Very disappointed with their biryani. It was absolutely tasteless, too hot and did not have any flavour to it. Compared to many other biryanis I've tried, this was definitely the worse.

Excellent takeaway. Superbly flavoursome curries and lots of veg dish options. Each dish was very different and had completely different flavours. The dry cooked Okra with coconut and peanuts is sensational. Very pleased with our order. Would recommend.

Got a takeaway of two biriyanis and the food was nothing less than poison. So spicy with so much red chillis etc. We eat spicy food but this was beyond expectations. Earlier too one time the chicken was having stale tastes. Going to stop now onwards. Food quality is very bad.

We came here for the first time and were pleasantly surprised by friendly staff. We had water on our table almost immediately. The food was delicious. We all had vegetarian options. Couldn’t fault it. Will definitely be back again.

We were welcomed warmly and promptly seated by the staff which was a good start. The menu is varied but notably Andhra and South Indian selection. There are also some North Indian items as well. One of their signature dishes are their Hyderabad biryani which is a must have item here. As my wife is vegetarian she opted for the samosa chaat and I had the vadas followed by a lamb hyderabadi biryani which was full of flavour and the lamb was so tender it was peeling off the bone. Finished off with a nice cup of chai. There is a well stocked bar here and the food as authentic as back in Hyderabad. Pleasant and attentive staff and we enjoyed the hospitality. Keep up the good work and well done.

Prices are above average and taste is below average. I asked for parcel family biryani , they said rather they will give 4 individual biryani as they can cost more from the customers.

It was great experience. This place surely gives a good vibe. The food was super delicious and hot. serving at its best. Overall I enjoyed the ambience and the staff were very friendly and polite doing their job.

Definitely the best Indian restaurant I have visited in long time, we were welcomed with a smile, even though it was really busy they accommodated us very quickly and made us feel comfortable, ordered chicken 65 it was very tender and mouthwatering, went for there signature dish chicken dum biryani which was extraordinary, very authentic and true to the taste. I would highly recommend this place for anyone truly enjoys authentic food.

The only way I could express my disappointment apart from writing this scathing review was that I walked out of a restaurant without tipping for the first time in 3 years. I am an aficionado of Hyderabadi cuisine. Having grown up in the Middle East, I am aware of expatriate businesses that strive hard to deliver authentic cuisine to their diaspora. I have never seen any such entities compromise on customer service across many countries that I have visited - until today. I visited this restaurant with a friend. Upon arrival, we saw a board that mentioned "Cash Only", yet, on enquiry, we were assured that cards were accepted. As the menu was served, we wished to buy a glass of champagne that was listed on the menu for which, the waiter refused and mentioned that they can only offer by the bottle. I assume they were hesitant to uncork a new bottle just for 2 glasses. Yet, when I ordered a glass of wine, neither was the bottle presented to me, nor do I know when the bottle was uncorked, nor if the cork was in good condition, nor the grape variety used. Though I wished to ignore it as it would be absurd of me to expect a sommelier at a humble restaurant, I was expecting an array of disappointment. As we arrived just an hour before closing time, we wished to order the main course alone. I had explicitly mentioned that I do not wish to be provided with an egg with my Chicken Dum Biryani. To my surprise, my biryani was served with an egg on top. When I questioned the waiter about his lack of attention to my dietary requirements, he walked slightly far from our table, took the egg out of the bowl with his hand and placed the bowl at my table. I had no complaint about the food but, we were not served water. When I asked for 2 glasses of water and ice, the ice was brought to my table and the waiter needed another pleasant reminder that we also needed glasses with water. In advance, I did check with that waiter and confirmed that the restaurant would close at 11 pm and we can take an extra few minutes to finish eating. As the clock struck 11 and the only other group of customers left before us, the owner mentioned that we will have to vacate the premises and began to turn off the lights. When asked to hold on for a moment and to pack our food for takeout, the containers were brought to our table and we were asked to pack it ourselves. I'm beginning to wonder what exactly are the employees at this business being paid for, or if we would be incentivised for carrying out their duties. At the cash counter, the person who confirmed that the card payment is accepted retorted that he expects cash. I had to raise my tone a notch above usual to remind him we were assured that card payments were accepted, or else, we would not have chosen to eat at their premises. There was neither a thank you for co-operating with their closing time nor sufficient tissue papers on their table - the value of which the proprietors of this business may never understand. To conclude, I reminded myself of Ritaj Restaurant in Abu Dhabi, UAE that I have been frequenting for over a decade. I remembered their poor ambience, dim lighting, narrow staircase, cramped seating, yet warm hospitality that warmly welcomed me and the many Indian diasporas that enjoyed fine Hyderabadi cuisine. If I were to expect anything close to that, I would look away from this contraption of a restaurant that puts genuine shame on expatriate restauranteurs.

