worst experience ever, ordered on uber eats at 6pm, estimated time was 7:05-25past which i was still like okay that’s long but i really wanted it anyways and so did everyone at home. it came to 7:30 nothing, no updates, no real number to call on, requested an update 100 times. it’s now 8:48pm and i’ve had to call uber eats cs line to cancel the order. Horrific, i always got the chow mein but never again.

Horrible and disgusting. Never again The food it's like a radioactive. I dislike this place!

As you know Chinese food is not cheap, so when you place an order you expect to get what you paid for. My son went and bought 2 portions of chicken wings, egg fried rice 2 portions, sweet and sour chicken with rice, again 2 portions, what a disappointment, the wings were chrispy and dry, it was so dry it cut into your mouth, we couldn't eat it, in fact any of it. I called the number for the restaurant to say how disappointed I was and guess what, it's another number that was recorded back if you wanted to leave a message. It's the 1st time going to this takeaway and we won't be going back what a waste of money and what a disappointment in the food.

Food was very good, service was fast although is was a busy time Saturday night.

The food was disgusting. I ordered Black bean Ho Fun and what I got was noodle cut in like rice grains and the vegetables was too soggy. The dish was misrepresentation of how it was shown on their website.

We ordered a selection of food, none had labels so we had to figure out for ourselves. The delivery was extremely long only to received overcooked food.

the egg fried rice looked like i just found it under my brothers bed it looked like a textured eraser, the chips were soggy looked like i found them in a swamp, and the curry sauce tasted like a cinnamon roll from lidl bakery, really disappointing as i used the last of my money to purchase this food to feed me, my husband, my 8 kids and my sick granny.

Used to be my go to for Chinese but ordered recently and the sweet and sour sauce was congealed (like a jelly) and the rest of the food was barely edible. I also felt ill for days afterwards. Wouldn't ever order or reccomend to anyone.

Worst place EVER! Got delivery and the driver wouldn’t deliver to my door saying he has his child with him I then went to call the restaurant and he’s laughing saying he’s the owner nothing will happen! Driving around with no delivery license with your child in this weather! 😩 then to make it worse…the food was dry cold and they forgot my seaweed 🙄

Just been left over an hour with an order accepted and preparing status , then was even given a delivery due time on Ubereats by these clowns …. Then after one hour 15 mins the status changes to cancelled . Rang up to find out how could someone let any customer wait for so long before cancelling their order , and was informed oh I cancelled it cause your house number wasn’t on there …. I’m like …. You do realise this is ubereats where my info is all stored for every take away ?? Ordered noodles from here and specifically stated no seafood as I am allergic... guess what we ended up finding in the noodles? Prawns! Don't trust this place they might end up killing you!!

I placed an order yesterday or singapore fried noodles and thai chicken noodles and specifically told them the person to exclude prawns due to having seafood allergy. Yet i found one single prawn in the singapore fried noodles. From this it is clear to me that they still cooked it all together and then removed the prawns one by one and left one in the container by accident. Absolutely poor service, the guy clearly repeated my order back to me so he was well aware that any sort of seafood should be excluded. Dissapointed.

Unsafe to eat, you’ll either get food poisoning from how old the food is, or you’ll find a maggot/hair. Noodles are very dry and old, seems like it’s microwaved, has a fridge smell too. Lamb chops were crumbly like it’s days old, definitely seemed unsafe to eat.

Dear How Cha, Where is the negative star option? This meal has been nothing short of shocking and simply unfit for human consumption. To name a few examples why me and my family have been left feeling robbed and disrespected - noodles are clearly days old, advertised shrimp dumplings contained pork (my brother does not eat pork), the rice had a strip of metal in it! For the first time in life, I have encountered a takeaway completely inedible. Please, for the love of all things, understand that your actions impact other humans, as I go to put a pizza on.

