Food was lovely, tasted amazing and the chicken loaded fries was something else also haloumi fries was very tasty 😋 👌🏻 😍

I ordered Hungrilla for the first time thinking it will be just another burger place with edable burgers man was i wrong this stuff was really good very tasty nice big happy portion overall very satisfied

Foods too expensive quality wasn’t there was hardly any meat on the loaded frys and the meat in the burger was too tough and salty

food was not delivered due to the shop being closed, but they still took my £35! because I cancelled the order!!

I must say it was a huge letdown. The food was far from acceptable, my meal arrived uncooked, which is not only disappointing but also a health concern. To make matters worse, the fries that came with it were burned. It felt like there was no care or attention put into the meal.

Missed out drink. Went to collect and stood at counter. No greeting or acknowledgment. After 10 mins of waiting I told the guy behind counter I’m here to collect. Rudely got a reply we doing it. Despite saying it was ready in the app. Food was decent but shocking customer service

Good boys, warm atmosphere, nice service...

Normally a really nice place to eat however this time we were missing halloumi fries and buttermilk chicken bites. Tried calling several times however no one answered and kept going through to the giff gaff voice mail

Really lovely food, however, totally let down by trying to order it!! No one answers the phone, so ordered via the Hungrilla website and when I went to collect there was no sign of my order??! Asked where I ordered it from and I said their website and they then saw the order. Said I would have to wait a further 20 minutes for them to cook it, which is fine if you don’t have a McDonald’s for the kids in the car getting cold. No take out for the grown ups tonight!! Will definitely not be returning as far too hard to place an order and no food guaranteed at the end of it all!! Take out should not be this stressful 🤣

Are standards slipping? As locals, we have ordered from here numerous times since they first opened. Always been very happy with the quality of the food and service. The only complaint to date has been that they don't offer a cheaper "burger only" option for anyone who doesn't want the standard portion of fries. On this occasion however we were not happy with the experience. As usual I ordered to collect; got home to find a missing portion of fries and all 3 burgers mislabelled on the boxes. Fries seemed stale and when I called to say a portion was missing I was informed they were too busy to deliver them to me and so I had to collect. On collection they offered nothing in terms of complimentary items by way of an apology for the inconvenience. I came home to a cold burger and my wife told me the Mexican burger we ordered, having already been mislabelled was also sub-par in terms of the filling. Hopefully this is a one off but we shall see. Overall we were disappointed on this occasion.

Great quality burgers & fries. Fast delivery. Just wish they had the option for no sauce.

The burgers was the best we've had. They manage to cook everything properly but still keep the juices throughout the meat. Honestly I left just talking about how good it was for a good 10 minutes. think big, delicious, juicy but light and fragrant at the same Time. The chef has some real passion and talent!

it arrived about 7.15 rather than 6.35 that it states & I got extra fries rather than the onion rings I ordered

I have to say I've loved this place since I started ordering. The attitude of every staff member was excellent, the burger was delicious and the music was more enjoyable :) This is the first time I've ever written a review because it is worth it！

Beautiful place and very friendly staff, they offered to put our drinks in the freezer to keep them cold while we wait for our food which is always appreciated. When he gave me my food he said “that’s the best I’ve ever made”. And I’ll tell you, it was absolutely amazing 10/10, it might even be the best burger I’ve ever had.. was only 10mins late but they had some good distance to travel! WOW the food is amazing! very good portions and very tasty, not the usual rubbish most take aways offers these days. every mouthful tasted great! a steak burger with actuak steak inside it! the seasons fries are amazing too! chicken wings i havent ever seen this big before either! honestly 100% gets my vote for burger recommendations in the future! £70 for 3 burgers and 3 sides, abit steap BUT worth it. the qaulity is perfect! Seasoned fries is an understatement of a name. Those fries are full meal either meat, sauce, cheese and some greens. Can recommend.

Yesterday we all family were at Hungrilla gourmet burger for dinner. I have to admit that Hungrilla burger is the best burger in the city. Burger was all delicious and chips were fantastic. Driver really polite and apologetic for late delivery but food was cold, wouldn’t have left a review but really disappointed with the food , not enjoyable.

