Shocking on multiple levels. Firstly, the tapas fixed menu and what was delivered of the course of 90 minutes was not a meal. Generally the service was terrible. Not value for money and the food meagre.

Ibérica is a go to reastraunt in Victoria, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere, soul warming food, and service that will have you smiling all evening. Bianca our waitress was an absolute delight; she was equal parts playful and professional, and we really appreciated her service.

The atmosphere is nice and the food is delicious, but the portions are small. Even after eating 50 pounds per person (no alcohol), I wasn't full, so I bought a sandwich on the way home and ate it.

A lovely tapas restaurant close to the theatres in Victoria. The staff were all so friendly and helpful and the food was delicious. The standout dishes were the patatas bravas and the croquetas! The churros was a lovely way to end the meal too!

I am spanish and I've been to other ibericas in the past. I used to love the one in Marylebone but the quality of their dishes is getting poorer and what it used to be a bi-weekly visit, it's become a never going anymore. The Canary Wharf one's service is the worst I have ever found. So i was pleasantly surprised about this one. Service was exceptional and the dishes were well cooked. I will definitely come back.

Restaurant has a very beautiful appearance, and we arrived with high expectations to try the paella. After being accommodated, we waited for a significant time until we needed to call the waiter, who then informed us that we had forgotten, although the restaurant was not very busy. We ordered the paella, but were told that it was no longer available. We asked if the seafood risotto would serve two people, and the waiter assured that it was. However, when the dish arrived, it was clear that it was a portion for one person. When confirming with another waitress, she informed us that the dish was really for one person only. If we had been informed correctly, we would have chosen other options. In addition, the service was quite time-consuming, even to request the bill. Unfortunately, we ended up leaving and going to another restaurant Because we were still hungry. I don't usually do reviews, but this experience was disappointing. With a little more attention to the service and clarity in the information, our experience would have been completely different.

We stumbled upon this beautiful restaurant and just had a wonderful time. We ordered tapas and the service was excellent as well as a beautifully quiet atmosphere. Wonderful decor. Nice views from the second floor to the street below. If you need to use the elevator (lunch was on the second floor) by all means ask the staff when you walk in. We did so. Come hungry! We ordered tapas and the highlights were 3 dishes - the tortillas and the potatoes and the beets.

Bianca and the team were excellent. Superb food and service.

The servers were very polite, and very helpful, from the window seats the views were good and the atmosphere was chic. If you go try out the octopus dish, it was wonderful.

Disappointing Service. Food and drinks did not arrive. When I complained to the manager, all the 10 plates ordered arrived at once. The just did not get it. Also the food was far from my expectations as a good taste of Spain.

We had the pre-dinner menu on 30/8/24. The food was very good, note you can't substitute anything. The service was a little slow but we got out on time. Nice ambience/decoratiojns. Quick walk to the theatre!

It was really nice, but the seafood paella was a bit too expensive for what it was. I think it's better to order a bunch of small plates to share.

We had a wonderful experience here over long lunch. We were a party of 5 and everyone had a great time. All staff were hugely professional and attentive, but special mention must go to Antonio who ensured that we enjoyed the most memorable experience - he's a natural! The quality of the food - we had cheeses, cured meats, a selection of hot tapas and seafood paella was exceptional. The menu is definitely a cut above the standard tapas restaurant. Highly recommend and we will be returning soon - thank you Iberica Victoria!

My daughter was craving croquettes and we discovered this place by chance. We were so happy that we went two more days. Very well maintained place, excellent service and with the advantage that the waiters almost all speak Spanish. Thanks to Nacho Manzano for promoting Spanish gastronomy in London.

In was OK. For the price I expected a lot more. Grilled squid, na, more like a massive potatoe with a microscopic amount of squid. Wine was good. I feel a bit bad writing this review as I should have complained at the time. Anyway, I hope this review helps the restaurant improve their mediocre food.

Food isn’t worth what you pay for, portions aren’t enough to feed one person. If you think this place is good, then you need a reality check.

Delicious Spanish food, relaxed evening, great wine options and most importantly, rare find in Victoria to experience great service. Good job team, keep it up.

I will like to say thanks to the lovely girl Bianca who was very polite and with an excellent customers services yesterday when we visited Iberuca. Food was great and my guests really enjoy the restaurant Many thanks to all of you from the chef to the waiter (Bianca ) we will back soon

Tried corn fed chicken and hake fish as main but the food take our minds so I even forgot to take a picture. Sweet potato, squid and patatas bravas were also amazing choices as tapas 💙

Excellent experience for a family dinner to share a quality Spanish meal 👍 we enjoyed the tapas, the croquettas, the octopus, the ham… and to continue we were able to taste an excellent paella and black rice, all in a very beautiful setting and with service that matches the menu 👌🏼 Thanks to the team and good luck

Was sat outside and waiting to be served and no one came to the table for 20 minutes so we left without ordering anything.

