we had doner kebabs the meat was burnt and was hard it was horrible

order from this restaurant many times before,it's normally good but not tonight. Missing items greasy food literally covered in oil & chips wasn't even cooked totally disappointed.

Very poor . Visited tonight at 11pm and was not impressed. Will not use again.

Chicken shish kebabs in the wrong wraps - disappointing given food good.

no sauce provided so was left with dry food. disappointed.

The lamb meat in the Shish was really the best I have ever tasted anywhere, tender, juicy, flavourful, really lovely. I hope you can maintain quality every time I order. Thank you, loved the chicken shish as well.

the prices you pay is not worth it ordered a large kebab and it looked like a small, ordered a mixed kebab and wasn't alot there the chips was a small portion didn't even go around 3 adults and have no way of choosing large chips, use to be so good here for portion size and seems like its not worth how much they want to charge

Dreadful food. Chips were wet and soggy - oil dripping from them. Pitta bread was stale and all the meat was freezing cold. Only edible part of the entire meal was the bottle of tango

The pizza wasn’t cooked in the middle, the kebab meat was very dry and the chips were awful. This was bought as a treat for my family, they told me not to use again.

Worst chicken Donner I’ve ever had in my life

THE WORST KEBAB I HAVE EVER HAD cold no salad cold chips. Have just given to the foxes. Disgusting. 20 mins late dispite phoning the restaurant and they were very helpful. But theyre using a platform that isn’t theirs! Will never use again. Stop using just eat and Uber. Get your food yourself. It’s putting pressure on good company that send out sub standard food to fulfill instant food orders.

over and hour delivery . and the food was cold /barely warm. grilled wings more like soggy boiled wings. also insane amount of oil in chilli sauce to boot. what kebab shop doesnt have tomatoes when next door is a tescos!!! dreadful. efes or instantbul grill from now on.

They give you an estimated delivery time between 45-1hr. Always end up waiting longer. The last two times I've ordered the food has been nearly cold, and the wrap has been soggy. I'm not sure I will order from here again.

Delivery was really good - food was okay. Would advise not ordering wraps with a sauce and added the sauce as an extra because they really overload the wrap/pitta with the sauce

Absolutely poor service, and poor workman ship from the driver, I payed online for mr food, and was being quite aggressive to my girlfriend and was demanding extra money, I am so angry and frustrated and this is not what should happen, I have been using just eat for a while now and I will not be coming to this kebab ever again poor poor poor !! So rude and disrespectful disgusting behaviour from this kebab shop and the driver

Went here to order food. Looking at the menu deciding what I would like to notice that in the meat fridge the burger cheese (about 80 slices or more) left unwrapped and not covered. This pile of chese was all crusty and dry and each slice discoloured. I asked the owner are you going to serve that.. to his response: what would you like? They recieved a phone order for a 1/2 pounder with cheese and low and behold that poor customer got the top slice which says it all. Hopefully they're not too ill in the morning! Put me off ordering so left and went to my Chinese instead.

1st time i had a kebab in years mine came as a wrap instead of the tortilla separately as I can't eat pita bread called them and the lady I spoke to was lovely and Apologised for the mix up told me to contact Just Eat as it is the way they have worded it wrong on the receipt. No fault of theirs. Was still nice she explained it was cheaper to call and order over the phone or on their website instead of using Just Eat. So will do that next time. Will deffo order from here again.

Restaurant got in touch and checked our order which was appreciated and the food arrived about 20 minutes early still very hot. Portion sizes were great and food was very tasty

Order arrived late and was only just luke warm. Had to heat everything up in an air fryer. The service is normally really good, I don't know why it was so late. No apology given by the delivery guy either!

Just ordered and payed for large mixed donner and received what can only be described as small ! When I rang them they said that’s the portion size ! Used them for nearly 25 years but not anymore!

Early days was very good and tasty, but today chicken kebab like a spoilt and was bad smelly bread also bad we chuck in to bin all food

This place was always our go to in Dartford for good kebabs, but the meal we just had was inedible! We had two Doner kebabs, both of which were filled with thick dry crusty chunks of overcooked meat that had clearly been sat and reheated multiple times. Both my wife and i struggled to chew and swallow the dry inedible meat, and in fact both of us suffered from indigestion as a result of trying to eat it! Both salads lacked both tomato and cucumber, and the chips were as good as cold. Even harder to swallow is the fact I paid £20 for the misfortune of being served this horrible garbage. Safe to say they've lost our custom.

Probably the smallest kebab I’ve ever had in my life. 2 of us are supposed to be sharing this. Absolutely dire.

This place does not deserve even 1 star. WORST KEBAB EVER!!! if you're ever thinking of ordering from here, think again and save your money, go and find a knife or even a potato peeler and try chiselling the plaster board from your walls as i belive it would taste better and it would maybe have more moisture and flavour than the kebab i received tonight did.

My order was missing items and I seem to be unable to get this refunded, as I have no photograph (of missing food, what do you want a photo of?!) and no receipt was provided with the bag. I did not expect such difficulty for something that is not my error. I am unlikely to place an order again, from here or from Just Eat generally.

Just eat messed my order up so I phoned the shop directly they informed me that just eat had counciled my order but house on the hill team jumped on to it very quickly with a lot of professionalism felt really bad for them as JUST EAT are messing things up and these companies get the blame. So thank you house on the hill for your brilliant service.

Food was cold on arrival. Needing to be re-heated in microwave & noticed much more greasy than normal. However this is the 1st time I’ve experienced this from house on the hill & I’ve been ordering with them for years. Putting it down as a glitch

Absolutely disgraceful service!!! Waited over 2 hours for delivery to be told it had been delivered an hour ago!! Driver then turned up at our door and was on the phone to his manager and then turned away when he realised he had delivered to our house an hour ago as stated. We then waited another 30 minutes until the order arrived.

Food delivered, 1 item missing, driver back within 10 mins with missing item. Good service, tasty food

House on the hill is a minute away yet the food was not hot. The pitta soggy and not edible. I had to microwave the chicken & chips, very disappointed this time. It’s a Wednesday not even a busy weekend.

The driver was very rude as I was not here. I booked the kebab from between 8-8.20 and he was very rude when he had to wait for me even though he was 15 mins early

Food was half hour late, took 2 hours to arrive, and all the food was cold. Absolutely rubbish, won't be ordering again. Shame as used to be lovely.
