Indi-go food was good and also service was superb. The lady who took order Greeshma was very helpful and polite.

Greeshma was helpful and supported in choosing the right food and beverages.

Very poor paneer matar, for £15 I expected way more

We had Paneer wrap here and it was one of the worst tasting wrap I’ve ever had. Cold and tasteless, unsuccessful attempt to keep it sober in the process completely destroyed it.

Butter chicken was a ripoff, very small for the price.

Greeshma did an amazing job. It was my first time trying Indian food and I tried Aloo Tiki and it taster like a dream to me.

We went for Toogood2go and there was a lady who was really rude to us on face when we asked for a vegetarian meal preference, if available. We could have been told politely if unavailable, but we did not like the way we were spoken to. We were however given all non-vegetarian meals only. We believe they are a team who work as one unit, but she asked us to go talk to the person serving directly, and that she did not serve us when we went to confirm if a vegetarian meal was provided. Finally, we had the person in the kitchen be kind enough to exchange the one meal for vegetarian. Thanks for the experience. Hope it gets better

Bought this on too good to go. Disappointed at the tiny amount of food (only 1 veggie item in a small container) and that it was unbearably spicy. Geeshma was very friendly

We ordered chana bhatura with the indigo rasoi. It is very disappointing to say that these hotels represent indian food to a global audience. What a disgusting presentation and taste of food. The bhatura was overcooked and very thick. Very displeasing. Will never try again.

We ordered chicken tikka roll and malai tikka roll. The chicken inside was really dry, and the bread was so hard to bite through and chew that you felt like you were chewing on a shoe sole honestly, it was all dry, and the yogurt was no where to be found. Over all not tasty and not moist

Delicious Indian food, I was surprised as it seems like a fast food place that wouldn’t have this type of quality. Kyami in Westfield White City was a pleasure to speak to and made me feel very welcome. I will definitely come back. Thank you Kyami!

● Lived in White City circa 30 yrs. ● And been coming to Westfield ever since it opened (Oct 2008.) ● Ditto Indi-go. (Although I can't remember if they were here from Day 1?) ● Occurred to me how much I enjoy buying from them. (I'm @ Westfield White City 2-3 times a week and will ALWAYS ;-) buy their masala fries. Regardless of what else I buy. ● (I'm a Freelance, Private English Tutor. So, Westfield is a great place to bring my students. So they can practise their English in a live setting.) ● Personally, I've always had good service from the Staff and know most by sight. (If not name.) ● I know 'Kyami'? - She usually works the till so maybe that's why. Find her friendly, no matter how busy they are. ● Shoppers clearly love what Indi-go is doing. Saturday's are 'next level' busy, lol. (But all good.) ● Pictured = My masala fries.(It's normally sold with onions and stuff.) However, I love mine absolutely plain.

Probamos Papdi chat y Samosa chat. Papdi chat fue una total decepción, ya que estaba hecho de 5 pequeños papdris crujientes y 5 pequeños trozos de patatas en la parte inferior y el resto del relleno del 85 % consistía en sev (aperitivo nimko salado indio). Probablemente era más una receta gujrati/india que una receta punjabi/pakistaní, que consiste en un montón de paprdi, trozos de patata hervida y un montón de yogur con masala de chat. Samosa chat fue mejor y no tan decepcionante, pero no fue genial. El precio era de £ 9. 50 cada uno, que está bien para una sola prueba y para recordar para el futuro no volver. Creo que todo se trata de la ubicación.

Had biryani from this place. Asked for a cup of tap water and they refused, saying only alcohol-serving restaurants are obliged to give free tap water. One should have common decency to serve a cup of tap water, not just because they are required by law.

Hyderabadi chicken biryani. What is that. Shredded chicken. Something you have to hunt for , sŵèet raita ..really all this for £12.75. Either chefs don't know what biryani is or you are fooling people. Not a place to visit for indian/Pakistani food
