Too expensive. £7.80 for fruit juice ?????

Visited today in bluewater. 31/10/2024 1.30pm First I would like to say food and drinks ok, the seating area is dirty with stains on the seating. Food on the floor under tables also when ordering I noticed a few small type midges behind the counter flying around.We sat just inside the entrance to the left by the green panelling which was filthy covered in stains the overall feel of the store was dirty. And in my opinion needs a visit from an environmental Health officer

Honestly easily the best restaurant in Bluewater. The food, service and hospitality are just amazing. My family and I have been visiting the restaurant for many years and have never had a bad experience. It is faultless, the food, service and price. Carlos and all his team are just sublime.

Went to the branch in Bluewater Sunday the 22nd after seeing so many people talking about this place but I was shocked and disappointed with what I experienced. While I was ordering the green juice,the staff member was constantly scratching herself,neck hands in her tshirt then head! I mean she did not stop and I thought I'd ignore that as other staff were making the juice and to my surprise she went over still scratching and put the gloves on. I straight away ask for a refund and told them that I did not want to have it and the reason why. The staff member also had a blue plaster on her face which i would not be surprise if she broke her skin. NO HYGIENE WHATSOEVER AND DIRTY NAILS! Please sort out the hygiene.

Waited 5 mins to get served. To be told it's ten mins got anything to be made. Thought I might as well wait some more. The lady serving and handing out food was wearing gloves but was constantly wiping and touching her face. They are clearly understaffed with the amount of delivery orders they are getting. And don't have the time to offer quality customer service which is what I would expect paying £14 for a juice and a sandwich. Shame because it is really nice. But today put me off.

Juices like the AMG and iron man are nice, if pricey. Coffee I had here was too acidic - whether that's due to light roasted beans or over extraction, it wasn't to my taste.

Tunacado is the only reason I go. I know they’ll be slow and ignore you for 10mins while they make a coffee or someone’s else’s sandwhich. But today in particular it was a joke lol. 15minutes I stood there. No one even looked at me. Maybe the Tunacado isn’t worth being treated like that. Who knows. All you gotta do is say to me sorry we’re busy we’ll be right with you. But that’s too much effort here. Sandwich was good as usual though. Service more terrible than usual lol.

Holly served me last week at Joe and the juice, she was an absolute star! She went above and beyond to assist me in getting the benefits of the free item when downloading the app. She was so sweet and all staff seemed so helpful & friendly. Thank you!!

Absolutely amazing, me and my partner went here for dinner and its safe to say that this place is the dogs bollocks. The food was tantalizing and the service was immaculate. Yes its a tad pricey, but with the service you are provided I would happily pay more. Even better yet, whilst eating I had no one ask if my food was okay, which is amazing as I'd rather this than have a 30 year old bloke ask if my spicy rice is okay whilst I've scoffed about three mouthfuls in five seconds. The restaurant itself is incredibly clean and well looked after and we will be dining here again in the near future. Thanks so much Nando's, please never change.

I really don’t get this place. I’ve always thought of this chain in a similar bracket to Pret. Basically an overpriced sandwich shop but this massively out did Pret. Shopping in Bluewater and the whole family wanted something different so my wife opted for this place. I gave her my card to grab lunch while I sort the kids and I got billed £25 for a sandwich, a smoothie and so minuscule chocolate square!?! I could not believe such daylight robbery. We may as well go to a sit down restaurant and had better food with better service.

Nando’s is overate expensive and poor quality. £50 for lunch and served with tiny portions and almost a school canteen environment. Very very poor. After this visit we will never go again, expensive and just rubbish service and quality.. horrible

We had been here on previous trips but thought it was time to do a review. We went early in the week and had no trouble getting a suitable table, early on we were offered an upgrade to a larger table as we were a large group. This is beyond the service we expected as by upgrading us they denied them selves the ability to take a larger group. We had a variety of meals they were all good, The pricing was suitable for what we had,

Patricia in Nando’s bluewater had such amazing customer service skills she sat me and my 1 year old down and because I was by myself as soon as I went up to ordered I ordered a refillable drink and she immediately told me if I needed any help to fill it up let her know and she’ll be happy to fill it up, I didn’t want to bother her so started getting up to do it immediately she told me she’d do it! Amazing and adaptable customer service! Definitely made my nerves of coming out with my one year old be put at ease! Thank you Patricia

The service was good and the drinks ok but the state of the seating area was filthy, had to clean the chairs and table before we could sit down. The place was more or less empty and the staff were standing around talking

Ridiculously expensive! £9 for a regular sized juice. I thought I had misheard when the cashier told me the price. I had to double check twice. The juice was nice, but not £9 nice. There is absolutely no reason why a juice should cost £9. Service from the cashier was excellent, but the food/drink preppers seemed confused and incompetent. There were about 6 of them crowded round in full view of the customers with one jug of juice and confused looks on their faces. They tentatively called customers to collect their order with no volume or conviction in their voices. This needs to change as it doesn't give the customers confidence in the service. It was painful to watch. I will not return to this overpriced establishment. Daylight robbery.

