Me and my husband brought there pizza for the 1st time yesterday Best pizza iv had that we went back today so cheesy and filling Will Highly recommend trying there pizza

Can’t say much about atmosphere because I always get my food delivered. I’ve got the party bucket from here a few times and the amount of fries you get is quite generous and they taste pretty good too. The wings are amazing they’re not spicy but they have lots of flavour. The chicken also has good flavour however sometimes can be VERY dry. Delivery comes on time.

I ate inside the shop, whilst ordering I had to repeat my order 3 times for the worker at the till to listen and take down my order. When I got my food the chips was too soggy and the wings had pink stuff inside. I ordered a burger and it had everything but the chicken inside it. Dry burger, pink wings and soggy chips gave me food poisoning.

Workers can barely understand english,had to repeat what i said 4 times,food was mediocre and the wings tasted extremely salty the chips were so soggy and the burger was pink.Appauling

Chicken was burnt coleslaw was gone off it was disgusting. At least you should check before selling expired food. Would never recommend buying anything from them

I had a terrible experience at Chester’s. They gave me burgers with lettuce and mayo, despite my request for none. When I called, they told me to remove it with my hands. When I mentioned I could be allergic, they started yelling and cursing at me and my kids. Their rude behavior and lack of concern ensure I'll never go back. And I DO NOT RECOMMEND. The man and women serving the till are rude. I have never experienced such behaviour ever. I wonder why they’re still a business. Just look at their reviews!

They will take long time to deliver the food. And they will not respond properly to the customer.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience in chesters. The lady working there was rude and had a very bad attitude. When I asked for help finding a product, she responded with a condescending tone and made me feel unwelcome. Her dismissive behavior and lack of basic customer service skills were appalling. I expected a much higher level of professionalism. I will not be returning to this shop and would not recommend it to anyone

The food was average quality at best with cold chips and it was relatively dirty inside. Service was slow but friendly enough. I would be hesitant to visit again.

Never again in my life will I go to this Chesters. Absolutely disgusting. Tables dirty when I arrived. I asked for tissue to wipe the table down my self. Burger was not nice. Bun was cold. Chicken ib burger too small. Some fake mayonnaise on table. Drinks weren't cold. Asked to use toilet and was told it isn't working. Left a mess for staff to clean.

Awful food, made an order and they sent us only half the food, it was all cold, they sent no sauces and didnt even pick up our phone call , when we rang to ask what happened. Horrible Horrible place. They need to do us all a favour and shut down before they steal other peoples money. Owners should be in jail for practically robbing customers. DISGUSTING

I took large pizza. It was not tasty. And one more think the worker behaviour was very bad. I was fully angery. Very very bad experience

The til worker is so good and she is so nice and and giving best service and she is so fluent the price was also very low compared to others and food taste so good. Must try don’t miss.

I honestly wish I read the reviews before trying this shop… the chicken burger was as slim as Rizzla no meat it was complete flat with no taste of chicken…the bun was not fresh one bite & crumbled .. chips was cooked in old oil with a nasty taste! You should be ashamed charging your customers high prices with low quality.. save your money best to spend the £8.50 in Nando’s where you know it’s fresh never coming back !

One of the worst place I went to eat !..I should have give review before.I went two days before their ,just to try their peri peri fries .I couldn’t eat the fries because of the salt..and the fries was cold . And the one who took order should have some respect, at least try to smile

man this place has gone downhill. especially new menu and ridiculous price for portioning. £10 wasted, never going there again. save your self disappointment (i would give 0 stars if possible) P.S you'll pay extra for sauces that you'll never receive.

Excellent place for lunching. £4 lunch meal 2 piece chicken and chips with strawberry Miranda you can’t go wrong with this. Tasty chicken and chips. One downside these guys don’t have chilli mayo tubs but in satchets. But apart from that it’s banging food for the price of £4 damn

Pizzas aren’t bad from here. One thing I will say, if you’re going to offer buy 1 get 1 free chicken burger for £8, don’t be cheap and put a 1cm fillet in there. The point of buy one get one free is it should be the same as normal! If you can’t afford to do that, then take them cheap stale hard and chewy burgers off your menu!

Average pizzas on par with other takeaways in Luton. Chicken fillet burger below expectation. Service is mixed: sometimes polite and friendly, sometimes rude and aggressive.

This is the worse place in Luton, the food is not to the standard and the staff are rude and ignore all customers. They speak in their own language and keep shouting across the shop. Please do not come here

Bro these man sold me the biggest dream with this burger, first look and you think you’ve hit the fried chicken jackpot … but nahhhh this thing was flatter than rishi sunaks forehead. Although very well spiced and freshly cooked they flattened the chicken so much a chicken nugget had more meat on it, all I felt like I was eating was oil and spices … if they don’t flatten it would be nice Lady behind the till was ok don’t know why everyone says she rude think it’s just how she talks but 🤷

The worst restaurant I have ever been to in my life. Customer service was horrible especially the pakistani Guy (manager) with his coworker (pakistani guy). Seems they both are feeding customers for free. I appreciate the Bengali girl attitude from Bangladesh who handled the situation well. She too got scolded by those pakistani guys Please Be Aware before going to this restaurant or else you will be also treated badly. They are not at all customer friendly nor employee friendly. Almost Every weekend I eat with my family in that restaurant and we are very happy. All of us love BBQ chicken and delicious fries

Their fry chicken is so juicy and nice OMG, the chips is good the pri pri chicken, the service is great u don't av to wait too long for ur food. Av a go guys u won't be disappointed. It's in luton right opposite The Town surgery.

Worst pizza I have ever had. Burnt on top and all you can taste is cheese. Definitely would not recommend this place.

This is what they delivered to me which I spent £17 on and when I called they didn’t care to hear and said it’s the deliveroo driver’s problem and when I asked to speak to the manager he said a few words to the employee and she said he was busy so basically they could not be bothered to help their own customer and I find that pretty disgusting service I will never be spending any more money on this place again I’m so angry and frustrated what a waste of money.

First of all, the customer service is very bad. The guy who works nights is extremely rude, and kept arguing about a negative review given by my friend earlier and kept insisting that he was sure he was right even though they order the same thing every time. It is in the worker to ensure that they've taken the right order and not on the customer. Secondly, the lady who works nights is rude and doesn't seem to be aware of the menu of the shop and responds rudely to enquires about it. Also, the shop is swept while there are customers in still eating, which doesn't seem to be the most hygienic action at a restaurant. Besides the food is not packaged properly.

They often get take away orders wrong and do not bother informing the customers about it, and so when the customer finds out, its usually to late to correct it. The phone number given also is never picked.

The food is not tasty at all. Ordered a few burgers and spicy wings. And the staff were speaking their native languages, and very noisy. The wait for the food preparation is too long (there is a reason these places are been called fastfood), and the end result is also a failure. It's a complete waste of money and time. The place must need to be improved and keep a decent decipline among the staff, trained them much suited for customer service. Food flavours or the way they making it need improving as well.

Rude staff saying I couldn’t use 1ps and 2ps in their store. The staff said that it wasn’t real money, he then proceeded to swear at me then throw his hands toward. The guy is a real jerk.