Excellent Spanish tapas bar, good quality food, best vanilla dessert I’ve every had. Certainly worth a return visit.

Food is so-so, not worthy to pay and eat there when I make better dishes at home than the restaurant. The waitress is not so polite and not smart enough to manage within 10 tables, when we requested to change table for 4, the waitress couldn’t manage and told us no available table after checking the till. But when we saw an available table and ask the waitress if we could sit over there, then she checked the till and said we could change to that table. And a man, seems like manager with European accent, is even more worse. There were 3 people on the table with 1 empty seat, obviously we were waiting for the guest to come for order, but that manager interfered 2-3 times and urged us to order when we were chatting, then I said I want to have a drink menu, a simple sentence but he asked for 3 times to get my message. The second time (or third time ?) he came to us, when we said we need some more time, his facial expression was not happy and asked me again what I was saying. Then I said “we are waiting our guest, the lady, to order, we need some more time, take your time!” He was shocked and told me please calm down, I told him I was very calm and the lady was coming, please come later! Actually there’s no point to urge customers to order food as the tables were not full and more than 75% tables were not occupied. So what’s the point to urge customers to order ? and keep asking the customer to repeat sentence ? could he literally speak and hear English or is there any problem for the staff’s communication ability ? We could have ordered drinks but finally we didn’t because all mood was ruined by the staffs. I will tell my friends for the terrible experience from this restaurant.

First time here and the service made the experience brilliant. Bianca who hosted us was fantastic, gave a brilliant wine and food recommendation based on our likes, remained very attentive throughout, just a wonderful evening.

We are Spanish and we thought it was embarrassing that they gave us a completely hot beer, and when we said it at the beginning they gave us no solution and passed on us. The food is very scarce for the price. To make matters worse, they charged us an extra 12.5% ​​for service, something that in a group of 9 people meant more than 36 extra pounds.

Stay away. Deceitful business practices and unapologetic mgmt. I brought my team of 10 to dinner here. Had various tapas, beer, and wine. When I went to close out, I asked the server if a service fee was already included. She said that she didn’t know, so I scanned the check to see if there was a line item at the bottom. Where it has been at every other restaurant that we’ve ever been to. I didn’t see one, so I decided to add a tip. The server asked for this in cash. Maybe understandable, but I just said that I didn’t have any. Right before she submitted the transaction, I noticed a 12% service fee line item AT THE TOP of the check. Mind you, that this check was really long with 30+ line items, so deceitfully placing it at the top puts it on the patron to find it and almost doubled the tip. Thankfully I caught it and canceled the transaction so I only paid the included service fee. I told the server that this was unacceptable and she just gave a sheepish and guilty reply. I spoke to the manager before leaving who just gave me excuses (it’s the software they use-then fix it! The server is new-then train your staff!) and begrudgingly offered me an apology. I obviously DO NOT recommend giving this establishment any business. If for some reason you do, scan the check carefully.

We’ve been eating in Iberica since 2015 and the food never disappoints. Another fantastic night’s dining last night at the restaurant in Victoria, with special recognition for the amazing server, Bianca, perfect service to go with the food.

Had the BEST time at Iberica Victoria's ham carving experience with Antonio 'Hamderas'. Antonio and team went above an beyond what we expected and we learned so much from the experience and got to enjoy so much ham. We also enjoyed some tapas afterwards and everything was wonderful quality. Would highly recommend Iberica Victoria! Muchas gracias!

A birthday meal last Thursday Tapas came out one by one instead of together so four prawns then 15 mins later a bowl of potatoes then 15 mins later the octopus then ten mins later the omelette so could eat them altogether I’ve never had that before. The paella rice was burnt to the pan so only got the prawns. The Patas bravas was not like in the picture crispy it was like boiled potatoes with a sauce on. I came back feeling hungry and a bit disappointed. I’m not sure what was going on that night. The sangria was the best I’ve had a lovely pink colour and the chorizos was lovely.