Part of my order was missing. I called the restaurant and they were apologetic and offered me the missing item for free. Absolute legends.

We were quite disappointed this time around unfortunately. The food said it was "delivered", but it wasn't. The food was already late before it left the shop. The guy that delivered it was lovely and it wasn't his fault, but we are so disappointed that this time Hungrilla has fallen short. The food was delicious as always and of course we will be back in future as we are hoping this is just a one off. The guy on the phone said that they are busy because it's Saturday... Only tried these guys out a couple of times and they have been spot on every time. I love the presentation of the food, excellent choice of packaging and they double wrap the burgers. The food is delicious and the service is good (they actually read the introductions I ask of them) We tried one your chocolate milkshakes and yes we will be getting another with our next order. P.s if you go with the big meat box, you'll need a fork. Meaty and lots of sauce. Personal favourite :)

Absolutely delicious as always! We've ordered a few times now and been very impressed every time. The packaging is very well thought out. Wrapping the burger before putting it in a box with other food, double bagging the chicken wings, nice thick boxes for the meals. We found this place by accident after other places weren't good enough.

First time ordering from Hungrilla at Wollaton and we were not disappointed the food was sooooo tasty. We had delivery and the food was hot on arrival and here within 30 minutes of ordering. The Swiss Burger was delicious and the fries are crispy and really nice not to mention the Halloumi Fries. Finished off with a cuppa tea and their superb Carrot Cake. I've not had a burger this nice in a long time! 100% recommend.

The food was delicious! It wasn't quite as hot as we'd like, but they certainly made up for this in other areas. The food was packed with flavour and really good portion sizes. The packaging was really thoughtful. They've gone above and beyond to ensure that the food is packaged properly and arrives in a good condition. The driver read our delivery note and phoned ahead to ensure that he didn't wake up the other people in the house. We're definitely going to order again in future!

The chicken in my burger was slightly undercooked and the lettuce was stale. The wings I had were good except for a few being undercooked/chewy. The fries were a bit soggy as well. That said, tastewise everything was good and the food arrived warm/well packaged.

We decided to eat here after going to the Wollaton lights. My daughter and her partner rave about it so I thought rather than have over priced rubbish and have to sit out in the cold we’d have a walk down. We decided to eat In rather than walk home and end up with cold food. No one else was in so we picked a table in the window. I’m not a burger lover so had the spicy chicken, everyone else had a burger. The food came out piping hot and a massive portion. It was delicious!!! 2 pots of home made dips with each order which were also delicious. The chicken was tasty, moist and a very generous size. The seasoned fries were hot, crispy and loads of them. I can’t comment on the burgers but no one left a crumb. The staff are helpful and very friendly. Defiantly worth a visit. Amazing value for money. Thank you Hungrilla, or hungry gorilla as my grandson kept saying

You should definitely try their beef burgers; they have unique ingredients and toppings, that's why I don't suggest any specific burger but I have tried Steak Burger (in a Big Meating Box) and loved every bite. My wife tried Mexi Chicken loaded fried and she loved it; I don't know the taste but it looked very nice. The portions were so satisfying that we didn't need any sides. It is not cheapest place to eat but I can honestly say that the food is worth every penny and prices are reasonable compared to others

Not bad , chips with chicken wings where spot on the burger how ever not so , they had salad on bottom which had cooked in transit turning lettuce to a tough spinich like substance and did not taste great also all the moisture had turned the bottom bun to a grass flavored porridge iwould suggest they should send salad in separate bag chocolate milkshake not very chocolaty but fudge cake made up for it

Food was absolutely delicious. We ordered the buffalo wings on fries with a Create Your Own Burger. Both were out-of-this-world tasty and high quality ingredients.

Third time ordering from these guys and they have not disappointed me yet. I really like the pulled beef burger and the mixed veg add-on- courgette & roast pepper, an unusual and tasty high extra. I hope they stay this good!

I love my food and have eaten at some of the best places in Nottingham, this was hands down the best chicken burger and fries I have ever eaten, the lettuce was fresh and crunchy, the tomatoe, pickles and relish was incredible and fresh, the burger was crispy and moist. The fries were crunchy and seasoned exceptionally well. Thank you for such an incredible meal!
