Food is always on time, always hot and always very tasty. Only place I would order from!

Ordered the same food as previously. Same price but much smaller portions than they used to serve. Also, boiled chicken in a curry just tastes revolting. So having used them many times with varying quality I have now made the decision not to use them again. Too expensive for too little and poor quality food.

They sent me the wrong order after an hour of waiting then told me it was my mistake that they sent the wrong food 2 hours later I got my food

Get the salt and pepper chicken wings. Nothing comes close.

This is my new regular chineese place! Food is always delicious and delivery is usually early even on busy nights.

I ordered the chicken and noodle soup, veggie spring rolls and Special Chow Mein. Good quality for the price. A bit disappointed that the rolls were only 3 mini rolls. The soup was great though.

Great food. Mushroom omelette and spicy vegetarian vermicelli noodles lovely and curry sauce great portion size and very tasty. With free prawn crackers just wished I could order a fortune cookie :) Delivery time far sooner than the estimate so very pleased with everything. Thank you. All the best.

The meals are not served with rice which made the overall very greasy and fat and very difficult to digest. It doesn’t say on the menu that the dish are coming with rice it was just an assumption of mine - very disappointed.

Best chinese that delivers to E14! Food is always warm and cooked to perfection. Nothing is too oily or to dry, just perfect. Always coming on time or even early.

It said the food left the restaurant 15mins before time of delivery but was an hour late. Food was ok, nothing special

Mushroom omelette lovely, singapore vegetable vermicelli noodles delicious and a great curry sauce. Delivery was quicker than estimated which was great as I was hungy and indeed the food quality was great too with a portion of free prawn crackers. I am vegetarian so would much prefer to have the option of a free fortune cookie instead but all in all really pleased and the delivery man was really cool too and friendly. Good quality but a little greasier/oilier than I’m generally used to. I prefer it when the seaweed is dry to the touch. But you may not agree!

Food arrived cold When I live 10 mins or less up the road Normally food will be hot . Not this time and I pre ordered as shop was not open yet .

Delivery was good and prompt. The food on the other hand wasn’t that great. The aromatic crispy duck tasted like left over duck. Did not seem fresh..the prawn rolls was dripping in pure grease oil. Not so sure I would purchase from them again.

Really sad to give a poor review on food as I’ve been having deliveries approx twice a month for 2 years or so now and every other time it’s been superb, but not sure if they had an off night, issues with supply or change in anyway but just wasn’t right tonight. Sorry to say it as love them as a takeaway

Driver was very nice ...the chicken balls were a bit soggy in the middle, the outside of the balls was good and the sauce was good - kung po chicken was too sweet

The restaurant forgot my drink and even though the egg fried rice was amazing, the chicken chop suey was the strangest I have ever had. I never had chop suey that tasted like sweet and sour sauce and nothing else.

No communication only found out it will be late when it was half hour later and i had to contact just eat Couldn’t contact restaurant must of had phone off understand they were probably busier than expected but the customer service received was shocking Next time they should communicate more regularly with their customers on when the food should arrive. Food was also luke warm on arrival.

Delivery driver was pretty rude and food was decent but salt and pepper wings were beyond salty and soggy drenched in oil and the honey wings tasted like dessert, it was sickly sweet and container drowned the wings in oil and honey mix.

Have ordered a number of times. Never disappoint. Food is hot and tasty. Will order again for sure. I also want to thank the delivery drivers. Always so friendly!

Order arrived 2.5 hours late. At least it was hot when it was arrived.

Have ordered a few times now from Hung Tou. The food arrived on time and tasted good, what more can you ask for. It also comes in old school foil containers that somehow makes it taste better than the plastic ones. Enjoyed by all!

Food was generally a let down. The sauce was surgery. I really can't get this surgery sauces these Chinese restaurants make.... Don't remember Chinese sauces these surgery. Don't know where else to buy good Chinese food.

Food is wonderful...right amount of seasoning, right amount of oil used, cooked correctly, never overdone or under done...although I would prefer my ribs long ways instead of the short ones, but apart from that great!