I had the displeasure of eating last night in this Spanish restaurant, strangely recommended to us by an Italian who has moved to London for 10 years and who also works in catering. After a wait of over half an hour during which we consumed the starters, 1 slice of salami each and two grams of Iberian ham per person, she arrived: "the sea paella for 44 pounds". Not only was it disappointing compared to expectations compared to the waitress' vaunted abundance, in fact it wasn't even enough for 2 people let alone 3 or 4 as falsely reported to us, but the worst thing is that it was also burnt!!! Crazy stuff !!! We complained, but the waitress initially contradicted us, saying that it wasn't possible, we were wrong, it was the "Chef's caramelization". So we insisted on the complaint and after having further verified by scraping the pan with a spoon which was visibly black as if it had been forgotten on the stove, the waitress agreed with us. They have been corrected: the burnt 🔥 sea paella, thanks to our complaints, was not included in the bill but was not remade. Some of us therefore remained fasting!!! But it doesn't end there, while "the luckiest diners" were finishing eating we realized that, shortly after 10pm, the two waitresses had already put on their coats and were thus walking around the tables: we felt as if we were preventing their disassembly. I would add that even the wine that was served to us, costing 32 pounds a bottle, didn't even have a cork, rubber or plastic stopper but it unscrewed!!! Perhaps only the room in terms of furnishings was saved and not even the musical selection was adequate for the type of restaurant: there was house music playing in the background. But is everything okay??? Better closed than open!!!

Bianca was a wonderful waitress, giving great service, very knowledgeable, presentable and is very likeable. You can tell that Bianca is very passionate about the business. My mother was so happy that she had her birthday meal here.

Food and service are very impressive

The food was incredible, Bianca served us super well, lovingly, and super warm! I recommend 100% The best without a doubt the tortilla and the bravas!!!!

Great meal here last night. Food was really good, and our waitress Bianca was fab-so warm and friendly. They brought one dish slightly later than the others which wasn’t a problem, but took it off the bill without us even asking. Would definitely go here again.

Good food, reasonably priced. Good selection of wines. Slightly let down by the welcome, which was just a sign instructing diners to head upstairs.

Food was good in general but some dishes are poorly prepared Had 7 tapas, 1 black rice (main) and churros for the 3 of us and was full. So portion size was okay (3 dish per person on average). Shrimp, calamari, pork ribs (an item on the specials menu), octopus and the black rice was top notch. Rice was a bit too salty for me but the other parties in the table liked it. Chicken however was a bit dry. And the clams (served with chicken) and mussels (its own dish) has sand inside. So I am pretty sure they don’t prep them well instead of being an individual incident. The bell pepper (served with the pork ribs) were also not de-seeded properly and agaiin it affected the texture/taste of the dishes. The mushroom was a bit on the rawer side and not exciting. Serving speed a bit fast but acceptable. Waitress also spilled wine from perrón twice.

£8.44 for a pint????? Need I say any more? Ps. They ran out of glasses at 18.30 (place was still empty) so insisted on refilling your not-yet-empty glass (still for £8.44). Add this place to your shutdown-in-2024-sweepstake ASAP!!!!

Lovely restaurant, nice atmosphere and beautiful food. But the 5 tapas dishes arrived very spaced apart so we had to either eat separately or allow to go cold. Would have liked to enjoy our selections all at once so we could choose from the dishes. Ordered additional dish which never came until a waitress arrived to re order it but by then we had grown tired of waiting and had eaten everything. Service charge included in bill , we paid it but don't think it was worth it.

My second visit here. Food so good and such a friendly service. Nice at lunch time as not busy. It definitely my first choice of places in Victoria to want to eat. Will be back soon.

We have been to different branches a few times so it was no surprise the food excellent. However the service was exceptionally good . Antonio the GM was so welcoming and made us feel so special. The service was throughout the night excellent.

Excellent Spanish restaurant. I went for lunch with a colleague and ordered three tapas each. They were delicious and I heartily recommend the octopus. Service was timely and attentive as we finished well on time.

Average quality tapas. Colleague had a brandy post dinner and we were charged a full bottle... Mistake was corrected but no apologies whatsoever and felt like they tried and failed....

Excellent Saturday lunch at Iberica. I really loved the salad with blue cheese and pear, it was such a good flavour pairing. The black rice was rich and delicious. Our server Vesta was so sweet and helped us find dishes that were gluten free. Definitely recommend.

Iberica Victoria Restaurant LONDON UK We had dinner at this restaurant based on tapas and traditional Spanish cuisine. We really liked the place, the food was of good quality and the staff was very helpful and quick. It definitely deserves praise for the location and the furnishings of the rooms , prices are average.

Two of us came in for a bite before the cinema. The staff and place are lovely but £99 for wine and snacks that were pretty tasteless seems a lot.

