Don’t believe the five star reviews, theres are no queue’s in this place, its never busy and everything is frozen deep fried cheap and tastes just wrong, i dont know how they’re still in business. Probably by writing good reviews themselves. Go somewhere else trust me.

Its really lovely when you go into a place and the person behind the counter says can I help you? And, as the next person in the queue, you answer with your order. Only to be completely ignored and the person behind the counter serves the person that came in after you! Please acknowledge your customers and don't be so rude! I will NEVER come back here again! RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!!

Mixed kebab and chips greasy horrible so dissatisfied

Order 2 kebabs one with garlic one with chilli sauce arrived both have garlic sauce unable to eat. Dinner meat not nice.

Best lamb kebab around! Worth the 20 minute travel.

I would like to say, this is one of the BEST 'local' Fish and chip shops in Ruislip for attention to detail. Yes we have had our differences in the past but they have ALWAYS been put right! It's a shame they stopped using their own delivery drivers though! Just eat has caused them a lot of issues!

We don't normally go to this fish and chip shop but didn't have a choice as the others were closed on Sunday Evening. Food was ok, but we ordered it for collection at @18:35 and it wasn't ready untill 18:45, reasonably priced

Update: kebabs are back to their usual high standard. Previously: Not up to their usual high standard. I don't know if they have changed their doner meat supplier, but the last couple I have had have been saltier than usual and not as tasty. Also the kebab meat was cold even though I ordered in shop and waited for it and the rest of the order. Disappointing.

Chicken shish...cooked on coals..proper tasty..salad crisp and fresh. Chilli sauce very flavourful. Will not go anywhere else.

Best Kebab and Chips around the area. Top quality customer service and very friendly staff. My favourite is the chicken sheesh with their fresh chips and chilli sauce. I’ve been coming here for years and will definitely continue to do so. Keep up the Great work WEST END KEBAB Team!!

Terrible service and poor quality food was lukewarm to cold, ordered at 18:48 via just eat eta for delivery was 19:15-19:30 at 19:30 time updated to 19:55-20:15. Called restaurant at 19:30 to be told it’s the next order to go and will arrive within 15mins… at 20:10 still no food called restaurant again to be told it left restaurant 5mins before and will be there in 2-3mins. I asked if the food would be cold as previously told it was ready for delivery at 19:30 I was inform it actually wasn’t ready at that time and was made just before the driver left… of course it will be hot on arrival… well it wasn’t and it arrived at 20:15. Better customer service would have lead to a better experience as I could have collected instead or ordered elsewhere!! This is the first and last time I will be ordering from west end fish and chips and kebabs and won’t recommend to anyone

The kebab meat was in little bits and tasted a bit odd. The sausage in batter was cooked in the same oil as the fish, so it was greasy and tasted fishy. The savaloy tasted old and was hard and chewy. Chips also tasted fishy. All in all, not massively impressed. Its nicely priced, but I feel the price reflects quality. If you want a decent kebab, GB Kebab is across the road.

West end kebab is very good and has a lot delicious food the staff are very welcoming people. Friendly and know what they doing. Fresh ad and nice food carrying on that standard. Well done West end kebab Axmed Cabdi

West End signifies the best of town. In London's fair City you'd be hard pressed to find better cuisine, and I've eaten a lot in my time. Superb.

Ordered two chicken kebabs through uber eats. Each kebab had 4 pieces of meat in, very dissapointed. I think with these revised portions they will lose customers. Suggest if you're hungry yiu order extra food

Had a kebab wrap and chips ,the chips looked like yesterday's left overs at the bottom of the fryer and there was bits of fish batter in them ,the kebab was disgusting, I can only give this 1 star as the staff seemed friendly,stay clear from there

Piping hot, fresh large portions. Absolutely love this place. Their cod is soft and melt in the mouth, batter is crunchy and lots of it. Chips hot and fresh. Wouldn’t order from anywhere else.

