I odered vegisupreme pizza but I found meat in pizza . They are not washing their hands before making pizza. Worst pizza

I order for collection and when I came to the restaurant to pick up order they just said u have to wait 20 minutes and after 20 minutes they said our oven is not working that is none of my business.i have wait for an hour and after that they cancelled it. That’s not right I was hungry.never gonna order from this branch. Worst experience!

Domino's pizza flavors vary by country. But the service is the same as I experienced. I really appreciate Mrs.. Sonam who makes my pizza day amazing. Ma'am understood my preferences and served me politely and gently.

I ordered a pizza from here today and it was the worst delivery experience ever! It was a WHOLE HOUR late and they kept demanding for a tip when I already had to pay for delivery. When it came, it wasn’t as hot as it normally was and it was a bit cold. This was such a bad experience! I give this 0 stars. I’ve lost all faith in dominos and I’m never ordering from here again. Nobody should!

It's a pizza takeaway, the food is the same in all the Domino's everywhere. Can't go wrong

Poor customer service. Placed an order, waited for more than an hour but it didn't arrive, I called several times on my phone but they didn't pick up however when I called on my dad's that's when they picked up, said that my order has not come on my their system but took money off from my card!! The male staff said the money will be refunded but didn't take my card details!! Had to call many times to the store to refund my money which they eventually did. Trash, never ordering here again!!! (happened an year ago)

Worst domino's around! Ordered 3 pizzas, chips, wedges & wings with 3 additional sauces. For a start the customer service is appalling! The staff do not even acknowledge you upon entering the shop and will just leave you to stand there. I had to request to be served and dealt with. We placed our order online so no mistakes as its written in black and white to simply copy the order, yet they forgot the wings and chips and sauces! When returning to the store once again to collect again no one was interested in serving myself and another person stood waiting so I had to call them over once again. Upon eating the food our pizzas were uncooked and sloppy. Wedges cold and hard in the middle -uncooked. Ended up leaving the store without the wings and refund as they are a complete shambles! Our entire family have woken up ill also from eating what we were able too of the food. Tried calling to complain yesterday evening about the food and service but again no answer to calls at all.

We order half tandoori hot & half veggie supreme. On Friday the person who were on the phone couldn’t understand what I was saying ! Then I had to cut the call and had to ordered over the till because couldn’t understand a word. Today on Monday we again ordered the same pizza we live in hayes from where we live it takes 20 minutes to here. When we open the box it was only tandoori hot. We had to come here again and when we came here, the second lady just took the pizza and went back. She had no manner’s that they should apologise but instead she stated arguing. They had no idea what they are doing. They are working preparing the pizza with the gloves which is ridiculous. On front desk you should have experienced or atleast well spoken staff who can understand the language. The manager was there too but when he saw we came with the pizza back he went at the back station and didn’t come which is so unprofessional. Least deserved branch . While staff should get fired Or CLOSE THE STORE

Bangin ad always; it’s a shame they prepare a salty pepperoni pizza because of the sauce! A sweet spicy and salty sauce would be the ideal

The taste of the Pizza is well preserved over the years, Domino's is out goto Pizza atleast few times a month and we get the very good quality every time we order.

Most ever bad food No taste at all. Even not put required amount of BBQ source. Pizzas called, Tandooryi chcken hot. But about 10 small pieces of tandoori chicken. they don't put enough toppings. Also, previously had very bad customer service when I called to say why they not put sufficient toppings or BBQ source even when I paid for extra toppings. Very very bad customer service too never recommend

If I could give no stars I would. We waited 2 hours for a pizza. When I chased after an hour, they said they were in traffic and it was on the way. This was a lie as I checked maps and there was no traffic. I called again and they said they're still stuck in traffic. On my 3rd call, I get told they cancelled my order when I chased the first time. Now I have to wait 5 days for a refund! Ridiculous service from Ray (if that's even his name). I won't be ordering from Domino's again!

Save your time and do not order from here. They show 30 minutes upon ordering on the app and once they have got your money then they have upper hand.your food will arrive if you are lucky enough in 1 hour and 30 minutes. I have made this mistake few times before, but will never again. Please kindly save your time.