I am always happy with starters @ Hyderabad tastes.. especially chicken 65 and pepper chicken..And Biryani with thumbsup, reminds my hyderabadi days...

Went with friends to celebrate a new job. Feel like they saw us as young people so decided to abuse their power and served us expired or inedible food of some sort. I am currently writing this from home having taken 3 days off from my new job having barely begun, all because of me and my friends being food poisoned. As soon as we exited the restaurant, from that point I got my first run of diarrhoea. It has now been 3 and a half days and I’ve been bedbound due to it as well as suffering intense abdominal pain and stomach cramps. Tried all sorts of doctoral/herbal remedies but this sort of poisoning seems to be bulletproof. I’m disgusted while writing this and cannot believe a restaurant like this has a 5* hygiene rating. Clearly this is a lie or as I said before, they discriminated against us as young people and took advantage of our inexperience in spotting expired Indian food (majority of us were not Indian). And therefore got used us as rubbish bins. They seemed very surprised when we said the food is good, something else which looking back on was suspicious. There are a number of reasons why or how this could’ve happened, but the bottom line is carelessness. I am a local and definitely definitely will never be going back here, sharing the same advice with my friends and family.

I ordered the chicken biryani and it is no doubt the best biryani I have ever had. The rice was cooked so well. The chicken was tender and not over cooked. It had very good chilli heat which is not toned down for the western palate.

Without a doubt the best Garlic and Chilli Naan bread we have ever had! The Gongura mutton curry was superb, so tender and flavoursome, also butter chicken was superb too. The staff are so friendly and helpful, going to be our go to place to eat when visiting Hounslow again !

We ordered a meal for delivery. It was an hour late, cold, and nearly inedible. We are used to a decent standard of Indian food in the local area, this was definitely not up to scratch. Won't do that again! In particular the restaurant needs to improve their delivery service.

Perhaps, the best Indian food south of the M4. This was a fine balanced experience of delicate spices well balanced to create beautiful food. Hosts were accomodating, friendly and made my Day. Highly recomended, and we will definitely return for more.

I have been here twice and was not disappointed with the taste close to home. Dum Briyani and Chicken are good here. I tried fish fry which is also good. Staff is friendly.

Absolutely loved the food.. we ordered chicken 65 and chicken Mongolian for starters which were outstanding.. service was prompt.. they also suggested some signature dishes which turned out to be delicious and authentic such as chicken dum biryani.. reminded me of food back home.. very good hospitality from the owners which we found very welcoming.. This is on a parade with lots of other Indian curry house but think it was the best choice for food, service and cost. great Nan, seekh kebab and mutter paneer with very good service it is the best choice.

Visited with Family .The ambience was great. Biryani, Paneer Mangolia were fresh and finger licking. All the family enjoyed variety of dishes and desserts. The lady who served us was extremely friendly, recommended us nice dishes. She came to check upon us time to time is everything was fine. She had a smile always. Restaurant is clean and well organised. Tables were clean. There is places to charge the phone. Easy access to Hounslow shopping street. Highly recommended!!

