Indian Palace Restaurant in Hounslow

Had a really lovely dinner here this evening. The service was fab, they were really kind and talked us through all our questions. Really great menu (recommend the handi dishes which were particularly delicious and apparently a house special!) and lots of food options overall. It's close to Heathrow as, so a great place to have a meal before a flight. Also great value for money! We were very pleased with the whole experience and will be back!

A nice restaurant with nice atmosphere and superbb food .service was so good .specially mr shahid his service was very good.

We went in, intending to dine in. We found it dark and dirty. We were approached by a gentleman who handed us a menu whilst on his mobile phone and then proceeded to lock the door. We felt very uncomfortable and had to demand he unlock it so that we could leave. We will not be returning. Ever. I cannot honestly judge the quality of the food, as we felt so uncomfortable we did not stay long enough to order.

Fabulous meal pre flight from Heathrow

Lovely pleasant welcoming..staff very efficient and accommodating..Great advice on recommended dishes..we had a take away ..and was treated to some beautiful pupodoms and chutney while we waited ..we ordered 3 dishes which was very much enjoyed ..Next time I would love to eat inside as the environment and service was impeccable...highly recommended.

If you are staying overnight at Heathrow Terminal 4, there is a shuttle bus to Bedfont for £1 each way. Go to the Indian Palace!!! It’s just next to the New Road bus stop (6mins by bus). The food is absolutely wonderful and the service devine. We are Australians who eat Indian food regularly and this is top shelf.

Have changed the review and had to put down to 3 stars As a customer who visited regularly Card machine is apparently never working(I doubt this) but they fail to tell you this till the end of the meal when you wish to pay. They seemed very rude when seating us about us taking up so many tables despite there was enough to fill those tables. Although the service is fantastic and the other staff friendly (the young lad is very nice). Then decided to try ordering from them online for delivery. This went badly Made notes on the order for specific changes called them to ensure they got the note and went over the requirements Food turns up Ignored the request no onions when was told this would be fine mayo in the wrap when requested none and the quality seemed less Tikka quantity was smaller than previous 1 of the naans was half burnt The madras seemed tasteless and very mild with a lack of meat It's a shame because this was honestly my favourite curry place and in 1 fail swoop its completely put us off. As a new customer Stunning everything you want from a traditional curry house that's been around for 35 years. Eating in. Supporting businesses like this with family values is very important. Brilliant food spicy but not too hot that u cant taste anything, portion size is very generous, the meat falls apart in your mouth. Keema naan is definitely worth a go. Amazing service from friendly and kind staff. Will definitely be coming back. And best thing is very reasonably priced.

Ordered a big order for delivery they couldn't have been more helpful. The food arrived was still hot and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their food. Would recommend 10/10 food

My husband and I ordered food for collection was told 20mins but took an hour. My husband went to Collect the food and was unable to pay as they couldn’t take any card transactions, was told to come back and pay another day. Got food home and two dishes were missing and two of the dishes were incomplete. Vegetable curry was extremely sweet and the vindaloo was like eating a korma. Both my husband and I within 20 minutes of eating had upset stomachs. We will not be getting food from here again.

One of the most authentic Indian restaurants I’ve come across. The service was stellar from the moment we arrived. Our table was clean and neat, with no signs of wear or damage to any of the upholstery. The food was served within a reasonable time, only to leave us wishing we had ordered more. The sign stands out at night, bright and clear, very hard to miss. 100% would recommend to everyone.

I have only ordered deliveries, never eaten it since it has reopened. I have ordered by phone & was greeted by a warm friendly welcome who could not have been more helpful. I have also ordered online and find their online service simple to use, quick & effective. The delivery driver delivers the order like a waiter to a table, charm itself & the quality of the food is outstanding! It’s always delivered on time, it’s hot, the portions are generous & the food delicious. Thoroughly deserved 5 stars & would highly recommend

The food was very bad. I will never recommend to go there. I had garlic naan and chicken korma, garlic naan was too dry and chicken korma was too too sweet, when I told them they told me it's British style and and they just change the colour of curry and bought again. Still it was too sweet , it was a bad experience for me.

I ordered the 1A set menu and the delivered the wrong order, I then rung them and complained and asked for the correct order to be sworn at down the phone in their own language. They made the mistake as their menu says two options for 1A however apparently it says 1A and 1B.

Amazing Food, really polite service and helpful, delivery is super fast far the best restaurant in London.

Recommended to come here, and did not disappoint. Lovely staff and lovely food. Our server Shahid did a great job keep us fed and was super polite and kind. Ordered lamb and chicken curry, came out nice and hot and also gave us warm towels for any mess. Being on holiday it was nice go somewhere that cares for you. Looking forward to coming back next time I'm in London.

