my 1st choice chinese takeaway ATM....lovely fresh food, not greasy, always delivered on time

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT!!! The order was never delivered and when I phoned the restaurant they said I was lying, hung up on me and blocked my number. Absolute joke of a restaurant.

absolutely disgusting . salty . no plum sauce with duck pancakes. vile vile . ribs had no meat. didn't even give to my dog .couldn't afford vet bill

Food was ok, previous delivery was better.

Delivery was great, on time and asked for directions, the food however was dry and bitter. The seaweed was stale and the rice was really oily will not be ordering again

The food has still not arrived and waiting. I was supposed to receive the order well before my plans which I have had to delay. Very frustrating as the lady on the phone didn’t apologise or explain properly why there was over an hour delay from the earliest time to arrive!

Cancelled my order but took my money!

Didn’t have my drink, didn’t think to swap it for another one or call to ask if I wanted to swap, the food was stale was disgusting

Super late delivery, I called the restaurant to be told not to worry about it. Regardless of the worry, where is my food????? I’m still waiting.

Good food, great price...delivered early so nice and warm still....

the Singapore fried rice was great, nice flavours and ingredients. unfortunately their recipes are very lacking. the pork cha shao was dry and seemed microwaved/old no flavour. the prawn balls and pancake rolls were decently fried, but again no flavour, very bland. the sweet and sour sace and bbq ribs sauce, bland no depth of flavour. sorry for the poor review but not impressed, below sweetbasil slightly better than panda which is not saying much.

Food was delivered almost 1 hour after notification it had left the restaurant so the chips were wet and soggy. A shame as last time they were really crisp.

Payment was taken and my order never came.

Give this place a wide birth I ordered here on 29th June pm I ordered a house special fried rice pancake roll curry sauce, I was starving and sitting in my darkish room started eating and tasted something weird and soft so when I was digging around in the rice it was tinned hotdog sausage I could not believe it and I had a big piece of white squeegee looked like a grub in the Forrest. and it was rolled processed chicken I put my fork down and wanted to through up a special fried rice with processed meat

Food was Luke warm and and hour late. Had to drive to shop to find out where it was

Food was late by an hour, disappointing in taste as well. Duck was so dry and flavourless even the dog wouldn’t eat it. chowmein had no flavour, chicken satay was overcooked with lumpy/oily sauce? would’ve expected a lot more for a 2 hour wait for the food.

great food, enjoyed all of it, well done .The added bonus is you are open lunchtime, brilliant.

1st order from here.....food was delivered on time by a polite driver, still warm and quite tasty....free crackers was a nice touch and were really good, as was curry sauce....all other items (rice,noodles) cooked well, but slightly too greasy pancake roll and chicken balls...Will use again for sure...don't sell curry for some reason??

I have not received my food yet been in the phone to the driver and restaurant and driver has hung up on me once as I said I cannot understand him I have text him my address

Food always arrives on time, hot and great quality. Good options for vegetarians. This is now my go to Chinese.

The food is amazing but the chips box is paper so gets so wet from the moisture of the other hot food, that the chips box just falls apart when you touch it.. Great food but definitely need to rethink the chips packaging.

Good food each time I've used them imperial soup good set b same and pancake rolls well worth a try

Ordered food on uber eats and the estimated time was between 9:45-10:05 and it has not even arrived at all and tried calling the place up and keeps going to voicemail.

My food was really late my portion of rice was small. I am very unhappy with my order

Initially, the delivery time was stated as 90 minutes. However, after waiting for 60 minutes, the delivery time was extended by another 60 minutes, and then a further 20 minutes added resulting in a total wait time of over 2 hours. This delay was extremely frustrating and unacceptable. In an attempt to mitigate the situation, we tried multiple times to contact the restaurant to see if we could pick up the food ourselves, but unfortunately, our calls went unanswered. This lack of communication only added to our frustration and concern. We then decided to go to the restaurant to pick up the food

Did not receive the salt n pepper chicken but instead received possibly chilli chicken? It was in a sauce and what I ordered is supposed to be dry and spicey Would like to have what I ordered.

Nice selection of dishes, cooked well and tasted great. Ordered a set menu for two but could have been for 3 as so much food delivered. Will definitely be ordering again.

Leaving this review still without food here and it’s an hour late. Friday dinner ruined. Restaurant won’t update on sms, not picking up the phone. Not acceptable.

First of all the order was delivered 1h later than expected, so 2h of waiting in total. I understand it’s busy Friday’s nights but if you can’t physically take orders just don’t waste our time! Secondly, when order arrived the food was cold and missing one of the items. Lastly, to contact the restaurant it’s mission impossible, after multiple calls no one is l answering. Third time through JustEat same issues, when ordering directly from the restaurants never had this! Poor service.

