I have ordered few times from this business. The food is amazing, polite service far the best restaurant in London well priced not expensive.

This is a "traditional curry house" it does all the usual dishes india/Pakistan/Bangladeshi. We had a range of starters - all good and the mains were also tasty and distinct. The restaurant does a home grown dish called a "Handi" which I tried. It is a thick stew,lots of spices, very tasty, warming but without being nose runningly hot. The place is worth a visit to try the "Handi" as it is different. No "fusion", no "fine dining" just really well done home cooking. Service was great, friendly and efficient Cobra in bottles is cold. Not so convinced by the wine Price - in comparison with what I have been paying post-covid, this was incredible value. I now have somewhere we can go as a family of 6 without needing a mortgage. I am really glad we found this place - the weekly curry night is back on the schedule

Dead restaurant on a Saturday night speaks for itself. I would suggest the elderly gentlemen take a a refresher course in customer service, and not to respond to a query of his strange behaviour and invasion of personal space with “you are clearly not used to 5 star service”. Very odd and unpleasant man who was unnecessarily hateful towards my husband the moment we arrived.

A warm & friendly welcome on arrival. Seated quickly with drinks order taken immediately. Poppadoms were lovely and fresh with a good choice of chutneys and dips. Chicken Pakora starter arrived very quickly and was very tasty, crispy coating and piping hot. I asked for a slight tweak to the main course and they were happy to oblige, I very much enjoyed the Lamb Handi which arrived quickly and was also piping hot. Very tasty food, generous portions and very friendly staff, Shahid was an absolute gentleman. If I had one observation to share, the decor is very old school and you could say dated. The food and service are excellent and matter more to me than the choice of wallpaper. I'd happily return, it's great to visit a traditional restaurant this close to all the overpriced corporate eateries that dominate the airport and surrounding area. Tasty food, excellent service, generous portions and very reasonably priced. Hope to visit again soon.

Visited on a Tuesday evening. Given 5 Stars based on the service, quality of food and price. Loved the Lamb Naga and Chicken Tikka nan, chicken chilli massla was also very good, fresh vegetables. Was staying at the Premier Inn Terminal 4 worth the half hour walk.

I came across this restaurant while on a wander from the Hilton Garden Inn. I checked the reviews and seeing how positive they were I thought I’d give it a go. Absolutely superb; really friendly service from the waiter Sammy and the food was really good. I had the Lamb Dansak, Pilau Rice, and Garlic Naan and it was all extremely good. I’ll definitely make my way there on my next stay at Heathrow.

Visited on a sunny Sunday at 6.30pm and I'll admit I was slightly apprehensive when I saw I was the only diner. However, I am happy to report any fears were unfounded. Attentive and warm service, obviously freshly cooked and full-flavoured dishes, good portions and great value for these days and for London. Would definitely head here next time I'm in the area!

Great food and service, definitely recommend. This business has been established since 1989, but had to close for nearly two and half years due to Covid and only reopened in December 2022 - good luck to them building the business back up, well worth a visit for some very tasty Indian food - and you can bring your own wine with no corkage, which is an added bonus, though I went for a bottle of Cobra beer! Looked on TripAdvisor as we didn't know the area. Picked a spot close to where we were. Very welcoming, polite service. Food was good and plenty of it. Would go again.

We came here tonight while staying at the Hilton near Heathrow. It’s only a 5-10 minute drive. The service was great and the restaurant is traditionally decorated. The menu is vast and they have a note saying they will cook anything you like that isn’t on the menu. 2 of us are vegan and they were very knowledgable about which items were suitable for us and even adapted the roti to turn it into a delicious garlic roti for us (actually the best roti I’ve ever had). We especially recommend the vegetable dhansak and the vegetable 89, and don’t forget to ask for a garlic roti!

Hi went here last night for birthday meals , party of 16 turned into #20 , were there 1 1/2 hours before we even ordered a drink service was awful , got things wrong some food cold, some ate there food before nan came out 2 hours before we ordered ,we had to keep asking for another drink , food was nice but service let them down badly and they didn’t even care to be honest , not good

Excellent for what it is - old fashioned, no nonsense English style Indian restaurant. Far better food here than at any of the Heathrow T4 hotels (and cheaper too). Go to end of tunnel for T4 hotels; out to back carpark; through gap in fence onto A40, turn right; left at lights on Stanwell Road; zig-zag to Staines Road; turn left at Church; half a mile down on left. About 15-20 minutes walk from the T4 hotels.

First time I have had a takeaway meal from this restaurant. overall it was good. However, I ordered lamb dansak but received chicken. As we were eating at home, I didn't want to wait another 40 minutes and kept it. Still very nice but not what I paid for.

Not a good restaurant..I went here with my wife, everything was sweet in every dish here, why do you put so much sugar in everything. We didn't like the Biryani or the naan chicken curry.The chicken was so hard to eat, in addition the waiter/owner got angry on asking why it's not taking my card for payment. I will give 0 stars for staffWe had to wait for ages to get food here, so not good.I would never go to this restaurant again in my life nor suggest any body.