Just finished my delivery to the nearby Holiday Inn Express. Was a little surprised to have a £2 delivery charge when my order was over £20 and according to Google Maps is less than 2 miles. My Shami kebab appetizer was just 'OK'. Taste was great, but texture was much to firm. It should have been a much more delicate texture, not chewy ! But, those two items are the only complaints. Delivery was VERY quick, the delivery person was very efficient calling me ahead of arriving, the food (other than the Shami Kebab) was EXCELLENT ! If you like a spicy curry, with lots n lots of flavor, get the Naga Chicken. I'm 56 and a curry aficionado, this was one of the best spicy curries I have EVER had and the chicken was tender and tasty. Next time I have an overnight at LHR I'll have no hesitation to order from here again. Heck, if I arrive at LHR in the evening, and have a car, I'll drive over to dine in.

This is without a doubt my favourite restaurant in London. The food is AWESOME. The staff are great, it really is truly fabulous. I highly recommend the Lamb Naga dish with special house rice.

Delicious flavourful food, a warm welcome by all the staff and value for money. This place deserves more love and more business - both times I've been in it's been very quiet but both times the meal has been absolutely spot-on.

We really enjoyed our meal at Indian Palace. The staff was sweet and attentive. Loved that we could bring our own wine! The food (tikka, curry and naan) was delicious. My daughter said it was her favorite butter chicken ever!

The food is delicious! We were in London just over night and came to eat here because it was close to where we were staying. Probably the best Indian food I’ve ever had! The lamb tikka masala and the haidi were absolutely delicious! If we ever are near by again we will 100% stop to eat again!

Lovely food / lovely people / allowed us to sample the curry first ( on free papadoms ) adjust to my taste, hot fast + tasty, + reasonably priced drinks, we like it 👍

We came here tonight while staying at the Hilton near Heathrow. It’s only a 5-10 minute drive. The service was great and the restaurant is traditionally decorated. The menu is vast and they have a note saying they will cook anything you like that isn’t on the menu. 2 of us are vegan and they were very knowledgable about which items were suitable for us and even adapted the roti to turn it into a delicious garlic roti for us (actually the best roti I’ve ever had). We especially recommend the vegetable dhansak and the vegetable 89, and don’t forget to ask for a garlic roti!

Not a good restaurant.. I went here with my wife, everything was sweet in every dish here, why do you put so much sugar in everything. We didn't like the Biryani or the naan chicken curry. The chicken was so hard to eat, in addition the waiter/owner got angry on asking why it's not taking my card for payment. I will give 0 stars for staff We had to wait for ages to get food here, so not good. I would never go to this restaurant again in my life nor suggest any body.

Ordered online very quick and very easy also delivery was very fast but was very disappointed with the food the chicken pakora didn’t look right or taste good and husbands curry was very watery so I don’t think we will be ordering food again from their sorry

Had dinner here. Really great food. Lots of different curries and the usual favourites. Service was perfect. Not intrusive but always attentive. It was my second time here and the food and service are first rate. Traditional curry house atmosphere. Kingfisher on tap.

What a nice surprise, this was the nearest Indian restaurant from the Hilton hotel where I was staying which was a 30 walk but was well worth it, good food and lovely staff I will be returning next week whilst I am on my 3 week course with Virgin Atlantic at Heathrow.

My daughter wanted Indian food on the way to Heathrow and this suited us nicely. Easy to find parking nearby, friendly staff, good service, and good food.

If I could I'd give them zero stars. Placed an order online...waited an hour for delivery. Finally called them to check, only to be told they have a minimum order value for delivery and I didn't order enough. There is NOTHING on their website that says this. An all round great curry house, staff are polite and food is lovely. I use this restaurant after every visit to Twikenham from Leicester and it never disappoints! Would highly recommend and look forward to visiting again.

Excellent service and delicious food

I ordered a vegetarian masala and it had fragments of chicken in and I tried to solve but they were very rude on the phone and not even responded to my emails, I have a picture of the curry and I’m intolerant to chicken meat so this really made me feel sick and so disgusted that there is meat in there I can’t trust it here will never order here again and I will put a word round and make sure people know about this and post this on other social media because this is unacceptable.

Went into the Indian palace for the first time tonight the staff were very friendly over and above . Food was great will defiantly go again to see and chat to the Prince of the palace

Came by on a Monday evening and was the only patron there the whole time. Was seated by the owner who was extremely friendly and made me comfortable and at ease the whole time without rushing me. He recommended a yogurt and dip sampler to start and a spicy lamb (?) dish with rice which I had with Naan and Beer and everything was rich in flavor and well done. The setting was nice and I had a nice quiet dinner.

Asked for diffetrent curry's to try. I got lamb and chicken. Chicken was ok only lamb not. They asked me if evrything was ok. I told them no and they don't correct anthing because i tried the lamb. How to say if ut is ok or not if you can't taste it. Bad bad service
