Great !... sometimes. My husband (who's bald 😡) found a hair INSIDE HIS ICECREAM !!! putting me and my child off our ice-cream. TEN POUND DOWN THE DRAIN 😡😡 will not be coming back until this health hazard has been FIXED. And to think about it how many hairs(or more HEALTH HAZARDS )has been in your food from here. DISGUSTING ABSOLUTLY FILTHY 😡🤬🖕🏿

Igloo in Stirling is a much needed ice cream parlour for the city. The gelato on offer are of varied flavours and good quality! They do crepes, waffles, sundaes and slush too. There are seats to sit and enjoy your gelato. Good service.

Bought some churros from them this evening. They were completely stale. For the price they charge they should be ashamed. Not going back

Waited 7-9 mins to be served as there was only one lady working on her own on a nice day - not her fault. Assistant had the personality of a door handle. Shop was very very very warm. Not particularly cheap, 4 single scoops and a double at almost £15 was poor value. Ice cream was very average. Not depths to flavours. Bland and milky tastes, even stronger flavours were pale in colour and weak in taste. Lacking a richness I’d associate with proper ice cream. Not sure what awards have been won, possibly for artistic design. On a final note the outside of the shop is filthy. First and last visit.

I have never had a bad experience here. The counter girls are more than happy to help. Even bringing my purchase to the door as I had my dog with me. 10 outta 10 ladies.

You can get most anything around here easy parking lovely shops

the stuff is really good. only draw back is you wont get much change from a 20 for 2 milkshakes and 2 desserts

Scandalous the size reduction in the tubs, and ice cream.

normally very good, sent the kids in this time to order 3 milshakes - as thin as water and a waste of money. don't mind paying £4.20 for a milshake but not for something as bad as these 3 were, really disappointing that the workers believe serving such poor quality is "value for money".

The shop was clean and well organised for safety. The ice-cream want very tasty. Wasn't as tasty as usual. 🥺 Most of it went in the bin.

Wide variety of flavours but not necessarily the ones I like. Large scoops, variety of cones or tubs, but quite expensive.

Got mint chocolate ice cream and nutailla and I'm surprised the people who work were amazing so nice and helpful I normally go to creams in London to just get dirty loos and such so please keep it up this place is a great find I recommend anyone going here.

Have taken our grandson here a few times now for an ice Cream! Good selection with the added bonus of a pick and mix stand as well. Clean with good service

Yummy icecream lots of different flavours

Nice ice creams but the service you get is terrible. The staff are always on their phones and it just comes across as rude when someone is serving you face down looking at their phone.

I love the igloo chain. Great ice creams, they also have an ice cream van that comes around in the winter and serves great sundaes

Stumbled across this ice cream shop on the search for a cold treat on a VERY hot day wandering around exploring Stirling. Was easy to find however there was a major road closure directly outside the shop which was not ideal. The shop was still within easy reach of roadside parking just around the corner. The young ladies that served us were lovely, patient when we took a while deciding what we wanted and able to hold a nice conversation, which is really nice! The only downside to the visit was that the churros my partner and I had appeared to have been cooked a day or two beforehand as they were quite hard. Certainly not the best churros we have had (and we were very excited for them too as they are our favourite!) but the ice cream was lovely, especially on such a nice day. Option of indoor or outdoor seating is great.

Igloo is a fantastic ice cream parlour that serves everything from waffles to sundaes, ice cream and crepes, tango ice blasts too. I visit a lot with friends, and know for a fact people travel to come to this ice cream parlour - the best in Stirling and the surrounding areas. Will always be back.

This ice cream parlour was just down the road from the apartment where we were staying. There was a great selection of ice creams, from your traditional flavours to some for the chocolate lovers - like maltesers, snickers (which I highly recommend) and Ferrero Rocher. The prices are very reasonable with 4 scoops for £5, which are also generous scoops. These were some of the best quality and flavoured ice creams we’ve had and I make my own ice creams.

Had been at kings park and has promised son an ice cream. Not being local we done a quick search and decided on igloo. We ordered 2 small cones 1.90 each and a small tub at 2.40. Raspberry ripple, vanilla and coconut all lovely. Was a bit pricey as if we had wanted flakes it would have been another 50p each but for the quality the price was fair.

I ordered a igloo at 9:25 expecting it would arrive before 10:00 because it closes at that time so I waited 45 minutes till 10:00 and still no igloo then I try to phone igloo again and there was no answer. WHERES MA IGLOO

Ordered from here twice and both times they have got the order wrong and forgot things from it. Will not order from here again.