After 15 years of food from this place today's takeaway was the most disgusting meal I've ever had. The standard had been deteriorating, but today it was exceptionallly bad. The soup was extremely sweet, some weird concoction, the beef in black bean sauce just a thick pile of goop, the singapore noodles full of burnt egg & the sweet & sour chicken has some weird metal taste Very disappointed! £20 thrown in the bin

They get the order wrong every single time I've ordered normally they replace it after calling up which takes and hour or so to get there so the rest of the food goes cold but at least you get what you ordered this time they let the phone ring and didn't answer multiple phone calls so I had to get a refund through uber eats won't be ordering again really disappointing

Rice made like a week ago with a horrible taste 🤢🤮🤢🤮🤢 coudnt even eat it had to spit it out and the chicken woldnt even risk it all this for like 13 pounds so ridiculous and even worse none ever read reviews hope someone will close them down waste if money

In 20 years I have never had worse and I mean that as literally as it is possible to be. The prawn toast was almost black and completely inedible... the rice was so wet it was more of a paste... the rest of the dishes were pure grease, even the one's specifically listed as 'dry' dishes were dripping wet with oil and sauce. When I called them to complain they did not give a s**t. Gobsmacked they would even have delivered food in that state.

Went today with so much vigor as it's supposed to be all halal. I ordered a sweet and sour chicken and a plain chow main for £11.70 (which is very expensive compared to some places). The chicken was extremely chewy like bubble gum and the chow main was dry. Well that's £12 I'll never get back 😔

I used love howcha noodle but I am very disappointed. The noodle were so dry and the prawns seemed very old. special chips very soggy and no taste at all. Not special chips anymore. It's not the same anymore wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Reheated fries , reheated meat, the chicken was dry , the duck was fat reheated and disgusting. On the other hand if someone would have bothered to do proper fries it would be amazing as the sauce on the fries was excellent, that's all about £30 odd worth of food . Such a shame as I like Chinese food but around here they are all rubbish to put it mildly. They probably cant be arsed with reviews anyway so no more HOW CHA more How why ?

I ordered some noodles through Uber eats. The food was cold in the bottom. It seems like it was a frozen food. Which was left over few days before. The soup was salty.....

Lamb chops was very hard. The whole starter was extremely dry and hard to chew. Spring rolls were flat like it was crisp. Did not enjoy anything from here. Noodles tasted off also

Ordered beef in black been sauce, and prawn fried rice, got half beef in sauce with 1 and half potions of rice, £12 for rice?? Never going to order from these people again sending half portion and more rice than a person can eat. Disappointed

Great experience as usual. Food was brilliant, hot and fresh. Staff was friendly and got my big order correct first time. Glad to see the portion sizes are still very generous. Would highly recommend.

Tried their jumbo meal box a few days ago and it was awesome! The quantity was good, the noodle (Singaporean) was light. I would definitely recommend the crispy chicken in lemon sauce. The egg fried rice was not that great though! A good place with value for money.

Had tried dinning in and takeaways of this place multiple times and I have to say the experience varies. If you can read chinese and ask for their chinese menu you can actually get nice authentic chinese food here, otherwise you are probably stuck with the "standard" menu that is the same with what most UK chinese takeaway places have, which isn't very good. If you are ordering takeaways online then wamimichi is a better choise.

Ramen soup tasted extreamly fishy, duck ramen with fish not a great combo. Duck had bones in - not much meat. I've had better dim sum but the curry was nice as was the starters. If your not a fan of fish dont eat thier food. 🤢

I ordered takeout from this restaurant through the justeat app, the food was delivered nearly twenty minutes late, it was lukewarm and I had to reheat it, and they sent me the wrong sauce instead of the Satay sauce I ordered. This is probably the worst takeout I've had in years and I will never use this restaurant again.

Placed an order at 5pm for delivery, delivery was to arrive by 5.45pm but got a correction after a couple of minutes that delivery will now arrive by 5.55pm, rang How cha at 6.15 and the girl at reception said it should be with me within 5 minutes. Delivery arrived at 6.45pm by an ignorant driver, who instead of being apologetic, replied “If you don’t want it, l’ll take it back, the order was for £34.00, told him to take it back, never again will l be purchasing anything from these buffoons.

