Great food as always, Tasty and good quality.

App did not update to tell me the food was on its way. Estimated delivery time was much longer than shown on the ad for the restaurant and then it arrived later than the later estimated time. All hot dishes were cold on arrival so had to be microwaved to make them edible.

Fantastic food, it is definitely our go to Indian now!

Food was cold when finally got delivered. Was late by 15 minutes.

The order was 55 minutes late. I spoke to the restaurant twice to chase and they said the driver would be there soon and that they were only 5 minutes late. They were at this time 35 minutes late. When the food finally arrived some of it was barely warm.

Arrived after 2 and a half hours, food was stone cold, chips had to be thrown in bin. Nann bread was burnt underneath. Won't order again from here, twice bad experience

Everything was cold. The Naan bread was so hard it was like a biscuit. Worst food and service I've ever had. Shocking to serve cold seafood. Disgusting.

Waited for 2.5 hours for delivery, when I originally was advised 45-60mins. When food arrived it a was just warm and food tasted bland. Sorry but won't reorder again.

Literally the best indian food I have eaten in a long time. It was cooked to perfection, hot and absolutely delicious. Be ordering again soon :)

Normally we enjoy eating from India, but tonight the food wasn't as tasty as it usually is. A bit bland and underwhelming

The vindaloos were not spicy at all which was very disappointing. The naans were cold and the cheese on mine was stuck to the bag. The bhajis were soggy and tasted horrible, the samosas were soggy and very light so not cooked enough. I have never had a bad take away from here before but this was not good at all.

Food arrived late but that didn’t matter too much, but it was absolutely stone cold - nothing was warm at all. It must have been in the car for ages and not in insulation. The food itself was a bit disappointing- overcooked chicken in the bhuna which was bland, incredibly greasy starter (the mixed one with onion bhaji, samosa and some kind of bread). The Chana masala was just ‘okay’, Sag Paneer was nice but chunks too big so the flavour didn’t get into the cheese, which it needs. Bread was damp as it had become stone cold in the foil bag and condensation had formed. Portion sizes were good and the chicken in the bhuna was generous, and the red onion chutney is delicious. Won’t be ordering again though.

Now I moved to Sudbury 2 weeks ago, last weeks Indian takeaway from elsewhere was not so good…this weeks at Indian OMG out of this world… Starter and main course. My takeaway delivery was Early, it was hot, it was tasty, it was AMAZING!!!! So glad I found you (by walking through town) starter AND main was gorgeous - everyone agreed not just me they were all great. Well Done to all. Found my go too place…

I really wanted to like this. Yes it took 2 hours to get to me I could forgive that. It was stone cold disappointing but nothing a quick zap in the microwave couldnt sort out. It looked great but then I tasted it. I had a jalfrezi I have eaten Jalfrezi hundreds of times and yes they differ a little but one thing they all have in common is a spicy hot taste and green chillies. This was so very bland I had to pile salt on first then had to resort to putting chilli sauce over it all no green chillies at all just large bits of red and green peppers . Even the onion bhaji tasted of nothing. no seasoning in anything. it was so tasteless I gave up and threw it away and made myself a sandwich. Really disappointing all round. Won't be ordering again

The du-piaza was much more mild than last time and the madras also could have done with being hotter spice wise..tasted more like a medium heat But the food is always good just more disappointing today than usual for those reasons

Always loved the food from India, and beyond happy with the service. Just wasn't as their usual standard, food was a bit late but not worried, espically this time of year. But the food arrived mostly cold and missing a chutney.

Sadly the app was not clear what time they would deliver nearly 40 mins before a delivery time was shown then this was changed to later and then still the food was later

Bit of a joke asking me to leave a review when our food hasn’t even arrived yet. 2hours late & only increasing. Have tried all THREE contact numbers for restaurant, left voicemails, no response or call back!! Disgusting customer service.

Dont order from this Indian restaurant. Had to drive to their restaurant to demand refund to find numerous other people their complaining.

Late - cold - undercooked. Tried to call the restaurant several times but no answer.

