Always searching for a dairy free/ vegan option for my son and husband, my son popped over to Fifi's and asked her at the counter and yes she had two flavours available, he was so excited as it's usually a no! He had two scoops and on his words, the best he's tasted ! My daughter who has no allergies had the ferrero rocher sundae which thoroughly enjoyed! We definitely recommend Fifi's and the lady who served us was lovely. We'll be back soon

Me and my partner wanted to cool off so we had a couple of sundaes to share - I had salted caramel and she had Baileys. Both were absolutely amazing, super sugary but definitely what we wanted in the heat and hankering for a treat. So good that we came back the next day for a Skittles one and another salted caramel before we left Skegness.

It was going to be a real treat and I had the Choc Dip on a whippy ice cream. First bite told all - it wasn't chocolate at all but that imitation type of chocolate. Spoiled it really - ah well.

What a lovely place! The staff were so helpful and willing to help provide me with a icecream experience that I have searched for and found so difficult to find due to being Coeliac, first gluten free cone in over a year!Delicious 😋 Made my holiday! Thank you!

One of the only places in Skegness where you can get a Flat White to walk down the beach with!!! Also, it's the only place on the beach you can pay by card so you don't even need to leave your spot on the sand! The Baileys and After Eight Hot Chocolates are so, so delicious! Choice of ice creams and waffles is unreal!! LOVE the melted nutella or caramel you can have drizzled on your cone :D We've also had glasses of wine from here to sit on the beach with in Summer!

when your day is about to end and you have to wrap up your day off and return back to the clock watching of going back to work then this is the last treat that you should have here by paying a visit, it is like being in a sweet factory dream. The flakes are huge. and the staff really do pander to your needs and your dreamy eyes of just not knowing what to chose, we will so mention this place when we as a group return back home after a long journey. we take fond memories back with us, WE HAVE LIVED THE DREAM and had a great fantastic time. thank you to everyone who made our group smile. We will return next year.

Certainly a strange taste that doesn't really resemble the taste of ice cream. Staff don't wear gloves when handling flakes.

We adore the ice cream here so much so we visited twice in the same weekend. We like the idea that can get the ice cream in a tub rather than cone if desired. My favourite is the rum and raisin. Staff are polite.

Bought ice creams from here during our bank holiday visit and must say it was one of the nicer ice creams we have had in Skegness. Decent portions and reasonable prices served by a pleasant lady.

Such a wonderful ice cream shop with so much choice!!! The kids love it here, there's so much you can put on top of your ice cream, sprinkles, fudge, marshmallows, and they cater for adults too. The best.

We decided to visit here as a desert for after our lunch yesterday as the weather was beautiful (29th August). There was a good selection to choose from and you could have choices of cones and toppings. I opted for banana ice cream with rainbow sprinkles in a tub and my husband opted for rum and raisin without any topping in a tub. Both of them were very delicious as he allowed me to try his. It was a scoop ice cream but there was no crystals or frozen pieces anywhere in sight. I would recommend this place for an ice cream.

With a huge range of ice creams and other goodies the children and adults were spoilt for choice. Prices differ depending on what you order, from a simple 99 to a luxurious ice cream, it all depends on your budget. staff were great and patient with us as we struggled to make our choices... with a group of 8 of us the lady who served us was brilliant and served us without fault. She was friendly, helpful and patient.

When I walk by the sea front I always notice I LOVE ICES looks bright and clean and has a huge selection of treats. I sometimes grab a hot drink or a waffle but you can't beat a 99! I always enjoy what I've ordered and I can trust the quality too which is always nice. Would recommend to locals or anyone visiting Skegness who hasn't tried it yet.

Popped to Skegness for some bracing air and stopped at I LOVE ICES for a delicious ice cream and coffee. Looked like a very busy day but I was served with politeness and a smile. Good to see that somebody trains their staff in customer service skills!

This place is great, it's right on the beach front, close to the car park and loos. They do many different ice creams to cater for different tastes as well as hot drinks for colder days. We go here regularly when dog walking that way. Pleasant staff. Reasonable prices too. Authentic seaside ice creams experience.

A nice little place to grab an ice cream, slush or hot chocolate. The competition in the small area is fierce. This is not the cheapest place for ice creams. But the quality and service is amazing.

We visited here for breakfast after a very busy morning packing up our tent to go home after a stay at a nearby campsite (extra points for being dog friendly!). All very hungry there were plenty of options to choose from and even the option to build your own breakfast which was great for my daughter who wouldn’t eat a full breakfast but would still like certain items! The staff were lovely, the service was quick and the food was delicious! Extra shoutout to the iced latte and the big buts breakfast. It was amazing! We will definitely be returning when we are back in Anderby. Thank you!

Spotted from the car park and decided to stop for a coffee. There was some seating outside so perfect for anyone with dogs. It was a beautiful spring day so we also decided to have some cakes and a cheese scone. I have to say the cakes were fab and the cheese scone was the best I have ever had. Can’t wait to visit again. Highly recommended.

After having had a fantastic experience here midweek during the summer, we promised ourselves we would be back for Sunday dinner. We booked by email, which was confirmed within minutes, Howe when we arrived there was no record of the booking. I was able to find the confirmation email. We were told that we could be accommodated but it would have to be in the bar area as there were 3 other bookings which already had restaurant tables reserved. We were advised to pick a table and they would set it up for us. We showed them where we would like to sit and waited for someone to bring some seating to the table. After 10 minutes we were still standing so found a different table which had seats in place. (We had already informed them that my husband was recovering from a broken ankle) Eventually the waitress came and gave us cutlery and placemats but no salt and pepper. She took our meat orders and I asked whether the veg would include cauliflower cheese, as I would like to not have it, as I have an allergy/intolerance. We waited a further half an hour for our meals, which came with the vegetables served on a tray, including the cauliflower cheese. There was only one spoon which was resting in the cheese sauce so I had to request another one. I then dished myself up a spoonful of swede/carrot mash and one broccoli floret. I did try to dish up some cabbage but found that when lifted from the plate, the cabbage came out from under the cauliflower cheese and covered in the sauce, so I had to not have cabbage. After the meal, the waitress came to clear the table. She dropped some vegetables on the tablecloth and asked if we wanted puddings to which I responded yes. After waiting for 38 minutes with no sign of the waitress to clean the table or take our pudding order, we decided to leave. On taking our payment the bar staff asked if everything had been ok, so I mentioned the above. He simply said, ‘sorry about that ‘but the mains were ok?’ I chose not to continue with the conversation, as my husband had overheard the barman say that he was going to rip someone’s head off. We are really disappointed as we had been telling everyone about how good our experience in the summer was. To top it all, there was a very large dog in the area which smelled strongly and a group of young children also came and used the pool table right next to us, despite there being a notice advising that nobody under 16 was allowed to use it. Another customer did point it out but was ignored. One or two little things we could have overlooked/forgiven but unfortunately there were too many today and we won’t be back
