Small portions served. Moderate customer service.

Been here few times,sadly i had a worse customer service twice from same staff i believe she is Somalian lady extremely rude,act like a dumb when customer don’t understand her stupid act she was shouted like a idiot,not very welcoming,poor customer service and very ignorant,behave like she own the restaurant and very demanding tplz avoid this rude lady if you see her in the counter basically she will make your appetite go away and ruins you day meantime management mist review her work performance and if necessary give her proper training otherwise soon or later company will lost their business badly because of her horrible attitude.

Most of what is presented on the menus is not actually available. Staff are really rude and non responsive. I think if you are in the grounds of a hospital you have a responsibility to treat customers with a bit of care considering we are not exactly here to have a good time. Food is also straight up disgusting, tiny portions and clearly cooked a while ago and reheated. Basically stealing off of patients, hard working staff and family members of patients.

Had an appointment on the 3rd April as always come here for a lovely breakfast went down treat top service 😋

Only positive aspect is the front staff. Overpriced, horrible food. Quality and price of food here is somewhat of a joke among everyone who ever ate here. Small portions which cost an arm and a leg. You'll find shells in you eggs (as well as plenty of water) It being in a hospital you would expect fairly priced simple, healthy food but you get the choice of either spending 5-10 pounds for a small portion of bland unhealthy food or you can make your pick from a small selection of overpriced sandwiches.

Subpar restaurant with slow service. The only real reason you’d go here is out of convenience and lack of choice.

Staff work at a snails pace. Sandwich selection is very limited and they don't have enough of them. Hot food was dried on the serving dishes and was sitting under lamps and only available at limited times. Obviously caters for staff, visitors should bring their own food.

Great Hospital Canteen open to the public at fairly reasonable prices. Spacious, airy and and clean seating areas with a good range of hot food served by friendly staff. Extensive menu is printed upfront soon after you enter. Serves Starbucks coffee at reasonable prices.
