Wrong items received, salad had burnt sweetcorn and no tomatoes, seasoning added to chips when asked for without

I had ordered to the wrong address so I would like a refund please, I’m not sure how long it will be but please make sure I get a refund, I’m really hungry and have no money at home, only onto my bank, do you know how long you will be?

Dont accept orders if you are going to take two hours to deliver it. Order was still wrong

The wrong food was delivered to us. Not what we ordered.

Im missing colonels meal and 2 Pepsi and tango

every time i order my food comes cold and have the wrong food and always late this is the second time now not happy

it took 10 minutes longer,and the food come cold. I also ordered gravy and they gave me coleslaw instead.

Chips were cold, considering the food was an hour late.

Disappointing to say the least.

Food was cold....the sauce from the salad really soeuur and with a wird,bad smell ...really not impressed...I did ask for some salt and cutleries and I had receive nothing.....Yes,not ordering again.

Food was disgusting. Threw most of it away - quality of the chicken was worst I've seen for years. Paid £21 for two horrible burgers an extra portion of soggy chips and 2 warm bottles of water. Worst experience ever. Will never return.

The quality of the food was really bad. Very cold and stale, tastes like it was cooked ages ago

Food was great as alway. The only issue was the fillet tower burgers were BBQ for some strange reason

THE ORDER NEVER ARRIVED!!!! After 2 hours of “being prepared” I never received the order, the app now says it’s been delivered when it hasn’t! Please look into this issue, I am disgusted by the level of customer service and lack of timely response

ordered a chicken box meal plain tower burger but was delivered zingy burger to spicy, also the bbq wrap had far to much slaw in it

I will never order again I got delivered the wrong order I rang up the restaurant and was told apparently I order the wrong item. Even when I said come and take your food back I would like a refund I was refused. The food was also stone and the chicken in the burger was not cooked. I only know this after they refused to give back my money, so I decided to eat the food. I was so disappointed imagine buying food in this economy and you don’t even get to eat it or get your money back KFC should be shut down

I did not recive my order! Called the restaurant said I didnot recive my order they say it was most likelly stollen!! How is that even possible if they have send me a confirmation code?? Restaurant can not do anything about... absolutly rubbish!

chips had pepper on them and were soggy, and 1 entire meal was missing the mean in question was over £11 in price try and call the restaurant to get no answer tried for 2 hours over a hundred calls, not good service at all.

Order arrived covered in gravy. Bags split, attempted to catch, burning my arm in the process from the gravy. Food inedible

Not happy really, burger was just about warm enough to be called cooked. Chips were soggy and I payed for a drink which I never received. Dip never came either. Will not be using again.

We normally get a very good service from KFC Collier row but yesterday we received the wrong order, I phoned the restaurant but the issue didn't get resolved so we just had the food sent to us in the end but our order cost £10 more.

Although the order was delivered on time. It was totally cold and instead of beans they sent us gravy. Very disappointed

The food was squashed together in the bag. The chips were inedible and the gravy had burst were it was all squeezed together

Although delivery time was good, the food however was extremely poor. Fries and chicken were totally cold and hard as though they were leftovers that had been reheated. Very disappointing as this place is usually good.

My food hasn’t been delivered despite the website saying the food was delivered. I would like a refund.
