Don't listen to what you ask for on your order send the wrong food to order put staff on phone that can't speak any English send your food to the wrong address then speak to you like your dirt on there boot don't order much better places about

We waited over 90mins for our food. We double checked there was no spice before ordering. The food came cold and burnt our lips it was that spicy, phoned back just to be shouted at down the phone. Food in the bin, don't waste your money

I just been here with my friend, I went in and was served by 3 people, all rude and laughing at us when we didn’t understand what was on the menu because the writing was too small, we. Spend £8 on 2 milkshakes which tasted like sugary water. Absolute joke, secondly the milk was out of date which I have proof for! Won’t be surprised if im on the toilet tomorrow with a stomach bug!! Do not reccoment do not go here .

Placed an order and got a call back informing me there was none of the two cakes I ordered and I was told I would be refunded for them,which was fine. Sat and waited for burgers for 30 minutes just to have my order cancelled at stated delivery time. Called to see what happened and then I was informed there was no burgers. I'm not angry that they didn't have what I ordered, I'm angry because they made me wait a whole 30 minutes after they informed me there was no cake to inform me there was no burgers. It just doesn't make sense, the cake is pre made so you wouldn't have to bother with it until packing the order, you actually have to cook the burgers though so how they didn't realise there was no burgers until expected delivery time is utterly ridiculous. To add insult to injury, they call back after I place an order with a different takeaway to inform me they need my door number to deliver my order, I was very confused but it turns out no, it wasn't my order, they had confused my number with a different order. Absolute waste of time. Might actually have nice food but it's really not worth the mental acrobatics just to get it.

I’ve just ordered for first time the Garlic bread wasn’t much good i bitten into one piece and it was rock hard and couldn’t really taste nothing on it :( the salad wasn’t fresh either and the rest of the food was too spicy so I didn’t enjoy it even though I had asked for yogurt sauce. I can’t comment on the staff as I ordered from Deliveroo.

Went there and ordered "OREO MILKSHAKE" i don't think they know how to make one,, its just cold milk and crushed oreos.. worst taste...

I don't know why this place has so many negative reviews, I ordered 3 pizza's and garlic bread to pick up for a specific time. They were ready on time and piping hot and the owner even gave me a free 10 inch garlic bread.The pizza's were really nice and good price and to finish it off with cheesy garlic bread.I would definitely recommended this place.

Amzing food staff very friendly and prompt food still hot on a far delivery deffently going again

Stayed at a local hotel, seen was promoted on just eat so thought give it a go, kebab was full of grease and had barely no salad compared to usual, chicken nuggets were hard, chips were soggy and the burger was breaking in my hand. Would not recommend after seeing other reviews

*DO NOT ORDER HERE, HERE’S A LIST WHY* *I’VE ALSO INCLUDED A REPLY TO THE FALSE RESPONSE FROM WHOM I CAN ONLY ASSUME IS THE OWNER* Never had a more awful experience ordering food than here. -Ordered food initially that arrived over 90 mins late. -The chips were raw. -The burger had hair melted in the cheese. -Called up and was advised the food we be remade and redelivered. -Called back ourselves 50 mins later to be shouted out and told ‘we’d eaten the food, come here and prove we haven’t’ -Staff hung up twice and told ‘Don’t talk to me on the phone’ -Advised to get refund over Uber eats, but laughed at during our complaints. We used to be regulars but N E V E R again. No understanding on customer service and not an ounce of respect in the staff. Spend your money somewhere else. *REPLY* It is beyond appalling that instead of taking responsibility, you decide to blame customers for what is ridiculous customer service. I would be happy for you to share my IP address and would welcome involvement with the police with regards to harassment. Not only is your service disgusting but to have the audacity to blame customers for their honesty that reflects how awful your service is, is nothing bar shameful. There are no lies in my previous review, and the fact that your staff behaviour is not an isolated incident in other reviews speaks volumes. You openly lie and accuse us of laughing on the phone when instead we remained calm while your staff members shouted rudely, before hanging up twice. Your other staff thought the situation was a joke.We ordered at 5:30pm to have food not delivered AFTER promise of redelivery at 8pm. Immy’s went back on every promise so there is nothing ‘Fake’ in what was previously stated. Happy to escalate this to the appropriate services. I led by saying it’s beyond a shame that we used to be regulars, because we thrive on supporting small businesses, but to accuse us of our integrity, and then lie about your and our actions to try and restore your reputation? If my aim was to drag Immy’s through the Mud, my review would be slanderous. But it wasn’t, it was honest. I urge you to fix your customer service etiquette immediately.

• Was a treat getting night so we ordered from here.... • We didn't get a full are order, • The phone number thats on just eat is the wrong number. • Got the right phone number rang them for the guy to say okay ill sort it ... it never came. • Due to this I won't be ordering from here again its disgusting service, and the wrong attitude to customers. Very nice hot pot here. Big portions and well flavoured steak.

The food was great, I didntt mind that it came later than anticipated or the prices. I ordered the meat steak box. The reason I've not given more than 3 stars is because the ratio of meat to chips needs to be reviewed. There was little to no meat, I was left searching. But overall food tasted great.

Cold bland food overpriced rude owner who when asked why the food was stone cold proceeded to swear down the phone at us. Disgusting attitude which is reflected in the taste of the food. AVOID!

Found 3 hairs in my steak hot pot took it back to owner who threw the hotpot to the ground and swore at me saying we were lying. Unacceptable behaviour from an establishment I have reported the store to the council for health inspection.

Picked up some food for the first time for iftari today, a full family waiting for what looked and sounded like delicious food. Got home 3 miles away... What we actually got was shreds of dry rubbery steak in the special steak box, the asian special pizza had very little chicken on it. It was more of donner special pizza (donners cheaper) overly salty fries and one missing drinks... Rang up to give some feedback and to enquire about the drink and if the pizzas had been mixed up. Only to be met with hostility and anger. I assume it was the owner I spoke to, who clearly suffers from delusions of grandeur from his declamatory manner. The fact that the place was deserted at what was essentially peak time should have been a sign, place next door was buzzing (next time perhaps?) Wouldn't bother Parking is atrocious too. Too many of there own cars leaving no room for customers. On a busy main road, paying customers should be given priority.

So our family have ordered from here for a while now and typically , the food used to be lovely. Recently , the Garlic bread has been vile. Our last two order have been foul. 2 weeks ago the garlic was chunky and there were other bits that were chewy and not identifiable! The normal typical texture of garlic bread. The taste was awful. We ashumed the staff just had a bad day. We've tried again today given how good food used to be! And this time the garlic bread dough isn't even cooked! Its a soggy dough. I'm not sure whats happened to the chips changing too? ... but it's gone from a 4 star to a 1 star for us. I will not be buying food here again. The staff are friendly and nice and it seems clean inside. But such a let down recently on the food quality.

Great food and at a good price. Enjoy the pizzas and have had steak, which was enjoyable. You need to park on a busy road to get food. Food always hot and fresh and staff are great too.

Worst food I have ever had in my life not only did my order come totally wrong my food took near 2 hours to be delivered when it is literally 5 mins away I ordered a plain pizza and it came with onions on !!!!!! Onions what I absolutely hateee and was all over my pizza 😡 I am disgusted! & will not be ordering from here again and not to forget when I rang to complain about my order they totally ignored and did not pick up !!! We ordered last night on Uber eats and didn’t realise till we was waiting over an hour for delivery how far it was and still delivered to us , pleasantly surprised we got the chicken and steak box it was amazing !! Arrived still hot deffo worth the wait and will be ordering again
