waited over an hour and a half and then said delivered and never turned up

I ordered tonight a chicken wrap....when I seen the collection point, I was scared man to eat from this place. I AM SORRY, I dint got the chance to take a photo when he opened the door. Horrendous. I didn't collect my food and I will report this business. Close down man, is not ok to serve food from such a dirty place. You are service food poisoning!!!

Never buy food from here. First, the Chicken and Rice is burnt. Second the portions size is similar to a small bowl smaller than your hand. Price for each is £9.99. Dont waste your money here. Thrown in the bin.

I got no food delivered. I was waiting until half 2 for it to come. Got a notification saying it was delivered and then the restaurant was closed when I rang to enquire about it. Absolutely outraged and I want my money back immediately.

Ive been waiting for over 1 hour and 40 minutes for my food. I was waiting outside my hotell 20 minutes before the estimated time of the delivery yet the driver lied and said he was there and no body was there to pick up the food. So i called the restaurant and the guy told me they would re send the food but nothing has showed up yet and its almost been 2 hours now.

ordered the peperoni passion and hands down best pizza I've had absolutely delicious perfect crust delicious herbs compliments the cheese and peperoni definitely will be trying other food on the menu in the future 😋

would love to say how delicious the food was, but since it never arrived even though the app says it was delivered, I would be lying.

Order was incredibly late, and the order page is setup badly so that the staff can't tell what is a milkshake order and what is a cake. We ordered 2 milkshakes and a cake and received 3 milkshakes

chicken was bland, fish burger was soggy and bland, the lettuce was brown and limp. cheesy chips were absolutely sh**...I'd give it a lower rating if I could...would not recommend!

Good food, pizza size was decent with the 16 inches. Garlic Sauce was okay, could have been better, but the sauce is not the restaurants fault so I ain’t knocking points off their quality, it was really delicious. However as a customer I’d recommend you automatically include a sauce when a customer automatically orders a 16 inch pizza by themselves, so that way it’s even more value for money. But apart from that. Thank you for the lovely food have a Good night :)

The order didn’t show at all and no body called me and when I called the restaurant they said that the driver was waiting and he reached the reception of the hotel, but that was not right because I asked the hotel reception and she said that she didn’t saw anyone. THAT WAS INAPPROPRIATE ORDERING THE FOOD AND NO BODY CALLS ME. I would like to have a refund

Took 2 hours to arrive (was marked as delivered an hour before i received the order) and received completely wrong food

Delivery driver pulled food out of bag in front of me but it was cold. The shops a three minute drive from my flat. Bad practice man. Frurs wete soggy cold an went straight in the bin Requesting some sort of compo for sure.

Food really late, notified we received food an hour before we did couldn’t contact the restaurant as no answer.

I waited over an hour for my food for them to forget my chips and bring me cold pizza? Delivery driver just laughed at me when I asked him about my chips. Had multiple orders in his bag at once no wonder it took so long.

The cheesy chips which were £6 each had cheese sauce on and not actual grated/melted cheese. The chips were undercooked and the portion did not fill the size of the container. I have never received chips this bad before. Do not recommend.

Didn’t turn up. Restaurant didn’t answer the phone, or try to get in touch in any way. Marked my order as delivered, when it wasn’t and I was outside waiting. Just don’t accept the order if you’re not willing to do it. Don’t waste your time with them! Poor effort won’t be ordering here again!!

I usually don’t prefer to leave negative reviews. But decided to write this time if that helps someone else. This restaurant used to serve quality food and deliver on time. However, since last time two times the quality of food dropped drastically and delivery is absolutely delayed. The delivery was estimated to be at 7PM and received order at 8:10 PM. The restaurant team don’t even answer the call or give any precise update about the order in the app. So disappointed and may not order again.

Driver took forever, then proceeded to deliver the wrong food. He came back to collect it and swap it over but even still the food was cold, dry and just poor.

I receive my order of garlic bread and a burger meal/ it was like a brick and cold so I phone to tell them and they responded by telling me they would send another one out. They never did and then closed now they have blocked my number and won’t do anything for it

Horrible service. Said 30-40 minutes for delivery, the order arrived 1h and 50 minutes after, very cold. Paid service charge and was denied any compensation for the really bad service.

Garlic bread was decent the chicken pieces were some of the best I’ve had, delivered hot and still crispy. The chips were undercooked and the gravy was chippy gravy when I was expecting like a chicken sauce but good chicken so would order again

This place is an absolute JOKE!!! Stood outside for 30 minutes waiting for the food to arrive, for the JustEat app to then say it had already been delivered. Called the restaurant and they couldn’t be anymore dismissive - they didn’t even let me finish talking before telling me it’s on the way. Called back and they said it had been delivered and it’s not their problem so we need to contact JustEat instead. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my entire life!!!
