it’s a standard cafe and the front doesn’t look appealing however the staff were particularly accommodating and whether it’s a family you go with (has large areas to sit indoor and outdoor) or you go on your own i can guarantee a pretty fab cheese and onion toastie! - you can also get ur car washed while you wait for food and eat if that’s your style.

This spot is great for breakfast or brunch. This cafe has absolutely delightful scrambled eggs on toast and with great service 10/10 highly recommend

I had been following this cafe on social media for awhile. I finally convinced my husband to give it a try today. When we arrived, we interrupted the server having a cigarette break out front. He followed us inside and just stared while we looked over the menu. I asked him about the chicken burger whether it was grilled or fried. He then explained that it came with chips and salad. I asked again how it was prepared and he shrugged. He then advised us that if we intended to pay with card, their machine was broken. He said we could go to the Tesco nearby and get cash. At this point, we decided to just leave and try out luck somewhere else. I really wanted to try this cafe and am so disappointed at the experience we had.

My husband and I both live in highfield but this is the firs time we have eaten at imagine cafe. Fantastic breakfast and loads of it, cooked just how we wanted it. Lovely staff and reasonable prices. Will definitely be going a lot more, supporting our local cafe. Well done

We visit this very friendly café regularly, the staff are always welcoming and go out of their way for us. Eggs on toast are lovely, so is the latte and a good selection of teas. Outside seating is comfortable, especially when the sun is out, and you can even get your car washed while you sit! Interior has been redecorated and you can really see the effort that has been made, we are so pleased this café is part of our community.

Our favourite local, always ready to receive all and sundry with a smile. We have been coming here for years and we are so great full they are at a short walking distance from our home so we get to have a quick catch up before work or in between jobs! The service is outstanding and the welcome is so warm from all the staff (including the wonderful gentleman who will rush over to dry the outside bench and put a cushion down for me, while asking how I am!) that they feel like friends to us. A great selection of tea and good coffee, plus lovely breakfast. Keep your chins up guys, it’s been really hard with this COVID situation and you have done great!

A really friendly place to meet and eat. The food is freshly cooked and delicious. Best cappuccino for miles always accompanied by lots of friendly smiles. Even just popping in for a cuppa is fun. Thanks to you all.

It was a thoroughly disgusted in charge £20 to wash my transit connect van and did not do the roof will not ever use them again they are total crap

Bought a car from the place next door and happened to stop for a coffee. Nice people and a nice place. Great coffee.

We thought we'd give this place a try as it was starting to rain walking back from the shops. We walked in and stood at the counter, no acknowledgement from the lady behind the till for at least 2 mins. I expect a "hello", "welcome" or at least "I'll be with you in a minute". Maybe I expect too much these days. Sat down and couldn't find one table that didn't wobble! I wanted a cigarette but there's no undercover area outside at all? And the worst thing was their coffee cups, the hole in the handle was too small to pick up, it actually hurt my finger turning it white from lack of blood. I suppose it's handy for mums waiting to pick the kids up from school and understand it does get busy but my experience was not that thrilling.

Brought my car to get it cleaned. Went in for a coffee ended up eating a big tasty breakfast. Kimbo coffee was excellent. They make the best coffee in town. The place needs a face lift. I could hear people giving great compliments on specials. The day I went the place was packed full of people.

Many years ago there was a garage in Fletcher Way. That closed and for a long time the premises were empty. Now the car sales showroom is a bathroom showroom and one corner is a cafe. I've often walked past and seen a surprising number of people in there - it's next to a school and I guess some of the mum's go in for a chat and a coffee once they've offloaded the kids. So I decided to take the plunge, I left it until after the school run though.... First impressions - it's a bit sparse. The outside seating is what used to be a garage forecourt so won't win any prizes for the view (you can see Bellgate shops across the road) but if you're a smoker you just have to put up with that. inside, formica topped tables, hard seating, but all very clean. Suzuki logos on the doors..... There are newspapers (Sun Mirror etc) and magazines available if you want to read and quiet background music. The available fare is listed on a huge blackboard above the counter and covers an interesting range from espresso - anyone heard of Kimbo Coffee? I hadn't - through fry up breakfasts omelettes and sandwiches to a couple of specials as lunch dishes plus a range of what look to be home made cakes. Order at the counter find a seat and it's brought to you. The coffee is made using a proper espresso machine and is not bad. As I say I've never heard of Kimbo coffee, but what do I know? In two visits I've sampled a lemon drizzle cake and a chocolate coated flapjack, both perfectly fine. It's obvious watching what goes on that they've built a regular clientele which includes builders, travelling salesmen, a couple of district nurses plus the mums on the school run and I suppose this mix explains the slightly odd mix of cafe and Caff. I wouldn't pick this as a place to out to but it's a cut above the other local cafes if you're a builder looking for a change