Overcharged, underperforming and above all, taking people for a ride. Get rich quick? The management should know that the golden rule in catering is gradual ascendency with quality. Here the prices are like central London , the service is just below basic / rude; and the food is average. Will never go back. The takeaway Biryani was smelly just after 6 hours. Looks like batch cooked somewhere else and carted down here. Shameful truly!

Very delicious food and wine accompanied by their great Decor and Ambiance. The service provided by the owner and the waiter was so friendly and their suggestions on the lunch was spot on. The Chicken Biryani was something out of this world and so was their recommended Alappey King Prawns in sweet and sour gravy. Not my first visit neither will it be my last one. Definitely will be going soon on coming weeks.

This place is definitely the best place for biriyaniii in London.Here staff is very friendly and the chicken starters are amazing !!! Perfect lunch for when I go to highstreet shopping. Because it is so close to the bus garage, it makes it very convenient to travel aswell. I'd recommend it to everyone.

Ordered pepper prawns price was 9£ and we were given 15 shrimps asked the owner why is it so expensive he said since they moved to a new Place they incurred so many expenses so they cut down on their portions and he said to his son to give some more prawns when we visit next time. the owner is unbelievably rude and same goes to all staff there, I don’t recommend this expensive restaurant to anyone and will never go back again. terrible customer service , very dirty environment and I am going to report it to council to have a visit to consider the restaurant’s hygiene practises.

I was regular customer to hyderabad tastes until they moved to new place (opp to bus garage). it used to be one of the best special chicken biryani i have ever tasted in UK, also the quantity for the price was also very good but after moving to new place they reduced the quantity as well the taste of biryani also changed. Previously chicken used to be very soft now it seems to be frozen chicken used in it. I used to recommend people but now I won't recommend to anyone.

I'll be a bit biased here but this is literally one of my go to places. I come here atleast once in a fortnight, for the past two years. this is a popular local eats in Hounslow. Being a great biryani fan, this is one of the best in London. They have recently renovated their restaurant, very family friendly. Ramesh has become a dear friend and is a very good manager. It is more like community-building, the new faces are always remembered.

This restaurant used to be my fav place for Egg Biryani and all things Andhra food used to serve the best biryani in London,well according to me atleast. But over the course the taste has been changing so much to a level that they just served some pilaf rice(that coloured grains you get in any take away) layered with some egg curry when we ordered egg biryani with so many expectations for a hungry night . Am not sure if the regular chef has resigned or something but I have been observing the degrading taste from several months. Now I don't want to be writing this negative about a place which served me some tasty food for years but I am going ahead hoping they will take corrective actions ASAP

We had some chicken starters, chicken biryani and Dal Sorrel leaves. Starters are awesome and Dal with sorrel leaves is just amazing and delicious. Do not expect very nice ambience but the food quality and hygiene are good to me. Do not go here for Hyderabadi dum biryani though.

Visit this place quite often when I miss biryani from back home. Especially the Calcutta biryani. This is the closest I have found to a Calcutta biryani excluding the potato. Topped with an egg as well. This is a small bit fancy at all small food joint near Hounslow bus garage. Please go not expect anything fancy but if you are a food lover and don't mind the place this is a must. It's well kept and clean. The musts. Dum biryani. Butter chicken. One is the best I have sampled in london. I have heard the chef here who does the biryani had worked for the famous Paradise biryani place in Hyderabad. So please try the place if you a food liver and craving biryani. To top it up you can order a thumbs up as we'll. .

This place was like a saviour for me when I was in London. Every time I got home sick, I just got there and ordered Dum Biriyani. I love their Mirchi Salan that goes with biriyani.Simple, nothing fancy in ambience. But it's the food that rocks.

