My husband and I recently stayed at this hotel for 8 nights. When we checked in, the receptionist asked what was the purpose of our trip and my husband mentioned that it was to celebrate our anniversary. Later in the evening, when we came back from dinner, there was a slice of chocolate cake congratulating us. We were touched! The housekeeping team on the 5th floor led by Ms. Loredana are exceptional. We never lacked for anything during our stay and the location is also fantastic. We look forward to our next stay here!

I have stayed here for a few times now for work. The most recent stay is in April. The pictures are from previous stay since I didn't take picture in the last stay. The hotel itself is in good shape, but not too special. The room is also average. What sets it apart is the service at the hotel is very high quality, they really make you feel welcome. Every single person from the hotel make me feel that way, which is impressive. Last time I stayed, the fan in the room is make loud noises, after notifying the hotel, they promptly send someone to fix it and showed genuine care during the process. Overall, I think this is the best Hyatt Regency I've stayed at. It punches well above its class.

An otherwise good weekend stay tainted by a weird comment as I was leaving after checkout (25th May 12pm). “Wrong hotel?” from the black doorman to me as I exited the front door. I responded with polite conversation but the interaction has been bothering me since. What an odd and unprofessional thing to say to guests. I was not dressed inappropriately or acting untoward and my only outlying feature appearance wise would be my ethnicity so my mind jumps to that, I’m Chinese. Can’t think of a shorter sentence from a member of staff to lose a return customer.

I’ve stayed at several hotels in London, and this one was definitely among the best. I’d consider staying here again on my next trip. The location is excellent—very close to Oxford Street, which is great for shopping. The area feels safe and quiet at night, with no loud clubs or noisy restaurants nearby. The price was a bit above average, but overall, I felt it was worth it. The breakfast offered a good variety of international options, the rooms were clean, the service was solid, and the hotel is family-friendly. A good option if you’re looking for comfort and convenience in central London.

A great hotel and the staff are friendly and helpful. I arrived at 9 in the morning and they gave me a key to the Regency Club. I rested and there was food and coffee until the room was ready. It took two hours for it to be ready and the checkout was smooth and fast. They took 200 pounds for a deposit and 5% service on the bill, and this was written on the website and on the paper. What is expected is possible, and most people do not pay attention to it.

This is an excellent Regency property. The best part is its location. The team highly values Hyatt loyal members everyone from the front desk to the breakfast restaurant and the Regency Club lounge staff. The breakfast was good and offered a variety of food options. I didn’t remember her name, but one of the friendly service members I had communicated with before arrival greeted us during check-in, which was a nice touch. However, one area of the hotel fell short. The Churchill bar was disappointing. We visited it twice, and the staff seemed quite rude, especially on the second night. They made us feel unwelcome, and their service was mehhh.

Unforgettable memories from Hyatt. Me and my wife and baby boy decided to stay at the Hyatt regency London “The Churchill”. We were very excited to stay in the best location in London, and we’re amazed about how beautiful hotel is. We went to reception and there was even fruit-infused water so it was really nice and refreshing after a long journey. The receptionist Connor was very friendly and nice. He recognised that we were from the Midlands like him! The garden terrace room was lovely, as was the bath! We were left with a welcome fruit bowl and card too! The breakfast was amazing - huge selection (thank you Sadaf and Krishna for the breakfast service) - and the lounge was great too! Every detail was exquisite and staff were all friendly and professional. We made unforgettable memories here. Thanks for a smooth checkout Teni. Would recommend this hotel to everyone and hope to be back ourselves soon too!

It has air conditioning and has sound insulation from the street, but booking through Booking is better than booking with them. Prices are variable.

Hyatt Regency hotel was very satisfying from start to finish. I don't usually write reviews. But I was impressed by the delicious breakfast buffet and the friendly and comfortable staff's smiles and consideration. Especially, the doorman RAMA's heartfelt smile and warmth made my memories in London very happy. And I was also grateful for the concierge Yam's considerate service. We had an incredible stay at the Hyatt Regency London Churchill. We had a suite which included access to the Regency Club. We were able to get bottles water at any time, and enjoy a continental breakfast each morning. It was small, with a few pastries, yogurt, fruit, and a small assortment of meats and cheeses. It was just enough to get our day started. Teni was very helpful and had a delicious welcome treat for us to help us celebrate a university graduation. We had a rough travel day on our arrival, and emailed the concierge to help us book massages. You can get them any time of the day, and were able to book 9PM. They were fantastic! Highly recommend! Frank and Carlos were the concierge’s that were incredible helpful and friendly. We so appreciate their incredible hospitality and helping to make our stay extra sweet. We had a suite with a balcony that overlooked the park. The beds were SO comfortable that we slept a solid 8-9 hours per night. The beds reminded me of those at the Four Seasons. Highly recommend!

As a Globalist member, I have stayed here twice but was very deeply disappointed with the reception service. While I was ready to check in and stand in front of the reception, no staff addressed me and even ignored me. Fewer Globalist members were queuing up in front of the front desk. The front staff are cool and not welcoming. I don’t know why such a 6-star hotel would treat their hotel guests like this. I definitely won’t come back again.