Very disappointed in the food. The Chow Mein was burnt, the chicken tasted stale and there was very little meat compared to the sauce in the container. in general the food was cold on arrival. According to online their food hygiene rating its 4of5 but the quality of food begs to differ.

A beautiful restaurant, with through Staff members who serve a varienty of Oriental Cuisine and Drinks, with authenticly well trained Staff members Chefs'. Regards.

Rude workers and food is terrible. Lack of communication between waiter and customer. I asked a simple question because I'm new to ordering here and they just stare at me blankly and give me passive agreessive responses. I wanted something spicey and they gave me sweet and sour which was horrendous 🤮. NEVER AGAIN!

Worst chinese I've ever had. Only ordered from here as my usual chinese doesn't take card. Food was flavourless, pork dumplings were in bits in the dish like they'd been thrown around. Chow mein was just as bad, never again

Disappointed. Not what I expected.

I have eaten here many times however the food has been a great disappointment the portions are become smaller and there hardly any meat. The chicken was wierd in taste and texture and the other dish was just a mess not how I usually have it everything tasted old like old veggies and ready for the bin. When I complained I was surprised to see it was a different manager or owner and I didn't even get an apology or any form of offer to compensate the dish. I gave it one star because of the other staff however I wont be going again it's not what it use to be it's gone down hill.

I ate here for the first time at midday today, the chicken in the sweet & sour chicken balls was rubbery, the beef in my noodles was so fatty I couldn't chew some bits. I would say the best bit of the meal was the chicken fried rice. Anyway Its now 15:20 and both mine and my OH's stomach are painful and we are alternating trips to the loo & we havent eaten anything the same since last weekend, so there is only 1 possible cause.

I am so shocked and disgusted, I advise anyone and everyone's who has been there or is going to go there please do not eat from there because I have asked the staff in the store if they have a hygiene rating and he told me they don't have a hygiene rating and they are waiting for the council to get back to them. Also they're previous hygiene rating was 3. 🤢 I've eaten there and now I will never eat there again. PLEASE spread awareness to get this place closed down it is toxic, unsafe and dangerous to consume anything from that shop being the hygiene rate and the UNKNOWN condition the place is in right now. PLEASE SHARE & CONTACT LUTON COUNCIL!

Been coming here for a while, the service is quick and the people are nice. The food is lovely and always looks presentable. I would definitely recommend as they have a large variety on their menu and it it located just off of Luton town from the mall which is convenient. I would definitely recommend as it’s good food at a good price.

Terrible. Ordered for delivery through just eat and was called to say they couldn't deliver and would refund my delivery charge, now they are saying they didn't say that and won't refund me. Terrible service, food was below average and I will never order again.

Three of us ate there while the food was tasty all 3 of us came down with food poisoning. This place was the only place we had in common.

Horrific. I ordered 2 large chow meins, one Thai and one plain. I also ordered an orange juice and prawn crackers, of which did not turn up. I only realised this when opening the bag that there was no prawn crackers, so I thought hey ho it’s £1 I’m not too fussed, but when I opened the box to my noodles, the noodles were cold. I rang How Cha and explained my issues that I had with the prawn crackers not turning up and the noodles being cold. I spoke to about 3 different people and they tried implying that I was lying and that the food was definitely hot and that they will give me 10% off my next order? 10%? £1.30 IF THAT? No way, I say that is absolutely ridiculous and I want a full refund, like most places would agree to after giving cold food, which is certainly what my restaurant would do. They then were using an aggressive tone towards me saying ‘well we want our food back then’ ?? HAVE IT BACK I’m not going to eat it when it’s freezing cold am I. Absolute joke. I’m a regular customer but will not be buying from here again. Don’t recommend to anyone.