Awful, Awful, Awful Experience !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Everting arrived cold with missing ingredients. Tried calling the West Drayton location serval times @ 01895 441144 without any luck to speak about my order. I wish I could get my money back. I would definitely not recommend this place.

Waited over and hour for delivery on a mile a way. When food was delivered items missing from the order. Delivery driver didn't care and basically walked off after telling me to call the shop. When called the shop they didn't even know what to do about it Then decided the eould send missing item half hour later. Will never order from here again as the food wasn't eaven hot. 1 service are good, however if you ask for name who serve you Answer will be' im not gonna tell you'. This is not how you treat people who do your salary. Not every one want get you in the bed. Something changes past years. No name batch at all. Nowa days as a customer I would like to know with who I speak. I'm not sure if Mr Tom and James Monaghans would like it. However if I don't look at that pizza dough was 6 days old , still tasty. Chicken kickers supposed be 7 it came with 6. Lady at makeline was swapping topping from one pizza to another in front customer. Mixing beef and pork. No respect to religion's at all. Waiting time: been told 10 minutes. As you could see on screen there was only 4 pizzas before took 17 minutes . 3 pizzas in 39 seconds doesn't apply here. Also alcohol sanitizer used for hand and than touch to dough. As I mentioned before wouldn't recommend for Muslim people. Even lady who served and made my smile, doesn't change fact that customer service and food wise in local domino's is very low. It's shame Domino's lost it's standards 😕

Shocking customer service said it was delivered half an hour later still no pizza even though it's only a 5minutes walk away. We did go in for collection before but they weren't interested so decided on delivery once home. Called several times eventually they answered and knew exactly who it was even quoted the address but they didn't care just said oh we are busy. Finally got the pizza after an hour and it was cold bearing in mind it's only a 5 minute walk away oh and it's the start of the heatwave so it's not snowing outside, shocking service don't waste your time I would've given no stars but you can't

Really bad customer service. I am a regular customer and I order ones in a week a pizza and a side. Today I had a collection order and when I arrived home I realised that the side order was wrong. I tried to call them and the member of staff said that he will try to deliver the right one in 15min to my home. I was waiting almost 30min and I called again in. The guy on phone was saying please talk to manager then cut of my phone. I tried to call them so many times after but they ignored my phone call, I lost basically 5 pounds worth of food. I am sure the guy who I was talking to is the tall guy with black beard…I am sure with the voice! I am so disappointed, will definitely forward it to head office!!! I have all recording how I made the call and what kind of respond I got. If you wanna lose money then please go order there. It’s ridiculous!!!!!

I won't recommend ordering from this store. They marked my order as delivered without delivering the order. I called up the store several times but nobody picked up the phone. I had guests at my place and everyone was very disappointed. I was about to drive to the place to complain when finally the delivery guy showed up. The pizzas were cold and stale. I received my order nearly 2 hours after placing the order. This is my first and last order from these scammers.

Order took more than 1.5hrs for a local delivery. Wife called and they rudely said 'we're busy what do want me to do' ...I understand these times are unique so a simple explanation or apology would suffice. Dont take orders if you cant deliver! Guy on the phone behaved as if we were being given free pizza. Arrived cold and tastes like rubber, very poor service.

The staff service was good, I ordered via their app and choose collection by mistake, i called them and they changed the delivery option manually and managed to deliver quickly. Food was hot and good as well.

Ordered chicken feast and got with bacons in it, and when called to complain about it the staff was unapologetic and was being defensive. Had to drive back to the store to replace it and still no proper apology. Very rude staff! Not helpful at all! Not gonna order from here at all. Pathetic!

Cold pizza delivered. Arrived 30 minutes after tracker said it was ready. I don't mind waiting over an hour for pizza but deliver it hot or at least warm. The driver was really rude too. I will be seeking a refund and won;t use again.

Decided to order 2 pizzas from the West Drayton branch for a change, have never ordered online before now, all was fine with ordering via the app, however the pizza tracker progressed to prep, I waited and waited for what was 1 hour, called the store but no answer, it took roughly 2 hours between placing the order and being delivered, never again!

