KFC Collier Row - Collier Row Road in Havering

First time in, never used screen before to order. Counter staff couldn't be more helpful.

Fries were cold and soggy. Chicken was ok

Wrong food delivered. Order number not checked. Restaurant said they would correct but now its closed and nothing delivered. So no food at all and no refund as of yet. Abysmal service and incompetent driver

how hard is it to deliver a set meal. I mean really!!! No fries, no popcorn chicken.

Not happy really, burger was just about warm enough to be called cooked. Chips were soggy and I payed for a drink which I never received. Dip never came either. Will not be using again.

We normally get a very good service from KFC Collier row but yesterday we received the wrong order, I phoned the restaurant but the issue didn't get resolved so we just had the food sent to us in the end but our order cost £10 more.

Although the order was delivered on time. It was totally cold and instead of beans they sent us gravy. Very disappointed

The food was squashed together in the bag. The chips were inedible and the gravy had burst were it was all squeezed together

With half the food missing and it being stone cold was a waste of money

Always missing items or meals!! So you go with out!! Employees need to check all orders going out. Sort yourselves out

Although delivery time was good, the food however was extremely poor. Fries and chicken were totally cold and hard as though they were leftovers that had been reheated. Very disappointing as this place is usually good.

The food that arrived was good, however, once again, we are missing 2 burgers, 2 chips and a drink so 2 people have to go without. This place has become a joke.

Absolutely awful experience my bbq was clearly a old fillet ,tough as old boots ,couldn't even bite it yuck worst burger of my life swerving KFC for good now .too many bad experiences and no refund ! Absolute joke.

Though the chicken was still piping hot, the chips were going cold. not sure if the delivery driver used a bag to keep it warm or just left on his back seat, as I didn't see it removed from a thermal bag.

When the driver who is delivering the food comes straight to my home instead of being diverted to other deliveries first, the food is great and is hot and will give the delivery driver a quid as i know the wages are very low !!!!

This shop gives me the feeling that there is no freezer in his shop, and every time he gives me a drink, it is hot. I don't know which god runs this store.

The delivery was only just on time, due to the fact that the delivery driver dropped off 3 other peoples meals before ours.

It’s KFC we all know how it tastes. It’s alright can be nice just depends on what you like the most from there. I think portion sizes could be bigger but it is what it is, my only complaint with KFC is they should start making milkshakes like McDonald’s. It’s surprising how many people like a milkshake. Overall the food is passable so I can’t complain too much.

Delivered 5mins within the first delivery time stated. Was well packed and hot. Food tasty but chicken without authentic KFC taste. Suspect it was not freshly cooked as it was near store closing time.

The food was lovely tonight however as I shut my door with the bag in my hand the bottom of the bag broke and a can of pepis hit my foot and it is really hurting I have a 12 hour shift tomorrow so really not happy please can you make sure the bag is ok before putting the food in.

The bucket meal with 4 pieces of chicken had 3 legs and only 1 piece of chicken. The chips were hard and not fully cooked. Both meals were cold. The delivery driver found my address which most don’t.

Just went in ordered a 10 piece bucket,asked nicely before the bag was packed to give me more chicken legs ,when they gave me the bag a asked if they gave me more legs and they said yes about 5-6 .I checked the bag in front of them is was only 3 legs .I asked them nicely from the beginning ,they said they can’t take the bag back because obviously I touched the chicken.Extremely disappointed,customer service equal to 0,lying customers in their face.I worked with customers before I could never do something like that.I don’t recommend KFC Collier row ,I thing their head office should take some attitude.

This was a re order after original was delivered wrong . Tried calling the shop but no one picked up. Have asked for a refund via support. No wonder the reviews are bad. Get a grip kfc and get your act together .

Chicken so damn greasy like it's tryna deep fry a second time. They messed up my order every other time I ordered. Not worth it, go get popeyes or greggs across the street.

would have been better if driver did not have a delivery in the opposite direction as it first said delivery in 6 mins then went to 11 mins when i received food it needed heating up as chips were barely warm I watched driver on your map go north with my food then came back past the kfc shop to deliver mine all the while my food was getting cold....shame

I love KFC but I’ve experienced some shocking service over the years. This branch however is AMAZING!! They always make fresh to order if you ask, it’s always well cooked and tonight when my Blue light wouldn’t work on the WiFi, Dylan in the collier row branch stepped in to sort the discount. Absolutely brilliant service and the food is excellent as usual. Great service Dylan! Thank you to you and the team tonight! 😀

All food discussing & cold I asked for side breast as always & got leg & thigh Ordered extra wings & got nothing I am single parent with 2 special needs children with special needs. This is terrible service (I want my money back please!!)
