Huckleberry Chicken in Waltham Forest

I heard this place was under new management and thought i would give it a go. It was quite good, staff were helpful, clean and the food was delicious compare to other Chicken shops. Excellent, Well done guys, keep it up!!

The bar is so low and these guys manage to get under it. From missing items ‘the driver must have eaten’ to not actually being able to batter chicken, so the breast is moist and the coating has slipped off - you’ll be sure to regret the fortune you have to spend here.

Terrible restaurant got the order completely wrong and wouldn't do a thing about it all they said was just getting touched with just eat they wouldn't give me a refund they wouldn't do anything never ordering from there again

I’ve been going to huckleberry for about 1 year and a bit I recommend it to so many people, it’s probably one of the best chicken shop I’ve been too but they have been putting the prices higher but I think that’s the only thing they should work on other than that it is fantastic.

Price of food has double in this place in 5 years. £4.99 for the wraps or burgers with a side & can of drink a few years ago. It has been slowly creeping up since. A couple of months ago £8.99. Went to order tonight & it is now £9.99. I order from here almost every week. Sorry guys but you have got too greedy now, its a chicken wrap for gods sake. Will not be ordering again

I normally love huckleberry chicken, order from them weekly almost. Today I’m hugely disappointed. Food was early which I like ifI haven’t preordered the time, I had an item missing and my food was cold. I spent over £30 so cold food and missing items disappoints me greatly. Like I say I hope this is just a one off.

This was awful I had to call 3 times and even on the third time they didn't call the driver. They have false expectations. Tiny portions for a massive amount of money! Dont buy!!

Succulent burger, chips could be better and very good customer service

For £23 I expected to have a hot burger with sauce, the burger was cold and dry. The chips were cold. The wings were cold. The wrap was cold and dry. Everything was cold but arrived 20 minutes early... we use to order all the time as the food was always good. Never ordering again. Ruined my night.

I was disappointed with the delivery! Your driver arrived at my flats we let him in and told him where to go but because he couldn’t find it he then buzzed again and left our food at the main entrance where anyone could’ve taken it! My son saw him run back to his car and drive off

Food arrived cold, and was sadly quite bland, but delivery was relatively good (~50 mins, but late by 10 mins). At least they got the order correct, as it was for a family meal!

Food was good, delivery was quick but an item that equates to 20% of my order was missing. The restaurant tell me ‘just eat’ will refund the money, JustEat tell me they can do refunds “ask the restaurant”..

Good food, both the fried chicken and the peri peri (although it didn't taste that much of peri peri, more like a regular spicy grilled chicken - Pretty good still). On the other hand, peri peri chips were just normal chips sprinkled with a bit of chilli powder (more than a bit cheeky for an extra 50p!!!), just like the "secret spicy sauce" is just the hot sauce mixed with mayo...

The food is normally very good but this time I ordered the cris crix fries was stale and the chicken was stale. Must of been leftovers from the night before. I'll be thinking twice before ordering from here again

Iv ordered from here a fair few times and their standard/quality of food seems to slowly be dropping! Don’t lose that.....it’s your USP!

Ordered the sfc wrap meal. Chips where fine. The wrap had brown lettuce, tasted horrible and was unable to eat it, called the restaurant and was told this happened due to the wrap being hot? When this has never happened in all of the years ordering from them. Got a refund with just eat, poor customer service.

This is my second order in two weeks. Nice food, especially when the chips are extra crispy. Popcorn chicken is delicious. The fried chicken pieces are a little on the dry side but the coating is fab. Knocked off a star as they forgot my coleslaw with the rice box today and l’m not keen on the rice (bit tasteless).

Chips were horrible and extremely greasy/ soaking with oil. Chicken ok.

We ordered 2 chicken burgers meals We received four chicken strips and 2 chicken filets without the bun! Really disappointing as we waited almost 2 hours for it .

This place is way better than KFC. Good food, great portions, good value for money and came nice hot and freshly cooked.

Incomplete order delivered, no drink, no mayo, arrived late, fries and most chicken pieces were cold, no servietts, will not be a returning customer.

After waiting 90 mins for delivery my order wasn’t correct. Called the restaurant around 60 minutes in and was told 5 minutes away which took 30.

Super quick good food. I didn’t like the chips they are different now maybe? and the chicken in my fillet burger was a little over cooked so tasted dry. But I’ve eaten from here before and loved it. Would order again but this time wasn’t spot on.

Food was late and not very hot. The 'lemon and herb' chicken was WAY over-spiced today, almost as hot as the Spicy Hot tbh. Disappointing because HC is not normally this bad. Must do better