Recommended by our hotel clerk this place was great! The ice cream was very rich and tasty. I can't believe so many of my friends just go to McDonalds when they travel when there are local places like this around! It's not that hard, people. When you travel, just go on tripadvisor and see what is highest rated near you!

Lots of flavors, they will give you tastes. The staff is friendly. What’s not to like. Unfortunately I can’t remember what flavors I had, but I do remember it as good ice cream and a pretty good sized portion Parking was a bit of a challenge, at least in part because there was some area road work, and I think they were redoing the parking area

We just recently tried Igloo for the first time we were not disappointed. We both choose the ice creams and toppings etc for our sundaes, excellent and really good value for money. We will be back.

Right so I’m just not happy NOT HAPPY. There all like “yeah we deliver now” I was so exited but no they don’t even sell half the stuff. So the things that people actually want you can’t even get like nah not even funny was craving it so much and you have ruined my life. ABSOLUTELY DONE. And another thing why would you make the minimum order amount liek a tenner and then add like a fiver delivery money BUT THEN I CANT EVEN GET COOKIE DOUGH nah actual stuff this I’m done for the day you have broke my heart.

I feel that i definitely got my moneys worth when visiting here. My husband and I really enjoyed the Belgian waffles and agreed that the quality of food was amazing. I would definitely recommend visiting here when passing!

The ice cream here is top notch stuff. The staff are really nice. There's is outdoor seating for the sunny days and counter seating inside. They also to waffles and frozen slushy drinks of the glowing kind 🤣. Really it some of the best tasting ice I have ever had.

My girls love Igloo and the staff are always very smart and polite. Only downside is they refused my £5 note on the basis "it isn't one of the new plastic ones...." She was adamant the old style are not kosher !! Thankfully I had a card with me.

The wait was ridiculous, all I wanted was ice cream for my grandson. He did really enjoy it though despite the wait.

The coffee is also worth a try. Lots of different flavours, and well worth the money. Our favourite is the hot cookie dough.

Igloo Ice Cream serve the best ice cream in Stirling. No question. The ice cream actually tastes of what the flavour is supposed to be, rather than a weak attempt that you often get. It's really creamy, and just tastes delicious.

Great ice cream selection... And having sampled a good number of them, I can assure you they are delicious! Great for a treat for the kids, a special occasion, or even just a random Tuesday!

A nice selection of desserts, although a tad pricey, some of the ice cream had a powdered texture to it which was a first for me. Seen 1 of the staff lick her figures as she put out fresh ice cream which I thought was rather unhygienic

As I am a local I find myself drawn to local businesses. In particular I was drawn to igloo due to their extensive advertisement that spans the whole of Stirling. They have a great range of interesting flavours that vary from time to time. They do some fantastic portions as well making buying ice cream there well worth the money. They do other desserts than ice-cream they do: crepes, waffles and milkshakes! It's worth a visit!

Went with my friends today to get something before we went to the nearby park. I got a tango iceblast and so did one of my friends and my other friend got a crepe and it looked really nice! The only thing that could get improved was maybe more variety and also cheaper prices :)

Was promised waffle was made in store. Direct lie. Ferrero roche and nuttella ice cream taste nothing like they should. Would not recommened.

What can I say, like the old fashioned ice cream parlours - high stools and delicious deserts. Sundaes, crepes, cookie dough, hot fudge cake and all with ice cream in great flavours.

If you love icecream you will love it here. I had a double scoop Strawberry it was creamy. I also had a scoop of malterses it was also yummy. The lady let me try a few flavours. The scoops were big. The prices are reasonable as well. There are spaces to park your car round the back. There is also a few chairs to sit in. I will definitely be back

A nice selection of ice creams, mostly funky flavours but still based on classics. A few window seats to watch the world go by as you enjoy your ice cream or various options for take away. Usually plenty of parking nearby which is handy.

wow this place is like HEAVEN!!!!

Well, I guess my life is now going to revolve around work and my kids asking to come back here. We walked down to check this place out last week having heard various people with sugar rushes and possible slight weight gain rave about it. I have to say it was marvellous. The kids loved their mint choc chip ice cream and hot waffle selections. My wife hardly spoke during her demolition of a hot crepe and the caramel shortcake ice cream I had was brilliant. Even though there was a steady stream of traffic coming in the service was very good. Withdrawal symptoms are kicking in already...

Service is excellent and they have a wonderful selection of Ice Creams. You can have a simple cone, sample their sundaes or crepes. Or create your own sundae from their display of ice creams, toppings, cold or hot sauces. A delight for young and old alike!
