Nice spot. Service good. Food okay but way overpriced with a hidden service fee.

Food taste is below average and very overpriced, I had to come down here after my delivery by Deliveroo was canceled by the rider. Unfortunately I was waiting for much more delicious burger like much more and less priced than this one. Make sure your food is delivered so you don’t end up here.

Alright since there is nothing nearby. Overpriced. « Uniquely British » is what got us in. But the fish (and particularly chips) was a combination of undercooked and soggy. The Wagyu burger patty was tasty but the rest was just messy. The bun was stale. Agree with previous comments regarding the price, has Hard Rock hotel/ American vibes but the price value is not there.

My husband and I are happy we tried this restaurant. The atmosphere is relaxed and classy. The staff are friendly and helpful. We both had the chicken burger. The burger was delicious and crispy and the chips were hot and flavourful. I’m usually not a fan of coleslaw but I loved it. The previous reviews were not consistent with our experience. If you are staying at the radisson red and don’t want to go too far from the hotel for any reason I would highly recommend trying this restaurant.

I have just arrived for my three-day stay at this hotel. The room itself is decent. The only off-putting thing that happened was one of the coat hangers had something sticky or gooey on it, but all in all, just a small, maybe a little bit cramped, maybe a little bit dark, but generally clean room. The problem that I'm having is with the hotel bar, which I went downstairs to visit because I'm hungry and thirsty, and I just flew across the Atlantic. But, unfortunately, when I asked the server if I could sit at a table or if I needed to sit at the bar, they said, sit at the bar. And so I did, and then I sat at the bar, and I kept sitting at the bar, and that same server started coming back from tables and putting dirty glasses and plates in front of me. And none of the multiple bartenders acknowledged me in any way, and multiple customers pushed their way up to the bar and placed orders or insisted on paying. And I just sat there, and I watched, and I took some pictures. And then I went and I complained to the host who came back and I think spoke, or I know spoke to one of the bartenders and the host said they would take my order. Still not acknowledged, I sat there for several more minutes, and then decided that this is ridiculous and that when service starts off on such a wrong foot, really, there's not a lot that can go better from that point, and I just decided that I had to leave out of frustration. No point in complaining further. I mean, I don't want to stare at dirty plates, napkins, and glasses and basically be treated as a non-person. Try a little bit harder, Radisson. That experience was about as bad a first impression as you can create.

Fresh and hot food. Falafel wrap and beef burger were absolutely delicious. Food served until 10pm was a welcome surprise to us following a late check in

I never give bad reviews unless warranted, but this place is a joke. I haven’t had any food from here so I can’t speak much to that, but in regards to the pricing, it’s absolutely ridiculous. My friend and I went downstairs around 11pm for soft drinks and we paid literally 11 quid for two cokes. Avoid this place unless absolutely necessary. Couldn’t complain about the service but again, didn’t order anything but drinks here.

Nice looking place. Staff are a bit whatever. The prices are just a joke. £3.65 for a can of Diet Coke, no glass or ice offered. Cappuccino was rubbish (foam quality poor and espresso was bitter). Wanted to eat here but not paying these prices. Go to the pub across instead. We went there, it’s a 3 minute walk, the three magpies. Put your prices down and you will have more happy customers.

It was rainy so I decided to stay i the hotel for the dinner. I had a hamburger and Guinness, both very good. Chips were not greasy and the burger tasty. Staff took care and served perfectly.

I know it's a captive audience and they can do what they like - but wow. Possibly the worst meal I've ever had. £20 for a piece of chicken that looked like 1/4 of a chicken breast, strange chips, an odd Yorkshire pudding added for no reason at all...and dry, bland, tasteless food. Its overpriced and served by staff who look like they'd rather be anywhere else. Get a takeaway or something because this blows.

Nice atmosphere and the food was as expected: - chicken was a little dry but otherwise tasty enough - lemon tart base a little overcooked but the icecream was surprisingly well suited - for GBP3.50 for tea, was definitely expecting loose leaf 10% service charge which seems to be the norm around here. Service was satisfactory.

Literally the only restaurant that I’ve been to in Europe that charges a service fee. 10% fee was not advertised, just show up on the bill.