Attentive staff, innovative and delicious tapas. Recommended: secret, rice with Pitu of 10, trio of ham to delight and expand palates, very delicious croquettes. As for dessert, it awakens your senses, and above all, even if you don't like Sweet, you will try any delicacy on their menu. Do you want to expand palates? This is your place!!

Hmm, no. If you are hungry don't go there. The options for two can fit in my palm. The salads....50-100g for £15, and the combinations are ridiculous.

Absolutely amazing restaurant. Coming from LA I’m used to enjoying mocktails so I was very happy that this restaurant served quite literally the best tasting and fresh mocktails I had in London. The sangria was refreshing and crisp even when I was the last person dining before they closed and luckily the fruit inside the sangria was still fresh! Before coming in I was disappointed with another restaurant and although I was unaware they would be closing soon the lovely hostess seated me and I was still able to get some amazing food. Great gluten free options for it being a Spanish tapas restaurant where most of the time they cook with a lot of gluten. The Spanish Octopus truly encapsulated the flavors of Spain. The mix of different spices engrained in the chipotle aioli sauce and the purée of the potato with the fresh crisp octopus was beyond. Manchego cheese and anchovies appetizer was also great although I wish the cheese came with more jam as whatever it was made of (it had hints of apple) was also phenomenal. Friendly staff and also great fun interior design (as I always appreciate a restaurant that has a nice ambiance). Would definitely love to come back and highly recommend for anyone to visit in London.

I've eaten at Iberica before and had a very positive experience. The Victoria branch today was extremely disappointing. The hostess ignored us in reception for several minutes while we just stood there. We waited for 20 minutes before someone came over with menus and to take a drinks order (after a waitress ignored us asking several times). During the meal I found not one but two hairs on my plate on separate occasions - both times I flagged this the staff just looked at me took my plate with the hair and walked off with no comment. The food would have been very good if it hadn't been for the hair.

A great place to eat, as soon as we mentioned that we were celebrating our 16th year anniversary Mohamed and his team went the extra mile to make us feel special, we received complimentary Prosecco, complimentary olives and bread and their generosity even offer us free ice cream, their attention to detail was amazing and all the tapas we have ordered were coming swiftly, the taste was very impressive and authentic my partner and myself felt at home, like when we are back to Spain. Therefore I can recommend this restaurant to any person that really likes Spanish food, the service is amazing, friendly staff. We can only thank Mohamed and his team for an amazing time.

Went to virgin experience pre theatre meal here. Took 20 mins to work out whether we could eat, was brought starter with no bread as advertised on menu and had to ask for it, all tapas meals came out singularly and the mussels and meatballs were unpleasant. After an hour we had only just got the last main and no time for dessert. The only saving grace was the lovely woman in the door who was sincerely sorry for our experience. Such a shame as I've been to other iberico restaurants and really enjoyed

Fantastic Restaurant! We visited on a Sunday evening for my partner’s 25th birthday meal and could not have been more pleased with our choice! Mohammed was an incredible waiter and made our time extra special! Will certainly return!

Really lovely meal and experience. We loved the paella, the Octopus is a must try and the steak was cooked to perfection. We'll be coming back for the Octopus. Very good atmosphere and location. Service was great, thank you to Anji. Would definitely recommend!

The staff where all excellent and I know the energy and vibe was spot on- it was electric! The food was delicious, hot and gobbled up, the drinks where on point and the service was so good, from welcoming smiles, handing out the cava to arriving guests and of course taking the food around the 120 guests. The paella was so so so good! All the effort you put in to meet us before hand certainly paid off - it was exactly what we wanted and then so much more. Food was very delicious however the waiter decided that using a pressurised wine dispensing tool at the table for red wine would be a good idea…. I did suggest he do it away from the table but this was ignored and sure enough he managed to spray red wine over my white dress! The Restaurant refused to pay for the damages. I was offered payment to cover cost of dry cleaning however considering the likelihood of red wine coming out of a white dress, I kindly requested that I should be reimbursed for the cost of the garment should the dry cleaning not be effective. This was rudely refused.

The food offering was very poor with most of the starters out on the table when we arrived, which seemed very odd and unhygienic. Service when it came. Was a bit unfriendly and disinterested. Not a great experience.

Very bland overpriced food. Not good tapas at all. Shame because the restaurant atmosphere and service were both really nice. But at £80 for a meal for two I expected better. Do not recommend!

Large group booking, really slow service with the excuse of 'so many people turning up'. Foos wasn't anything special. Wouldn't go again.