Very unhappy with the service, I tried to order some pizza because I'm staying in the Novotel London Heathrow (cherry Ln UB7 9HJ ) I used the app to order but then some lady calls me to inform me that they don't deliver at this hotel even though the app selected the nearest Domino's, the lady was being very rude on the phone and I will not recommend ordering from them 😡

Food nice and hot The delivery driver would not come upstairs to my front door. He rang the bell of my place and said he wasn't allowed to come into the communal block to my front door I understand but in whole of lockdown they have come to my front door and other takeaways have come to my front door it doesn't say on the website you don't come into communal buildings and I wonder if it's just driver being lazy

I used to enjoy Dominos pizzas when I ordered from the Hayes and the Hillingdon Branch years ago - now however I have no option but to order from the local one that has opened. The quality of pizza at the West Drayton branch does not compare - it is very far from the picture in the menus. I rarely ever get it now as the majority of times it tends to be sloppy pizza with a really reserved amount of cheese that hasn't been able to set and instead finds itself swimming amidst the tomato puree. Twenty pounds is a fair amount to charge customers for a pizza that is not up to scratch. Curt service too on the phone the woman seemed in a hurry to get to the next customer rather than listen to my request for a nicely made pizza like the image shown. I think the branch needs to ensure that the pizzas coming out of here meet Dominoes standard - consistently.

Food took forever to come was delivered to wrong address driver had to call to ask for my door number when finally got my order it was thrown on my door step and when open the box pizza was all folded up and speed around the box would never recommend to any one to use this shop

Went to do a takeaway yesterday, realised its delivery only. Called to check if their staff is wearing facemasks and the girl said yes. Noticed through their shutter that the guy making the pizza is not wearing a mask. Told the girl on the phone who I could see taking the call 2 feet away from him and she continued to lie about it. He went back and appeared with a mask on for a few minutes and then it was off again, like they simply do not care. How can we trust that they wear gloves or keep everything sanitised when they dont seem to care for procedures. Very disappointed.

Took 1 hour 20 minutes to deliver 2 cold pizzas I sent them back and the delivery driver had the cheek to argue that he had just left when I tracked the pizza using their tracking it had been out for delivery over 30 minutes never again

I ordered pizza for delivery and the driver refused to deliver my pizza because he is not allowed to leave the car. What the point of delivery option then. That's not good enough. I won't order from Domino's pizza again.

This store constantly delivers pizzas very late. It was over 1 and a half hours since order and 50 minutes since the pizza showed as delivered before my food arrived, well outside any delivery period they estimated. Doubly so as this is well off peak. When I phoned they said the driver was just coming, and the system was buggy. An alarmingly similar story to another reviewer. And what do you know, more cold pizza. I must remember to use other branches.

After ordering we were told there was a 45min wait, which I understand. However, we had to wait over 1h 20 before our food arrived. When phoning the shop, they said the delivery driver had left 2 mins ago (something I don’t really beleive as it took a lot longer for the deliver to actually take place. I mentioned that the tracker had said it has been out for delivery for over 30 mins, and I was told that this was not accurate. When the food did arrive, it was not hot!

Order from this branch all the time online, so far haven’t come across any issues. Obviously when it’s peak times there is a delay with the delivery which is to be expected. However the food arrives its delicious and still hot. The staff in store are always happy to help with queries and the delivery drivers are always friendly. The online tracking device to track your pizza is a little off though, but I would imagine this is down to dominos as a whole and not just a issue with this branch hence why I’m giving them a full 5 stars.

Wonderful pizzas and excellent delivery!! Our order was taken by Malik, who was very helpfull and recommended a brilliant deal to us. When food was delivered (which was quick) it was hot and one of the best pizzas we have had in a long time. Will definitely order again!! Thanks.

Can't believe they bang 60 pence on for instant contactless payment. Food is bland & you can never rely on how much you'll get for the over priced food.

The burgers are nice and spicy. The price is reasonable and the service is fast.