Two hours waiting, phoned after the first hour ten on the half only to be told rudly we are busy... trued on the second hour and they wouldn't answer...

Never got our meal. The last time we ordered it was 3 hours late but gave them another chance as this was in lockdown. Were told it was on its way but in reality it hadn't been cooked yet. This was 3 hours after our order had been processed. Never again. Would not recommend a delivery to anyone.

Was over an hour late and barley warm by the time it got here 10.15pm wouldn't of ordered if I knew it was that late

Ordered £70 worth of curry at 7pm. Turns up at 10pm with 2 dishes missing. After phoning over 100 times and cut off 3 times, we finally got thought to be told that it was late due to them being busy on a Saturday night, who knew Saturday night would be a busy night?? After getting the order the 2 garlic naan, rice and the lamb madras were both cold! Absolute joke of a service! Also at writing this we are still waiting for half of our main dishes so 2 of us can't eat as they didn't arrive with the order! When asked about a refund we were just fobed off to just eat instead of dealing with the poor service from your own place! Look forward to hearing from you to discuss this!

Food was three hours late I called three times and everytime they said it was out for delivery I got the food 3 hours after ordering food was cold and was missing two parts of my meal

Everything we had was amazing except for my main which was quite bland and watery. I had the chicken sag curry. I usually enjoy everything I order from here and I try new things a lot but last night the dish I tried wasn’t on the money.

this meal was the worst I have ever had from a resturant firstly i did not order boiled rice but got it only 1 onion bargee was ordered i got 2 but no bombay potato the curries were watery and with no flavor the chicken was as though it had just been thrown in at the last minute where were the spices the you normally use what has happened your curries are noraly the best sorry not this time

Not only did the order arrive late there’s was also a dish missing, this was resent but took nearly an hour to arrive in spite of being told it would be straight with us. The food that was delivered was also barely luke warm so after waiting for the final dish to arrive the rest was stone cold and had to be reheated this spoilt the whole meal for us. I used to love India but as this is the second time the food has turned up cold am now concerned this will be the case if we order again.

Delivery time was 19 - 20:15pm. It’s been nearly an hour, still no food and all this app says is “enjoy your food” unfortunately I could not get through to the restaurant so we are just sat here waiting for our food. Hopefully it arrives at some point tonight. Not happy!

Does not sound very late but restaurant had already given us 2 hour wait time! Although I did get the food is on way message on time was 1/2 hour later and COLD not just like warm but needed to microwave it would have sent it back but was too hungry - tried to call restaurant and could only get through to an answer phone

Fantastic food. Starters were great. King Prawn Sag was amazing. King Prawns were sublime. One of the best Indians I’ve had in 40 years. Totally recommend

Food Cold, Food Late. Generally Disappointing

Food took 2 hours from order to arrival. Called up and was told that I should wait. Food arrived ice cold and honestly very poor quality.

I wasn’t bothered that it was late as the guy who brings the food was such a nice person and the food is perfect all the time. 😁😂

Missing one item when I got the food home a chicken pakora £4.90 :-( Other than that the food was great

Waited over 3 hours for delivery when driver came he had messed our order up and delivered it to another house 8 miles away! It's now over three and a half ours and still no food!

Ordered for two people at 8pm. At 9:30pm I had a message from Just Eat stating my order was now on it's way. 10:15pm I called the restaurant to be told that it left at 9:30pm and to leave it another 5-10 minutes. 45 minutes later it finally arrived. 3 hours after ordering and it was the worst meal I have ever eaten from there. It is the most expensive Indian in Sudbury so would expect it to be nice. When you only live 2 minutes away I don't expect it to take an hour and a half to get here then be stone cold and soggy. Too late to get food from anywhere else now!

3 hours late eating cold Indian at midnight isn’t the one

The order was placed at 7.30pm. As of 9.45pm the food had not arrived because the “restaurant was busy” - the gentleman at the restaurant simply told me to get a discount off Just Eat. The service and delivery was abysmal and the lack of any attempt of rescuing the issue was worse. We won’t be using again

Had to reheat food as it was cold