I like the new premises in Bluewater. I was impressed with the options available. However there were a few issues that would put me off visiting again. Firstly it was filthy. The walls around the pillars were thick with dust and grime and the fabric bench seats had stains and crumbs on them. The table had been cleared but had not been cleaned. I purchased a few things and asked to borrow a tray but apparently there are no trays for customers. I saw a stack of cardboard trays on the counter and my cups did not fit so I made two trips to take items to the table which is not customer friendly. Coffee is served in paper cups.The prices are on the high side compared to the other coffee chains. The coffee was just ok. I don't mind paying more for a premium offer but that does not include drinking mediocre coffee from a paper cup in a filthy environment. If you think I am being picky about the filth just check the base of the pillar to the right of the bench seats in front of the counter. I will not visit again which I am sad about because the options on the menu sounds really interesting.

All I can say is I'm disappointed and disgusted. I have ordered from Joe via Uber Eats many times and sometimes go into store - I've never had an issue. However, this time I cannot say the same thing. Whilst eating my sandwich I found a long, blonde hair strand which I pulled out whilst I was eating. I also found another smaller hair inside my food. This is disgusting and a true health and safety violation. I've been to the Bluewater branch inside and it's mostly females that work there with long hair and no hair nets. This issue was bound to happen because of the lack of hair nets and hygiene practice at this place. So for the sake of hygiene and to prevent an instance like this from happening again, this company should implement hair nets and stricter health and safety regulations. Joe and the Juice isn't cheap either so for the price, you would expect better. Unfortunately, this is my last time I'll be going to this place!

Lovely service, excellent coffee and delicious açai!!

The food was good and the customers service wasn’t too bad either, the chicken was delicious and definitely will tell friends about this place.

Basically very overpriced for what it is. Small juice around £7 and took a very long time to wait. Service was friendly but then nothing seemed to happen while they all joked around behind the counter. Coffee was good, muffins were dry and tasteless.

Another Nando’s this time in Bluewater Shopping Centre. Freddie and I found ourselves at this venue after a long day on the road. We parked almost directly outside and entered the food court where Nando’s occupies a large proportion of the arena Unbelievably Freddie informed me that he had never partaken in a Nando’s so the choice became almost obligatory The restaurant was fine and atypically Nando’s The first course of grilled Halloumi and chilly Jam was ok but the Halloumi was slightly soggy Our main courses , consisting of a burger and chips with macho peas and coleslaw where fine but slightly cold The service was polite and friendly but the food was not amongst the best Nando’s I have ever experienced . Ok but could do better

Ordered for collection today and got given FOUR visibly rotten corn. You can't tell me that the people/person packing it couldn't see that all the corn was rotten. One you can easily miss but how do you miss 4?

Staff left food to get cold without calling out name. They did remake for us but was at least a half hour wait.

We were asked to queue outside and wait. Okay… the waitress then shouted ‘single file!’ What is this a restaurant or school? There were loads of clean tables yet we still weren’t allowed in. After waiting twenty minutes we gave up.

Simply amazing restaurant! I am lucky enough to visit every week, without fail, and the food and service are always sublime. It is honestly a pleasure to go to this restaurant. If you are visiting Bluewater I can’t recommend this restaurant enough.

The acai bowl is good but kind of expensive for the portion size

Fresh drinks from fresh ingredients. Tasty refreshment but be prepared to pay the premium price. There is seating which is in the centre of a walkway so it's far from relaxed or quiet, more busy environment.

Disgusting service. I was asked when ordering if I had an any allergies and stupidly said yes - as my allergen is unknown the manager refused me service despite me saying that I knew I was okay with the items that I was ordering. I was absolutely starving by the time I found another suitable alternative- a great shame as had so many great experiences at Nandos elsewhere.

