. Just wish you had time to make your own chapaties as they are the best.

Im amazed by the quality of mummys kitchen....its not just a takeaway...its the best indian food ive ever tasted in britain! Everything is homemade and delicious! I had a dinner party and we all shared and EVERY dish was exquisite. And so inexpenive by the way...worth it at double the price! Thank you for superb evening mummy!!!

We ordered 4 types of curry's each one tasting the same as one another. The butterchicken genuinely tasted of tomato soup. The rest had little to no flavour at all. Really disappointed as we're mislead by the reviews.

Carlisles best kept secret!! Amazing food, tasty and fresh. We ordered Lamb Pathia and Chicken Rogan Josh, fab service, complimentary poppadoms, good portions. We’ll definitely be back.

My son a Korma tonight and rated the Korma 10 stars he said it’s the best Korma he’s ever had, My husband and son throughly enjoyed their meals and they commented best Indian they’ve had. We could tell looking at the food was home cooked looked and tasted delicious fast delivery excellent service we will be back and we highly recommend ordering from Mummy’s Kitchen. 🙂

First order for us, arrived within time and nice and hot. We ordered a massalla for my partner which was quite spicy and hes used to them being mild, but other than that the portions were very generous, curry was full of flavour and we both thought the rice and naans were great!! As promised, on our next order we were sent a complimentary dish. Absolutely fantastic service and food and flavours. We've already recommended Mummy's kitchen to family and friends. Thankyou!

Being a vegeterian, I ordered for PanneTikka and Jalfrezi. Its the best vegeterian dishes I have ever had. Totally authentic and as the name suggests, I remembered my mummy. Thank you Mummy (kitchen). I am your loyal member for life.

By far the best I have tried in Carlisle (and anywhere else). Food was so fresh cooked to perfection could tell the quality of the produce was of good standard.(no dry flavourless chicken) Portion sizes where huge and the free complimentary sides are also very tasty. Thank you will most certainly be ordering from you soon it’s now a new favourite for my two sons.

Excellent food , on time delivery, value for money, will highly recommend. My favourite was Goan fish curry/ masala try it you won’t be disappointed.

Portions were generous and everything was absolutely stunning! All of the dishes we tried were exceptional. l really couldn't fault it. I'd have given 6 stars if I could. The service was spot on, food ready at quoted time. A lot less greasy than your average take away. This has been made with so much love that you can almost taste it We are looking to be adopted... hopefully mummy will take us in and feed us! No but really this start up is going to be our go to moving forward. Xx
