I absolutely love this takeaway they go above and beyond for me i can't thank them enough they are extremely helpful thoughtful towards me bless the owners and staff the food is second to none yummy so delicious every time especially the 🍮 with custard I can't recommend them enough 10 ot of 10 always

Perfect service, delivery was fast, food is incredible, and when something isn’t right they’ll correct it immediately within minutes! Couldn’t recommend anywhere better!!

I use ice bites all the time and always great but just got the mystery box and wow what bargain you must try lots for your money well impressed with it

The staff are friendly I have ordered over £50 waffles , ide cream and smah burgers the food was really good my kids loved it. I would recommend the smash burgers which are freshly made Thanks guys I will be ordering again

As a lover of Donuts I recently tried some of theirs. Delicious and Fresh one of the best Donuts I’ve ever Had. Look forward to trying some of their offerings in the future. Would 100% recommend.

Chocolate milkshake was delicious.

Waited an hour and 25 minutes it came and it was cold and the food was disgusting it had no taste what so ever

I ordered a crepe it tasted like powder and found a hair in it I was absolutely disappointed by this I then ordered a milkshake and it taste of only milk ?

Me and my friend ordered brownie cookie dough, waffle with ferrero rocha and strawberry. They was both lovely, but we also ordered milkshake one snickers one and one kinder one and they both just tasted like vanilla ice cream so wasn't impressed with the shakes. Other then that all was OK.

Paid almost 8 pounds for 2 pieces of stale cake not impressed

Ordered Jam Roly Poly and this is what turned up, the same size as a dessert spoon and this what the custard looked like and the quantity

Hands down the worst cheesecake I've ever had, it was supposed to be a lotus cheesecake, it was a plain cheesecake with a soggy lotus biscuit on top and the cheese part of the cake was almost frozen, never again

Ordered for the first time tonight. Placed order on just eat the Food came quick so that was good. But honestly it wasn’t tasty at all. We ordered a Deluxe Brownie (the ice cream we got was tasteless and the brownies themselves where hard and very bland) no whip cream as stated and only two selections of ice cream vanilla and chocolate no honeycomb. The sticky toffee fudge wasn’t tasty after a few mouthfuls it was in the bin. The chocolate fudge cake was dry and inedible and thats from a 6 year old.

Just had a deliver through Uber eats, brilliant service, the size of the portions were great and the girl delivering was very efficient and friendly would recommend and use again.

OMG AMAZING!!!! I've tried the brownie explosion which was to die for! It included 5/6 small very tasty brownies covered in beaut warm melted chocolate. It came with 2 scoops of different tasting ice creams too. I've also tried the peanut butter slab cake which I thought tasted beaut. I would most defo recommend 👌

Oooooo we have ordered from icebites a few times now and they always have good service, fab choice of deserts as expected. Today I ordered the banana brownie split to try something new and my word was it delicious, Its my new favourite. The delivery is always quick and the delivery person polite.

Order for a second time their waffle with brownie, mind-blowing and very well presented. Food is tasty and prepared just in time. A+

Worst place for customer service. Ordered from there, the majority of our order was inedible, a drink was missing. I rang them up to ask about the missing items. Only to be told that the food was fine multiple times and asked multiple times if I was sure stuff was missing. The man then ranted to me down the phone and wouldn’t accept that the deserts weren’t edible. Definitely not ordering from there again, save your money.

I'm not going to order ever again from Ice Bite. We ordered our food and I waited at the time shown from Just Eat outside my house and there was no one there even they say there were 15 min around. Then we waited nearly 1 hour for the second attempt and the driver neither went to my address. I had to walk until the entrance of all the buildings and he started arguing with me that he works for free for me. I don't know what he is on about about working for free for me and that I own him 2 pounds? I was like: Okay, you want 2 quid? i will give you cash and 5 pounds if you really want but he didnt want to. So I don't know what was the point of asking for money if he didn't want it? Then telling me that he has children and a family to feed etc Not a clue why he was explaining his life. I have worked as a delivery driver and if you can't find the address you go to the second one to don't waste time and not argue with the client because that makes loosing clients for the business. It's just being smart. He was rude and not really nice to me. I feel bad for the business because they do really good waffles but this really put me off that they hire rude people. Thanks.

The food is lovely it’s a shame about the rudeness of the delivery driver. Accidentally typed the wrong number on the contact info, instead of ringing the bell (which he didn’t because we stood outside for 10 minutes over the expected time) the delivery driver phoned to say he was here which to our own fault he couldn’t get through. Called the restaurant around 20 mins later to see where our order was which is when they explained a delivery driver couldn’t find our house (which isn’t exactly hard to find) Anyway, I apologised and the owner said he would send out another order. When the delivery driver arrived he rang from the top of the street which is a 5 minute walk away, hurled abuse at a 20 year old girl. Demanding money, making her fearful for her safety and using strong language. All over a genuine mistake on our behalf, would have had no problem paying for a fresh order in the first place as the initial mistake was on my behalf. How what pathetic excuse of a man leads a 20 year old girl away from her home in the dark to hurl abuse at her? AVOID THIS BUSINESS

Absolute joke got our milkshakes with no straws so had to eat them with a spoon and orders over 20 should come with a free cake which we never got never again