We live locally and we went there for dinner. They have tasty food with affordable prices. Also the wine is priced reasonable. The man who served is nice and polite.

Been here twice and visiting again this evening. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. The food really is superb and on my last visit I asked for a starter which wasn’t on the menu - they made it for me and it was gorgeous.

the restaurant is small and busy as many groups were lined up. the cramped place was not pleasing for having a peaceful meal after travel /sightseeing. Food was average. Service quick.

I’ve been coming to this Indian for 20 years and I’ve never once had a bad meal, the staff are always friendly and the food is of constant high standard, the atmosphere is always very calming and the waiters are always informative with what’s happening with our food - this is restaurant that has been at the heart of Bedfont for years and as a customer I’ve seen them rushed off their feet but never once wondered where my food has got too, I couldn’t recommend this place enough

It was my first time at the Indian Palace and I can’t complain the food was impressive and the service was efficient and pleasant. Would certainly recommend it in future. The manager was very pleasant in his approach.

A fantastic experience. I was looked after extremely well from the minute I walked through the door. Exceptionally friendly staff who were on hand to advise and tend to my every need. The food, well what can I say, I had the tarka dhal. It was one of the best I have ever had; and I have had a lot of dhal!! The Naga lamb was perfectly cooked and spiced. The meat was tender and not at all dry as can sometimes be the case.

I was at the Hilton hotel near T4. It was only a 30 min walk (well worth it) mostly sidewalk (ask Google maps for help) The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great Indian food in a local neighborhood near LHR. Highly recommend it!!

Arriving rather late at terminal 4, we were very lucky to find this restaurant still open and conveniently close to the airport . The staff were exceptionally friendly and could not do enough to make us feel welcome and comfortable. We ordered a set menu and enjoyed every dish - the food was carefully prepared and delicious. The final touch was that I left my phone behind, and they very kindly sent it on to me very promptly.

Good onion bhaji and chicken tikka with madras sauce combined with good cold cobra. Perfect meal for a solo business traveller.

My family had already eaten so I thought I'd give it ago. I was staying in a hotel not far and ordered the rang me from reception. This couldn't be faulted. Chicken dopiaza veg rice and chapati 14 quid but 3 was delivery (only down fall) chicken was beautiful sauce consistency good rice was lovely and chapati floury and hot as it should be. So all in all 11 quid you can't go wrong. Wished I was there longer to try other dishes. Can't comment on restaurant itself like I said take away

The Indian Palace restaurant is well worth a try. I’m from Leicester and used to great Indian restaurants, but I’m happy to give this place a try whenever I’m around. I was served by the manager and he made me feel at home even though I was on my own. The food is very reasonably priced and delicious.

A wonderful meal, met with amazing customer service by (Prince) Dil and company who makes everyone feel welcome and attentive to all their customers. The food was amazing tasting, first time trying Shashlick which was amazing and definitely having again. The chef made a lovely garlic nann. A lovely way to spend an evening with low cost for the quality of the food and service. If you’re around, give them a try

Although we now live in Hampshire we have eaten here many times when visiting friends. It's our favourite Indian restaurant. Always good food and a welcoming & friendly service from Dill and his team. They have updated their menu with lots of lovely additions. Everything fresh and tasty. Nice ambiance, great value. Highly recommended, we will be back!

Nice walk from Terminal 4 for a very good Indian dinner. Recommended Handi and Thali foods were very enjoyable.

Visited Indain Palace while in the area and staying near Heathrow. Meal was nice and reasonably prices, staff very friendly too, Would definitely return if in the area again. Highlight being the manager 'Dil The Hearb' very friendly and funny, made us feel very welcome.

I ate here last night before picking up from Terminal 4 - just 8 minutes away. Decent food, very pleasant proprietor/manager, reasonable prices. Will definitely call in again when I’m in the area.

I can't say enough good things about this restaurant, which is a short taxi ride from Heathrow Airport. This is old-school Indian food at its best, with service to match. The food was superb, the atmosphere friendly and hospitable. They really make you feel welcome. For what we got, the value was amazing. I will definitely track down this place again next time I'm in the area.

The service here is 10/10! The best you will ever receive. A lovely experience and will be returning anytime I am in the area. The food is outstanding, the vegetable masala was something else! If you are ever in the area, this is the place to go.

And the food was really tasty and good value. We love Indian food and so can be quite fussy but this restaurant ticked all the boxes. Highly recommended.

We used to live near this restaurant and it was always our favourite. We have now moved to Hampshire but still come here whenever we visit friends nearby. The food is always excellent and the staff friendly, especially Mr Dil. He always gives us a huge welcome as if we are part of his family. Can recommend any of the Chicken dishes, you won't be disappointed.

Not been here for a long time, but was working and on the way home was convenient.Enjoyed a generous portion of chicken tikka, sag aloo and Chana masala. The food was tasty the chick pea dish had a hint of coconut unusual but it went down well. The restaurant has been serving Bedfont for some thirty years under the same ownership, they made me feel welcome and I will return.