I was on an official trip to London and a Biriyani party with food from Hyderabad Tastes completely had everyone blowled over! Coming from a place like Hyderabad which is the hub of biriyani , the food from Hyderabad Tastes in London took me by surprise. These guys make wonderful biriyani and I must say its even better than all the Hyderabadi biriyanis that I have had right from the ones available in Madina , Hyderabad to the other famous brands!! We had ordered Chicken biriyani , chicken 65 , veg biriyani and veg manchurian. Chicken Biriyani was excellent as mentioned and the surprise package was the veg biriyani. It was very colourful with loads of veggies added. This is an amazing place to try for all the Birinay lovers and more than lives up to its name because it serves Biriyani even better than the original Hyderabadi Biriyani!! Kudos

I have been to this place a few times now and so far tried all the dishes I mentioned in my review title.The taste and quality of the dishes is fantastic! This is the best south indian restaurant I've tried in london (i was looking for south indian / andhra cuisine) and I've been to a *lot* of restaurants.Note that this is not a fancy place and also not your typical north Indian restaurant; although they do offer good north Indian dishes. Also the Biryani is hyderabadi style; if you haven't has this before, you might be disappointed :)

I have tried Indian food around London, and this is the only place where dum hyderabadi briyani is authentic and tastes so nice. Noodles is also good, but it taste like Indian noodles rather than Chinese. But mostly i go for dum briyani, because that is what they are specialised at. my thumbs up for dum briyani.

I had a takeaway biyani from this restaurant. I thought as they are charging quiet high so food must be good, but its sad to say taste was below average. I felt as my money and time was wasted. I travel all over the city in search of good food but thats one of my worst experiences.

The best place in London to have a Biryani. Me and my family really enjoyed at the Hyderabad Tastes. Freidnly atmosphere, excellent service and friendly people, the best food i had in London and so many tasty choices in very reasonable prices!! ...you never get bored coming here again and again.

We tried biriyani here after getting recommendation from a friend. We thought we would eat authentic Hyderabadi biryani, but we were disappointed. The dum biriyani was very dry, chicken was not so tasty (probably frozen, not fresh) and it was not as spicy as an authentic Andhra biriyani should has been. However Chicken 65 was good and Kodi pulusu (Andhra style chicken curry) was excellent. I also tried mutton biriyani once. It was even worse than the chicken biriyani. If one is looking for authentic biriyani then this is not the best place to try. In fact Honeymoon (another restaurant in Hounslow) makes better biryani. Overall this is a good restaurant but is not living upto the hype it has created.

I have eaten a lot of Biryani in UK, but I must say this was the one which got the least score..I got chicken Biryani and it was nothing but rice with some spices in it.. I am not sure how the how dum Biryani tastes here.. Just round the corner there is Hyderabadi Zaikha which is FAR better than this one..Chicken Chilly was fairly good.. But overall disappointment.

I recommend this place for a takeaway and dining-in might not be a great experience (while I did not find any cleanliness issues in this place as others mentioned, this place is not really fancy).The chicken Dum Biryani was very tasty. You can even ask for "double-masala" if you want it to be extra flavorful. The taste was very authentic (I mean, it tastes like Biryani you would get from any decent restaurant in Hyderabad!). They also offer some of the quintessentially andhra dishes like 'Gongura chicken' (which tasted pretty good too! :)).I definitely recommend this place if you are in the mood to eat good Andhra food.

Being a hyderabadi myself I was searching for the right biryani for quite some time until I found this gem in Hounslow. Now the authentic hyderabadi biryani that one can get at Shah Ghouse, Pista House, Shaadaab, Nayaab, Paradise etc in Hyderabad but it is a variation of the biryani which is prepared on the Andhra side.One might want to request a chicken leg piece when ordering the biryani for a more enjoyable meal. A word of caution - For the faint hearted when it comes to spice, please ensure you quote the amount of spice (Low, Medium, High) you think you can handle. The food can get very very spicy compared to other Indian restaurants in London.All in all a sumptuous biryani place in London!!!

Their is a plate called lemon rice that includes a lot of different ingredients one of them that is always included if you make a research is the nuts (peanuts or cashew ) the peanut was burned I can't barely see any nuts you can actually count there was only like 4-5 . If they charge like they might be the top class then they should cook like one. I will recommend not to even visit them it's a waste of time and their customer service is so poor . Even the man in the till looks like a perv has no respect at all