Food never turned up, they don’t pick up the phone or send sms wit update, will have to fight now for full refund!! Rubbish service tonight, and they should be taking orders if they can’t deliver

Best chinese we have had in a while def order again

Noodles were horrible tasted horrible and smelt horrible, smelt like sulpha or poission, couldn't eat no more after 2 mouthfuls of chicken noodles. Feel a bit sick now stomach ache.

What do you put in your noodles? I couldn't eat them unenjoyable, tasted like too much sulphur in them or tasted like poission they were sour and didn't taste nice or smell nice had to leave them sorry. Can I have a refund for the chicken chow main please? The noodles were unedable. Thanks, Ange

SO good. Our new fave Chinese take away. Food was piping hot and arrived within 30 min. We ordered the special fried rice, prawn toast, chicken with cashew nut, hong Kong style sweet and sour, and the crispy chilli beef. All amazing. Will order again :)

salt and pepper munch box is lovely

waited for food, late delivery. driver left food outside the shop next door on the street. called to ask where's food. the person on the phone said he'd left it at front door. this was not true. driver didn't call the number provided on my order, nor did he ring either of the two doorbells on the gate to property. called to complain and explain situation to be met by abusive unhelpful staff. food was cold and dried up. never again. lazy lazy lazy.

Rice noodles were over cooked and salty

Love this Chinese. Orders always correct + piping hot. Very reasonable prices. They do the best salt + chilli king prawns - baked so really tasty + not greasy. the chicken chow mein is made with slimmer noodles which I much prefer, again non greasy + they give you such a generous portion - it's really packed in! I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Order came 41 minutes late - rain is bad so fair enough. Order was over £35 and we didn’t receive a free drink, which was disappointing as we got the prawn crackers. Food was still warm at least. Thai green curry was red, watery, and tasted more sweet than anything else. Prawn toast was bland. Chow mein and calamari were decent. A poor experience, sadly. We won’t be ordering here again. Thanks anyway.

The first order took the money but didn't go through, called the restaurant and they assured me the money was coming back, and then called again to confirm the reorder had gone through, amazing customer service, thank you so much.

The food was disappointing we asked for king prawns in our dish and we got normal size prawns which is not right so we weren't happy about that.

Delivery and service was great. Starters and meat dishes were good but main food was over seasoned to the point where it was difficult to eat it.

The food was piping hot so thank you to the kitchen and our courier for getting it to us so promptly. The portions were great and everything was delicious & well-seasoned. The salt & pepper squid here is the best. Looking forward to ordering more next time. Thank you!!

I literally cannot understand how the rating here is so low. The special chow mein I had. Omg I have had loads from loads of places and this by far is the best, never had better, don't think it can be topped. If I want chow mein I ain't ordering anywhere else

I only ordered 2 dishes online thru just eat…quarter of duck and sweet and sour chicken balls….. never got the chicken balls. I used to really enjoy using this place but that’s twice on the trot they have mucked up my order. Start looking elsewhere I think.

I ordered 2 dishes and only got one! Total rubbish! That’s 2 orders on the trot that I haven’t received correctly.

Another lovely takeaway last night, arrived quickly and very hot. Super tasty and the free spring rolls were a bonus. Chap on the phone always happy & obliging to receive my order! Well done Imperial! 👍

I did not receive my Pepsi that I paid £3 for, unacceptable, and because I ordered it for my family I wasn't there and now it's been 24hours Just Eat won't refund me.

Usually order from here all the time but yesterday I was served gone off salt and chilli chicken. My household has been on the toilet since and I’m currently looking into suing and reporting this to food standards agency.

We ordered 2 types of noodles. Both were so overcooked they were inedible mush. Never again!

The food just wasn't fresh. It had clearly been reheated, potentially from yesterday. At the price we paid that's not good enough. Won't order from there again.

Fantastic food, all the dishes taste lovely & always delivered in good time & packaged well.

Food arrived quickly and was very hot! Delivery guy didn't even look at me when he stuck out his arm with the bag hanging off it, and was on a very important call! Lol. That's all good tho as this method brought my food quick n hot. Srsly tho, it was very tasty and cooked well, no skimping on ingredients or downsizing, generous portions which is important in this time of inflation! I would recommend this restaurant I had Butterfly King prawns in breadcrumbs. Won ton soup. Cantonese vermicelli noodles. Crispy pancake roll. Thumbs 👍🏻

Lovely food as always . Mistake with wrong sauce on duck but still enjoyable

Ordered meal for 20.30 it turned up at 18.05 so turned him away as going out. Was told a new order would be delivered at 20.30, this order turned up at 20.00 so both times order was delivered at a time not requested

Ordered half aromatic crispy duck £22.50. It was completely dry & too fried. I could hardly get any meat out of it, just dry flakes falling off. Total waste of money. Not ordering from here again.

As a ambulance staff member they always look after me for my late evening meal offering good value and lovely food which is always freshly made 🙂