Decidimos probar este restaurante después de ver que estaba bajo nueva dirección. No habíamos comido aquí por más de 2 años debido al hecho de que habíamos ido cuesta abajo. No nos decepcionó! El personal era acogedor y amable. La comida era perfecta. Estamos muy satisfechos de tener un restaurante indio justo abajo de la calle que ahora podemos visitar de nuevo! Volvería sin duda alguna aquí nuevamente y lo recomendaría a otros.

A friend and I had gone to Thorpe Park for the day and we wanted to eat some decent food after a long day of eating rubbish hot dogs. I used Trip advisor to try and find a decent Indian in Staines but I didn't fancy the sounds of any of the places (reviews) in Staines. I googled Indian restaurants near Thorpe Park and read the recent reviews on this place and we thought we'd give it a try. It was about 15 minutes drive from Thorpe Park and parking was easy on the opposite side of the road. We were greeted well when we entered and shown to our table. It's a nice clean and tidy place in a good state of decor. Service was good, we had popadoms with lime pickled onions and dips bought to the table quickly with our drinks. We both had starters and mains, onion bhaji, butterfly king prawn, chicken pathia, and madras with naam and rice each. The food was outstanding, one of the best Chicken Pathia's I have ever eaten which says a lot as my local Indian had awards from the Good Food Guide and I've never had a pathia that came close until now. The bill for the 2 of us was about £35, so also really good value for money. My only wish would be that this place was closer to me as its a 2 hour drive back home, otherwise this would definitely become a regular restaurant that I visit. As it is we will just have to go on our annual trip to Thorpe Park!

This restaurant/takeaway was recommended to us by our neighbours 16years ago when we 1st moved here & is still our favourite place to order an Indian takeaway. If you go in & order in person the guys are great, friendly & we always sit, have a drink while we wait (the gratis poppadoms help too lol ) Food is always spot on & great size portions. Lovely place to sit in & eat a meal too....would throughly recommend....

Great restaurant that's been in running for over 20 years. Has recently been taken over and refurbished, which has made all the difference. Still the same exceptional food, but now a great atmosphere and service too! Great value for money as always.

Arrived at 9.45 seated offered drinks & poppadoms chutneys. The man in the suit was extremely chatty polite & made us feel welcome. Food was very tasty, big portions and was served great. I've had many curries around this area & Monday nights are always fantastic. It's not busy & you get a better service. Very impressed & will be returning soon!

Staff very unfriendly, food downright terrible. Ordered a cheese and garlic naan to start, naan came with no cheese and raw garlic on top and inside. Worst naan I have ever seen. The dough wasn't even cooked through. Manager tried to tell me it had cheese in it and bluff me into agreeing with him. Lamb tikka masala: tough lamb, bland sauce. Cucumber riata: just yoghurt with cucumber, no garlic, no sweetness. Worst indian meal I have ever had.

Restaurant have a great menu. No doubt, meal were so tasty. All the food come with proper presentation & accompaniments. staff are attentive & helpful. Just need to concentrate on cleaning & organizing seating arrangement properly.

We are regular visitors to the Indian Palace & find the staff & cuisine to our liking.It's not very often full, which is good when you visit 'off the cuff' & can still get a table.Having visited this establishment on numerous occasions over the last 5 years I can honestly say we have never had a bad experience with staff or a bad meal.We even 'converted' family members, who vowed never to eat curries/spicy food, in this restaurant, & they are now avid curry eaters

My wife and i used this restaurant 18 months ago and was appalled by the bad service and attitude of the staff. We recently decided to order a takeaway in the restaurant and had a drink while we were waiting. We were pestered by little flies constantly and had to wait at least half an hour for the meal so we had a drink. They did not have the sherry my wife ordered even though it was advertised and there was no apology.Our takeaway duly arrived and we walked home as we are local.It really was the worst takeaway we have ever had.The meat was tough and the rice tough.Even the Garlic Naan was ` doughy`In summing up, we will NEVER visit this restaurant again and would reccomend you to do the same.

Great menu with arguably a dish to suit most palates - Very friendly staff who have a polite attentive manner. A bit of a shame that the restaurant is not as full as it could be but there are numerous competitors nearby so I think their take-away business is a bit livelier than their sit in business.

This used to be a 3/5 restaurant, the service was always a little lacking but the food and locality made up for that. We quite often pass by this restaurant in the week and are always surprised to see more staff than customers.We visited this Valentines Day (2014), and although the standard of the food had not changed, the service was awful. It was obvious that the staff were struggling to cope as almost every table was full, customers were waiting for 30-40 mins to have their orders taken and at least one couple left after their order wasn't taken after a long wait. The straw that broke the camels back was the poor attitude and terse tone of the manager when I asked for the bill and the remainder of our meal to be boxed up, he told me that I would have to wait as he was busy! very unprofessional.Needless to say we will not be returning to this restaurant any time soon.