NOT sure how they have 5 stars. Don’t stay here. We had a horrific experience. The first night the room smelled of mold and a stain was found on the sheets. They did not allow us to transfer rooms instead they just changed the sheets with minimal apologies. The second day we returned to our room from a day of sight seeing they 1- accused us of being unavailable to chat about the previous nights experience and I mentioned no one tried to call us. Secondly the room smelled of cigarettes, as did our clothing. At this point they tried to move us a room down which smelled exactly the same. I expressed my concern as I am an asthmatic and this is severely triggering and can lead me being hospitalized. They moved us down the hall begrudgingly and we did not hear from them again. At check out the manager gave me her card when I shared I would NOT be staying here again. The worst part is we used points and HYATT refuses to refund or provide any compensation

Horrible experience! We’ve visited Hayatt Regency Churchill a month ago and had an extremely bad incidence where our perfumes , clothes, and makeup were stolen by hotel staff. During the checkout they assured us that they will investigate and either return our lost items or reimburse us for their value. Unfortunately, no one has contacted us since. we choose a five stars hotel to avoid incidents like this, but unfortunately this hotel lacks both security and proper customer service. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

i ate lunch with my family in the lobby and had the worst service. very slow, some rude staff members, it took a while just to get a menu, they seemed like they didn’t want to serve us and were being forced at gun point to work. we felt uncomfortable the whole time as if we were bothering them with our presence, but we’re the customers? how is this a 5 star hotel? aren’t 5 star hotels supposed to make you feel relaxed, welcome, and comfortable? aren’t the staff supposed to accommodate to you and help you and give you the best service? disappointing.

Absolutely beautiful hotel! We chose this location for its convenience and the consistent, phenomenal service offered by Hyatt, and we were not disappointed. Although we had a minor misunderstanding upon arrival, the guest relations team promptly resolved it. Our room was newly renovated, offering a stunning view of the gardens, a crisp king bed, and a tub/shower combo that filled with bubbles in just minutes. We enjoyed exclusive access to the club lounge, where cold drinks, a simple but delicious breakfast, and evening canapés were always available. Housekeeping ensured our room was cleaned promptly whenever requested. The front desk, concierge, and doormen were incredibly helpful and friendly. The hotel's location is perfect for shopping and easily accessible from the underground, particularly convenient via the Elizabeth line from the airport. After the Taylor Swift concert, the staff surprised us with a delightful birthday treat for me and the sweetest pastry in our room. This stay was absolutely amazing, and we would love to return. Thank you, Hyatt Churchill, for making this an incredibly memorable trip for my 14-year-old daughter and me. We will be back! 🫶

This used to be the top choice for my family and myself during our multiple visits to London throughout the years. However, a lot has changed in the Hotel to the worst unfortunately which will make us switch our preference from it to other nearby 5 star Hotels: 1- Unclear Charge: The most unpleasant note is that they added an accommodation service charge on top of the total rate per night and it was taken from the deposit. This is very strange and the receptionist did not explain that I had a choice of paying or not (which I found out by chance after my visit). This should be clear from the beginning or the receptionist should explain this at check out instead of charging it directly from the deposit. They added other charges as well that didn’t make sense. For example, when ordering room service you are charged a service fee and a “delivery” fee. I have stayed in 5 star hotels in all the world and this is the first time I see such charges. 2- The hotel is clearly taking more than its capacity by compromising on quality. This led to inflexible check in and out, packed que at the elevators and low quality service especially in the reception. 3- Check -in / out: This might be not as important as the aforementioned mentioned notes, but as a 5 star hotel hospitality should be at best. I notified the hotel that I will be checking early but I ended up receiving the room on 3pm. This might be understandable as its subject to availability. However, I requested a late check out and as a curtesy it should be extended to me to 3 pm. But I ended up checking out on 4 pm and paying half the rate. I understand that these things are subject to availability but please learn from Dubai hotels in specific some hospitality gestures that truly make the customer loyal. I hope that Hyatt improve their services as it’s clearly in decline. This will unfortunately cause loyal customers to switch to other hotels.

Wow. This place stands out! I am admittedly American and not used to breakfasts at most UK hotels, but this hotel had the best breakfast of all the places the sumptuous b we visited (various places in Ireland, Edinburgh, Paris). The service truly felt 5-star. It did not hurt that my friend has a high status at Hyatt, so we got an amazing room upgrade to a suite (and it was sweet!!!). It is located close to shopping areas and within walking distance of many tourist attractions (if it's a decent day and you don't mind walking a half hour or so (Westminster, Buckingham, Big Ben). Hyatt Churchill is fantastic; I would most definitely stay here again.

AMAZING! At first, please enjoy the suite balcony view which is never shown from the website. As a globalist, they are pleased to offer you a discounted supplement of 400 GAP to a premium suite from the standard one which you original booked. No early check-in while you told them you will be early 2 months ago, what's more, they provided you lounge access for your early arrival, while the breakfast on the 1st floor will charge you because technically your reservation is not started yet until 3 pm. This is the very first Hyatt which will follow exactly what the "policy" says. Excellent Job! I have to say, it's a huge difference compared to the experience I had in Andaz CDMX last year, they unprofessionally let you check in at 5 am because of flight issue and provided you breakfast. I guess Hyatt people worked in Mexico didn't understand policy at all.