Never ordering again. Absolutely disappointing. Singapore rice is bland and dry(powdery). Capital Ribs are covered in red dye. Bland flavour. Worst Chinese ever. All reviews saying its good have no standards 🤢 I should've gotten PoPo's as usual 🙄

In amongst of the increased number of Chinese take away (from China), this is a great old school Chinese take away of Hong Kong flavour. Reminded me of the tasty HK style food when I first came to UK. Would recommend this little take away anytime!

I’ve read the reviews and really I don’t get it. I’ve been getting takeaways from Hung Tou for over 4 years and I must say it’s the best cheap Chinese takeaway in London that I’m aware of. My favourite is the Beef Ho Fun and for me it’s in the top 3 in London. I would say only Royal China in Baker Street & London Hong Kong near Heathrow come anywhere near it and cost almost double at these 2 restaurants. The beef is nice and soft and in abundance rather than in most places where they put as little as possible and it’s usually over cooked and even hard. So my advice is try it for yourself and decide. Don’t be put off by the other comments.

Pidió una entrega de Hung Tou durante su estancia en la zona. Si bien la entrega fue aproximadamente a tiempo, la comida no fue lo que pedí. El chow mein y el arroz frito no estaban tan mal, faltaba el chop suey, pero se incluían verduras agridulces. No podía molestarse en llamar y quejarse, ya que todos habríamos terminado comiendo en momentos diferentes. Decepcionante.

Acabo de recibir una entrega a través de Hungry House, y fue repugnante. El conductor tardó años en encontrar nuestra casa a pesar de haber llamado para decir que estaba afuera. La comida, aparte del arroz que estaba bien, era pobre.

very average - duck good, chicken noodle soup tasted odd, chicken curry inedible and chicken black bean had poor quality meat. wouldn't use again.

this was a waste of time and actually quite disgusting chucked all of it in the bin wasted £23quid

My Favourite chinese! Mussels in black bean sauce is delicious and there steamed king prawn dumpling are very nice

Along side this the driver, told me I need to change my address on just eat after I had to walk down a different street to find him. I explained to him ive ordered over 10x and this is the 1st issue he raised his voice telling me I'm lying

Soy un fan de la comida china y hemos estado en unos cuantos lugares. Sin duda para los amantes compañeros Tou Hung china debido al hecho de que la comida es preparada muy bien y el punto en que sabe absolutamente! Sin duda recomiendo la salsa de alubias negras :) después me!

Excellent cuisine, good variety and value for money

They have the smallest take away boxes ever . I ordered 4 dishes and 2 of them are completely wet and sticky. All the sauce mix together and came out . Plus the gongbao chicken is the worst I ever tried. I had on piece in my mouth and threw the whole box away. I won't order again. That's it

The order came in 20 minutes. Which makes me wonder about freshness. I ordered the satay chicken and a curry which had the cheapest cuts of chicken in and SOOO many rough cut chunks of vegetables in a gelatinous sauce which didn't resemble satay whatsoever. I actually didn't know what was the curry and what was the satay. Not nice at all. Very expensive. Anyone who thinks that this was nice Chinese food has no idea or concept of what quality, flavoursome good food is. Will not be ordering again. Prawn crackers were supposed to be free when the order was over a certain amount. Wrong drink arrived too.

Was a good takeaway but seems like popularity has been its downfall. Needs more staff, delivery times are getting worse and food is now suffering. Better Chinese takeaways around, shame but it is what it is.

Second time ordering and excellent again. It's difficult to deliver good quality Chinese, but this was very good indeed.

I hate leaving bad reviews but this I think is a warning to others. The food quality was so hit and mix it was like it was from different restaurant. The rice dishes were ok. The Chicken in satay sauce contained pieces of unidentifiable whitish material that I could not say what it was even after tasting it. The chicken in the soup and the wings were not good either: both tasted like the chicken had past it's use by date before been cooked. The prices I found very cheap and this did make me think why. This is my only time ordering here and this has not been a good experience
