IF Panzerotto & Co. in Hammersmith and Fulham

I didn’t see all of their 1 star reviews but honestly I’m shocked, disappointed and having to throw out pizza which I can’t believe. See photos for fully BURNT and inedible pizza with NO refund which made this whole experience a waste of time and money. Taking a little extra time and care to provide better food would go a long way.

Terrible restaurant, rude service from the start. I ordered a pizza and dessert. They didn't arrive. I called them to ask what had happened. They denied getting the order so I ordered over the phone. They call me, Whatsapp me and tell me I am too far away when I am 20 mins away. They still deny having my order. They say they have no bad reviews online when I have seen many here and just eat. They ask me how they are meant to get the pizza to me when they have customers and tell me to come to their shop at night. Liars, rude and annoying. Will never go here again and have shared that they are terrible. Avoid and spend your money elsewhere.

This is the worst pizza shop I’ve ever ordered from in my life , The food was cold and partially burnt. I ordered 2 large pizzas , they gave me 2 medium ones. Finally they completely ignored order notes asking for extra sauce instead they gave me a total of 0 for both pizzas. Avoid this place at all cost , I would’ve been more happy with a frozen pizza from the store.

I ve ordered 2 calzoni with sausage but inside the calzoni the were only 3 slice of sausage not even Italian sausage. It’s a no ,full of cheese and spinach. Sometimes we can go cheap but not 3 slice common and not necessarily we need to call it Italian sausage if is not. Not recommended Ho ordinato 2 calzoni, l’avessi mai fatto…!! Delusione+++ All interno dei calzoni c erano solo 3 fette di wustel perché quelle non erano salsicce e neanche erano di origine italiana dai, se sei italiano lo sai. Il calzone era tutto cheese e spinaci. Sconsigliatissimo.

Me and my boyfriend went to get pizza here in the evening after most dinner places were closed. The pizzas we got were above expectations; freshly made from scratch yet quickly prepared. Would recommend for anyone in the neighbourhood!

Terrible, was sold a tiramisu that was completely frozen solid and inedible. No idea how long it had been on the freezer. Do not recommend at all. When I opened the bag it was in battered chunks not even a proper slice.

Amazing customer service and very enjoyable pizza. Will be back for more. Would recommend to all pizza lovers

The new menu is much expanded, with different sizes for pizza, calzone and panzerotto, and a long list of toppings/fillings, including many different cheeses. You can eat in but there are many nice outside benches nearby if the weather is good. The panzerotto is a bit different to how it was with the past owners. I don't know what this means for authenticity, but I think the capacity for fillings has gone up a bit. It remains difficult to find anything similar locally. And the staff are very friendly also.

This is a business that took over from an original Italian pizzeria. Do not waste your money, thinking you are buying what you see in the pictures. Extremely disappointing, unprofessional and should be unlawful. Don't waste your money

Great food we loved the panzerotto and enjoyed the general vibes here, was lucky to get a table and a cold beverage too woohoo!

This lovely tiny pizza place in Hammersmith is the best in town! Not only is the dough amazing, but the staff is really lovely <3 I regularly come here with my office colleagues, and I can definitely say the pizza really reminds me of the ones I used to eat in trattorias in Italy. 5/5

Stoped by for a quick lunch and found the real Italian food! The pizza fritta was fantastic! Surely will go back and recommend it to all! Italian approved!

This lovely tiny place is absolutely beautiful. The manager his staff and the food is second to none. Fresh tasty cheap amazing in fact. If you are looking for great food great drinks abs great service with a smile this is the place to go to. Well done guys, amazing.

Today I had the pleasure to meet Miki and Luca in this small but fantastic place, where I finally had the chance to taste a really and I underline REALLY good pizza. The guys has been so kind to make me try a piece of “panzerotto” a speciality from south Italy, what to say, was delicious! I’ll definitely come back at least once a week! Super suggested!

Ordered this on Uber Eats and was so yummy, exactly what I needed! Not only was my food amazing but they left a lovely note and gave me a free dessert which I wasn’t expecting. Will order again for sure

I was so happy to see a place that makes panzerotti in London. There aren’t many and it’s a pain to make them at home as the kitchen will smell of fried food for days. I am from Puglia so I guess I am picky...

I can smell the panzerotti from my office and it immediately takes me back to Italy where you can smell the firewood pizzas in the streets in the summer. When oven baked, it's basically like a calzone as the main ingredients are tomatoes and mozzarella....