First time ordering and have to say exceeded expectations. I called beforehand and the man who answered was very polite and the best thing was he wasn't forceful about what to order. Ordered cod and chips as well as mixed donner and all the food was lovely. Fish wasn't too oily and chips were nice and soft. Kids loved the chips. All the food is halal certified. Which is reassuring. When I went in the staff were very friendly / welcoming and the customer service was brilliant. They were child friendly. The prices of the food were also very reasonable. I will definitely be going again for my family / friends. Highly recommended. A*** 10 out of 10.

Two stars for being friendly. But... Did not wear a mask while serving, talk over my food. The beef and onion pie pastry was very soggy, completely inedible. The saveloy was dark grey in middle. Did not taste good. I had to throw most of the food away.

Been there a couple times now. Every item is better than the next. Look forward to eating there from now on.

New chef and a whole new experience! Much more Mediterranean feel and the chilli sauce and garlic sauce are both homemade- and it makes all the difference. Try the wraps...you will never go anywhere else!

Was looking for quality halal fish and chip shop in ruislip and came across this one.Checked the reviews and was reluctant to go in. Didn't have any other choice so went in. To my surprise honestly speaking, review doesn't do justice. Fish was really nice and so was the chips.My wife had mixed kebab that taste delicious. Will definitely recommend.

Staff are friendly and attentive. Not been to a kebab shop that serves fresh cut potato chips with their meat. Also the grill is coal heated and not gas, which means the food tastes better!! Keep up the good work guys

There is no other better chicken or kebab better than west end kebab fish & chips.

Been going back many times hoping for improvement. Unfortunately same level of service and quality of food all the time. I don't mind the rude service if the food was good. Always waiting for chips but at least it's fresh but not the fish. Kebabs not great either. Pop across the road for good kebab.

Was about to enter this shop when I can only assume was the managers son ran out of the door and threw a load of torn up paper over the pavement while the guy watched on....took my money across the road to GB KEBAB and was not disappointed.

Just had a chicken donner wrap and the chicken wasnt nice tasted like the smell of petfood. Also wasnt wrapped well so fell apart instantly. This place used to be nice.

Rude Staff!! Always have to wait for chips to be cooked, and that’s only when they can be bothered to even acknowledge a customer. Steer well clear and visit an establishment that respects it’s customer’s.

This has to be the dirtiest kebab shop in West London. I was here one evening for a takeaway. The man serving me was very rude, ignoring me as I ordered and then I noticed his hands. They were filthy, especially his fingernails. I decided immediately to cancel the order and walked away from there. Surely, hygiene should be most important in the catering industry but this place has missed out. Disgusting.

I placed a order of the usual fish and chips so it really should not have been such a big issue preparing it to a good standard. The person at the till was completely rude and was ignoring half of what I was saying. This is rude I paid money to have a good experience. Instead I was laughed at due to my name and also was ignored during my order. I asked for extra chilli sauce and garlic sauce but was given dry fish and chips. Absolutely apauling. I am disgusted with the service.

You get probably the best tasting and best value lamb shish kebab in the Ruislip Minor / South Ruislip area here. The lamb Donner kebabs, however, are of the meatloaf variety, which I myself abhor. But if you stick to the 'real meat' chicken and lamb offers you are unlikely to have a dryish and untasty experience. The (take away only) service is efficient and not unfriendly especially when the owner deals with you personally as he frequently does. Parking on the main road or service road in front is rarely a problem, which makes it ideal for picking up a bite to eat on one's way home. The only 'downside' is that the place has a tendency to be patronised at times by youths who can a bit rowdy and "mouthy" and lower its tone. Would I patronise again ? Yes : but I would take care to chose times which avoid the youth customers.

Rude staff , old refried chips , greasy fish. On top of all that they tried to short change me at the till. When I immediately pointed out the "mistake" he simply opened the till and handed me my change. No apology , no eye contact . How this place is still open is anyone's guess....

WORST TAKE-AWAY IVE EVER HAD... burger bun was soft but meat was hard. they had put chilli sauce on a kebab when we told them not to. took over an hour to deliver. very poor would stay away from this shop. im never going back!
