IKEA Restaurant in Belfast

Always loved Ikea! Food great… hidden gem for food & prices with family card, but… But coffee machines always cold first thing in the morning or not working. Tables are rarely cleaned like they used to be. Even leave a cloth & spray and we can do it! Some staff little rude with approach at the restaurant.

I regularly visit IKEA at Holywood Exchange and always visit the restaurant. We arrived this morning at about 10am. Disappointed to find that there was no toast, no fruit salad and no speciality coffee. In fact the coffee machines have been broken every time we have called for about the last month. We decided to buy some food and drinks at the cafe at the exit. It was closed. I know that the restaurant prices are good value, but I see no reason for such poor performance. Ikea - I am not giving up on you yet. You have a week to get your act together before my next visit. PS - it is not the fault of IKEA, but there are always cars without blue badges parked in the disability bays.

Coffee machine always errors or empty When I left after finishing my meal, there was still no staff checking or repairing.

Great place to eat, and time to relax after a walk around the store, next step up and collect our purchase. Thanks guys

Was waiting at counter to pay and by time someone came over the food was drastically cooler, also got food poisoning from it so yeah, great place

Ikea maintains their services and quality worldwide !!! Would love to get some more options in the menu

Cheap meals and chips, good for kids

Amazing, kind staff. And don't even get me started on the Swedish meatballs 10/10. Loved my visit I highly recommend.

Clean, quiet tasty and affordable

For convenience, value for money and friendly service its 5 star. Selection of food is not expansive but nutritious and pretty good quality. Done the Swedish way with layout more self service style saving labour and therefore costs. Very practical with self service microwave, drinks machines. Plenty of electric sockets for plug and play/work with free wi-fi. Icing on the cake at Belfast location is that the restaurant windows overlook Belfast City Airport runway with views across to Cave Hill Mountains. And free coffee weekdays for family members.

Good selection of food that is usually warm, never had it cold and it’s quite nice
