We've had this as a takeaway about 10 times, wouldn't go anywhere else for an Indian now, the chicken tika is the best I've ever tasted in my life!! Always comes hot and you never disappoint us, thank you

If you have no taste buds, and want to throw your money in the bin, then this place is for you I complained about the shockingly bad food, and was not even offered any replacement or refund

We ordered food and it arrived two and half hours later and was cold. We called the restaurant several times but with no joy in terms of estimating when the food would arrive. We will never use this restaurant again.

Ordered via just eat , food was half hour late than latest time for delivery we was given on the app , food was Luke warm at best and when I phoned to complain I was told to contact just eat! Lesson learned , never use just or this place again

We have ordered from Indian one numerous times, the food to be fair has been delicious - when we eventually get it! Twice you can forgive for forgetting portions of pilau rice. We have even rang the restaurant to thank them for sending a complete order after a third time receiving an incomplete order online, only to complement them on the food after they promptly corrected it. They also have previously employed a delivery driver who added extra onto the price of the orders for cash deliveries! Sadly this seems to have fallen on deaf ears & for a fourth time now we didn’t receive an £8 main course! After ringing the restaurant & being told it was sent out (why would we ring to lie about 1 main course missing from a £40 order?) we again told them it had absolutely not been sent! No refund was offered, only a pilau rice was offered as compensation - not even the same rice we ordered originally as “we can’t send that we can only send a pilau rice!” Not even an offer of a free starter or deal on a further order. Never again will we order from you Indian One, you should be ashamed of your customer service & how you treat good customers who have recommended you to others in the past!

I called to complain about this Prawn dish. This was 100% received as per image. Those 2 Prawns cost £5 My complaint was *this is in no way on earth acceptable* I was shout at and told by the Manager * Dont Care* This place should not be allowed to trade. Next stop Just Eat. Hope my Security Cameras are on form Shocked not only brother dish - but that response.

Nice atmosphere, excellent food at good value, the manager was a great host and nothing was too much trouble. Will certainly visit again.

When we arrived there wasn’t anyone there to sit us down in the restaurant upstairs. Took ages before someone came up to take our order, left unattended for long periods of time so dishes that were finished with were left sat there for half an hour. Restaurant was freezing, several people complained but nothing done about it. Food wasn’t hot, the one waiter who was on and off tending to diners upstairs was ignorant and had no idea how to wait on tables. No atmosphere, didn’t have some drinks on the menu in stock, tiny portions of food. Asked for a curry to be cooked mild and it came and was swimming in chillis may aswell of ordered a vindaloo… Don’t waste your money here and go to Amans down the lancs or Bombay 8 in Warrington!!

Ordered a takeaway tonight it was delivered within the time specified. We know our way around an Indian menu/meal so we do know what we like, but thought we would try their specials. I had the Shashlik Special Thawa which was amazing! and my husband had the Special Chicken Balti he said the best he’s had! The food was so fresh and tasty and would definitely recommend this restaurant.

Ordered take away food at 7pm and at 9pm the food has not been delivered. The website said 60 minutes for delivery. I cannot contact the restaurant though as the phone is constantly ringing as engaged and has been for the last 30 minutes. Very disappointing! Still waiting for the food - hopefully it arrives!!!

I found this Indian Restaurant on google despite living locally we didnt know about it. I am a Staff Nurse on nights and booked a table via their fb page and got a reply in the morning. The restaurant is beautiful inside, very classy and tranquil. We were seated upstairs and shown to a private booth area. Again the decor was lovely. The staff are so friendly and attentative. The food is amazing, so delicious. All meals were hot and tasty. I honest don't see why people are complaining. Ignore the reviews and give this restaurant a try. We both agreed this will be a regular for us for sure.

Ordered food at ten past seven food arrived 2 hours later with items missing and freezing cold food. Spoke to a member of your team about the order and the wait time we had and the customer service was shocking, the way we was spoke to about the missing produce was disgraceful, will not be recommending due to the trouble we’ve had!

We had a great first visit to India.1 on their second day of opening to join our family to celebrate our Granddaughters Birthday. We were impressed with the style of the Restaurant - very fresh, tasteful and new. Nice touches like decorating the area where we were seated with birthday banners and balloons and a huge flame candle placed on the birthday cake. Tables were well spaced due to current guidelines and hand sanitiser placed on each table. Tables can’t currently be pre -set. Service was good for saying the staff were only on day two and working in these difficult times and they coped well. The menu is extensive and the food was presented well and was really tasty. The generous pickle tray with our favourite hot spicy sauce and ample mango chutney was welcome. Prices we felt are reasonable. I didn’t notice any set menu offers . Nothing was to much trouble for the waiters and they had to walk up and down stairs. We liked the warm wrapped hand wipes at the end of the meal. Another nice touch was the mini baileys served at the end something we don’t see so often these days plus after eight mints. We are curry addicts and our favourite choice of dine out food. A shame we live an half hours drive away but we will add this to our highly recommend list and look forward to another family get together there. Our family have had several take outs from here during lock down and rated it highly. Unfortunately they had to delay opening the newly renovated Restaurant due to the pandemic. There is some parking on the road In front but free parking after 6pm just across the road at the side on a car park. Wishing India.1 every success !