Zamówiliśmy dwa startery i dwa Dania główne gdzie najpierw przyniesiono starter pózniej jedno Dania główne po 10 minutach drugie i na koncu ostatni starter. Obsługa nie rozumie co sie do nich mowi a na kelnerkę trzeba czekac bardzo długo chociaz byliśmy tylko my w całej restauracji.

used to be a regular customer at this place. I think the standard of food is slightly dropped. my favourite dish used to salt n pepper squid but now they have added color to it which doesn't look good and taste worse.

Adorable place hidden away. Offers both take away and eat in. The deco is really nice the swing bench is a nice touch, even if it isn't the most comfortable to eat on. Friendly, welcoming staff with a family vibe. Food is fresh, deliciously made and the price is surprisingly cheap.Two main course and two drinks come under £15.The extensive menu offers something for everyone. Portions are generous, we had left over for lunch the next day. We had a great night out, a true gem!

This place offers an interesting variety of Chinese and Thai food. The decor has a traditional feel to it. However, upon entering, all tables were unclean, so had to ask a member of staff to clear up a table so we could take a seat. The food itself was okay - I'd say it was on the oily side, but most dishes were quite nice. We were seated near the kitchen area (which is quite a distance from the main entrance) and there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke, which was suffocating. This was concerning! The person at the front desk was polite and helpful.

Only one member of staff maintained his professionalism and showed respect towards costumers. ALL the others were disrespectful by: * expecting us to eat while they were cleaning with bleach near our table * insulting my friends and I loudly in their language * telling us to leave the restaurant immediately 10 minutes before closing time because they "have been here since 11!" * presenting negative body language throughout their service. Although the one staff member apologised on their behalf, saying "she doesn't speak English" is not a good enough reason to disrespect your customers. Needless to say, although How Cha is the best Chinese and Thai tasting food service, I will never return there as a customer again. I did not feel respected or welcome there, and neither did my friends.

The place offers a big variety of Chinese dishes, rice, noodles, soups, appetizers. It’s more a take-away type of restaurant, of course you can stay in to eat, but the interior is a bit dark and messy. The staff doesn’t seem very helpful or nice, maybe because their English is not so good. Very good dumplings and chicken noodles, however, their veggie rice was a bit disappointing. The rice seemed too fried, a bit burnt, and the veggies watery and tasteless. Anyway it’s a good place for non expensive Chinese food.

You all have no idea of customer service, hospitality, and catering. I ordered my 3 corse meal as you have to go to the till and order. My sweet came first, I ask how can u bring this first? Where is my starter? It’s coming (all coming together) the waiter said I should have told them I didn’t want altogether, by the time I would finish my starter then my main would be cold, where is u all thinking cap? I have to return my sweet to u for it to keep warm. I eat the main and starter to gather. Later before I finish all of u were on break together. Don’t rush my food to take break mate. I am not even a fan of ur food because I’ve proved that some of u grow ur own fishes in Tanks and not even Pond. Food is not even tasty but at least I got something hot to eat. Don’t know if visit or order from you in my desperation time. Poor service!!!

Very hot and tasty food. Staff is friendly but their English could be improved. They have the menus in English so it will not be a problem to get an accurate meal. They do have also take-away plus an ordering app with home delivery.

Service was excellent, and the staff are very friendly and helpful, the most important thing is that they've got the 1 called dragon chow mein, I've never had it anywhere else before, it tastes so lovely, and it's only £7. Definitely go again with friends.

Ordered food from these guys last night, Dissapointed is an understatement. Food took over an hour and a half to come despite us calling on numeorus occasions only to be told another 20minutes!! When the food arrived it was luke warm. Yoou could tell that the chicken had been previously microwaved and then sent out. I dont think i will be ordering from them in a long time.

Food will arrive hot and quickly if you play it safe I.e chow mein, sweet and sour chicken balls, chicken dumpling ... Deviate from the popular items and order will be late. Generally good but can take long 45-60 but sometimes super quick (15mins) if you're lucky. carefully not to order extra hot even though I am a spicy lover as it just tastes like chilli powder. Occasionally containers are soaked with oil. Again play it safe with popular items if you want decent food

The best Chinese place I've ever eat in. Must try the dragon chow mein!
