Imperia Pizza in Newcastle upon Tyne

I got the pepperoni and chicken Kiev. The pizza came out quick and hot. The garlic sauce was amazing! Would definitely get again!

We had the mixed kebab twice, always delivered hot and food is very nice indeed. Lamb and chicken very tender and a lovely chargrill taste. Kebab meat and fries lush too!

Sadly you cannot give minus stars for this disgrace of a takeaway. After eating a pizza from here on Friday night, suffered severe food poisoning and been in agony and completely wiped out for three days. Avoid unless you fancy horrific food poisoning. I see that I am not their first victim. The Council has been informed.

We don't go anywhere else. Order then pickup is their fastest option, but delivery has been fine too, we just don't do it that often as live local. Cash only for walk ins still, (Jan 24) but on all the usual sites. Tasty wholesome and flavourful food.

Bought x2 margaritas X1 chicken pizza X1 chips X1 wedges X1 chicken kebab X1 garlic cheese pizza Ordered online to collect was ready really fast. Pizzas tasteless, 2 were cold. Wedges below average and even more so when I had a bite into a frozen one! My mouth is already starting to dry. I don't expect the best but this wasn't even average. Hopefully none of us are poorly tomorrow. I'm giving you 1 star because of how fast it was made and the other 1 star as you got the order correct. You've lost the 3 stars because of the quality, the salt and the temp of the food....

The portions are good and the food is tasty however they had changed some of the menu items without updating the online menu a little while back so what I ordered was not what I got. Still I'm not going to knock them hard because as with most other takeaways it does what it says on the tin.

One of the worst takeaways I have had .cold uncooked chips and 3 lousy bits of chicken strips in a wrap..defo will not be returning

Just ordered took the money from my acc and there's nobody in the shop to give my my food absolutely livid

I'm not bring funny, but a 'house special kebab' with cold donner meat, cold chicken, two absolutely embarrassing peices of lamb and a nice missing order item to top it off isn't very special. I've ordered from here 3 times now, and this is the 3rd time it's been this bad. Definitely wouldn't recommend or return

Very good pizza. Good ingredients. Always tastes good and never gets our order wrong. Slightly expensive and staff not so customer oriented. Nevertheless, worth the visit as they make decent pizzas

My first time, ordered the meal deal 3, loved the chicken kebab with salad. Pizza I chose 34. Mexican hot shot, again nice. Food was still hot by time I got home. Will come back again without a doubt.

Great service when I went in to collect my order it was ready to go. The food was outstanding from the kebabs to pizzas however some of the chips was undercooked but the rest of the food was spot on 👌 and the portions were decent that would fill you up unlike some places! Overall I do recommend them and I will definitely be ordering from them again keep up the good work lads 👍🏻

First and last time ordering hardly any meat on kebab pizzas Lucky if there was one bit of kebab meat on each slice kebab wrap there was more chips in it then kebab meat spent over £30 forgot part of my order They saying first impressions count they definitely do won’t be coming back

Pizza wasn't cut properly had to do it myself wasn't very warm and this was the state it come in if it wasn't for me being so hungry it would of went in the bin I tried to ring but couldn't get through shame really because when we order from here it's usually really nice

BBQ pizza wasn't even BBQ and chips were scrappy chips

First time ordering and it won't be the last this is the best kebab I've had in a very long time. Shish lamb is beautiful, the chicken is gorgeous too! The garlic and chilli sauce put of this world. The salad is very fresh and the chips are nice too. Thank you so much. Delivery driver was also very friendly.

Please avoid if you don't want food poisoning, 3days after getting rubbish food from here and I've still got stomach cramps. Was best around when first opened but went down hill fast! Will never go here again, Mr America pizza from now on much better.

Well we got food from here for first time. Ever never again im 26 weeks preg and ive been diagnosed with food poisioning been ill since had food from here ive vomited endlessly never been off toilet with the runs sorry if tmi im in agony with my. Stomach feel sorry for my unborn baby I've meber felt so ill off a takeaway if i were you avoid the place like the plague

This place was 5 star when it first opened went tonight and struggling to give it a 1 star food was cold I live over the road so wasn't long to get home for it to go cold I got a mixed wrap it was huge with only 2 bits of chicken wrap itself was stail i won't be going again

Placed order at 7pm waited 2 hrs contacted the shop was told 15 mins and 30 mins food arrives at 9.30pm oh and guess what the order was incorrect we will not use again
