Called in here by chance on a bimble around the Preston area. This is a lovely tearoom with a simple, down to earth menu and great location in the heart of the Fylde countryside. We had sandwiches which were immense, and stuffed to the gills with our chosen fillings. They might be better described as doorsteps! The owner also has many bric-a-brac and fashion items for sale. In all a very pleasant visit to a traditional tea room in the heart of the beautiful North Lancashire countryside.

Been twice here recently after I saw a review on Facebook. First time had all day breakfast which was nicely cooke & presented , reasonable price & good portion. Second visit has savoury cheese sandwich & wifey had tuna mayo. We both enjoyed it & look forward to revisiting this tucked away gem in the countryside when next up that way. Thanks for your service 👍

We were staying on the campsite (Moss Lane CL) next to this cafe and thought the cakes looked excellent. My partner visited every day of our stay.

At the risk of making this cafe more popular than it is already, we have been visiting this cafe regularly now and have never been disappointed with the quality, quantity, variety of food or the service. Today was no exception...6 hungry cyclists all very happy at the end of our meal. Top job from Gill and Lynne.👍😊

Visited here twice with friends and dogs whilst staying on the caravan site next door for the weekend. Fabulous cakes / afternoon tea and lunch - also purchased some Christmas decorations. We will definitely return . Highly recommended.

Myself and my wife went over for another visit to Iced Bakes to enjoy some afternoon tea this afternoon. By mistake we had forgotten to pre order the standard Afternoon Tea but the ladies stepped up to the mark for us and offered to rustle something up on an impromptu basis to see what we thought. OMG... we are thankful we made the initial mistake... They came with some delicious toasties and sandwiches with lovely chunky farmhouse bread and lots of filling. Alongside some really tasty salad and as much tea as you could drink. To finish things off we got a variety of delicious home made cakes and fruit crumble and custard. They are amazing and the food and service is delightful - everyone needs to pay a visit and try the food and meet some lovely people.

Yesterday myself, my wife and our 2 boys (20 & 19) visited Iced Bakes for a family afternoon tea. Fairly easy to find the shop is quite small but well furnished and very hospitable and warming. The staff were lovely and would do anything to help. Me and my wife ordered afternoon tea and our boys ordered a sandwich each along side a chocolate brownie. Service was really swift and the food was absolutely brilliant - lots of variety in the sandwiches fillings with good chucky farmhouse bread. The cakes were delicious and we ended up taking a little doggy bag as we were so full. Lovely venue, lovely staff and really great place to visit for sitting down for something to eat as a couple or family and also the option of buying food to take away. Loved the ability to support a local business who use local fresh food.

I had seen Iced Bakes on Facebook and thought we should go. Hubby & I had afternoon tea and 2 boys sandwiches & cake. Afternoon tea was enormous. 4 doorstop sandwiches, salad, coleslaw, crisps, sausage roll, 2 cakes, a scone & a chocolate and of course a pot of tea. It defeated me and I took some home in a box. The boys sandwiches & cake were equally as huge. It was delicious and we shall definitely be back. It was very homely and you knew everything was freshly made & homecooked. Lots if lovely gifts too. Well worth a visit.

Called in after a walk locally and it was brilliant. Really nice staff and full COVID processes in place inc the TandT App. Cakes were amazing and really well priced. Should be a great hit with walkers and cyclists alike in an area not over run with “tea and scone shops”.

Great food , good service just a real good night. Thanks Jayne. We had the short rid of beef with all the trimming. The starter of Calamari was to die for.