I enjoyed how friendly these hardworking Nandocas staff are. From the Cashiers to the Grillers, Waiters not to mention the food; they were all on point! There was a high level of respect and urgency for anything that was needed for me and my Mum. Despite there being longer wait times, the busier crowd was due to it being half term. However, they deserve definitely recognition, especially Michael. He was supportively understanding enough to help my mum with her wheelchair when we were ready to leave.

This is a fantastic spot for breakfast before you spend the day shopping! The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable and very helpful and patient The acai bowls were delicious and fresh and the coffee was better than I was expecting The juice shots pack a nice punch and help to energise you for the day The seating is a little limited, but the space was clean and well looked after Thoroughly recommend a visit!

My family and I have been eating at Nandos Plaza since it opened in c.a 2000. The food is amazing, as is the service. We have been very lucky to have eaten in amazing places around the world but there is honestly nothing better to coming home to Nandos where we are treated as family. Everyone working in the restaurant are adorable and nothing is ever too much. Special mention goes to (and in no particular order) Carlos, Tanya, Heather and everyone else I have forgotten (sorry getting old). Thank you again, honestly the best restaurant in Bluewater!!!

I bought 3 drinks and was charged twice as apparently it didn’t go through the card machine, ( even though I never got a void resit from her) I check my online banking and let the lady at the till know that I have been charged twice, they weren’t able to give me a refund from the branch and said I need to contact the head office, I send and email over and never got my refund. So easy to pay but not to get your money back.

If I could rate this Nandos a 10 I would. It’s exceptional, as are the staff. I absolutely love eating here. The service, food and attention to detail are all sublime. I am lucky enough to either eaten here or taken away ever week since 2001 and honestly it is always perfect. I know there is another Nandos in Bluewater but this one is special and I highly recommend if shopping at Bluewater.

However all of that was let down by the background music; mind you “background music” wouldn’t have been a bad thing. What Nandos had was a frankly awful repetitive chanting caterwaul played at deafening level. I've still got the headache

I came here and waited 1 hour for food and eventually someone finally asked if we was alright and then told us the order hadnt gone through and they clearly all knew we was sat there and waiting for ages. Absolutely terrible service from the staff not once asked if we was okay.

One phrase to describe my visit, what on earth! After a very long wait while there was multiple tables available we were finally seated. Food was luke warm with part our order forgotten. Young waitress was pleasant and apologetic but i then witnessed her being shouted at my a denier member i assume her manager for forgetting part of our order. Accidents happen and there was no excuse for this response. Just awful.

I am a regular visitor at multiple Nando’s but especially bluewater. I recently attended the plaza branch for the first time for a meal with family and was astounded by the shocking service. I have never experienced such outrageous treatment in all of my experiences at nandos. Whilst waiting for my food I first noticed workers just walking around the not restaurant aimlessly. What is the point of this in a fast food restaurant? It is extremely distracting whilst I am trying to enjoy the atmosphere. When my sons food arrived cold I asked Tanya to heat it and I was shocked by the rude attitude I received. My heart goes out to the waiters who have to walk laps of the restaurant. What a pint less job. Please sort out this system. I didn’t finish my food, and Tanya aggressively threw the fork back onto my plate, I felt very uncomfortable although I had paid for my Food, and wanted to leave a tip however i was too upset with the service. I love nandos as a brand, however this experience at this restaurant has ruined my time and i will not return and encourage family and friends to go elsewhere. Sort it out .

2 sandwiches, ordered about an hour ago, paid almost £20ish. Arrived stone cold, late and had to microwave at home. Not even sure why substandard restaurants like these are even on delivery apps. How hard is it to make a sandwich? I hope someone will benefit from this review and won’t make the same mistake of ordering from places like this!!!

Worst nandoes I’ve been too, always have water when I go to nandoes and both machines water was cloudy and had loads of floating bits in it, we said to them it’s not healthy and need to change the filter. They said it was fine...

The food & juices in this place is simply delicious. I always have spicy tuna sandwich, banana cake and an iron man 👌🏻 I’ve only rated this three stars though as the seating area and tables are always disgusting. When I was last there, the staff had over 15 minutes between serving me and the next customer, so there’s no excuse in the staff not cleaning. I will continue to eat here but it’s a shame the cleanliness let’s down such a great place. All in all I’d recommend this place to friends and frequently do (I just tell them to take a few antibacterial wipes if they go lol).

Had coffee and cakes today at Joe & The Juice Bluewater …it was quite early the tables were dirty the seats were dirty we had to brush the seats before we sat down …drink stains on tables …we were served by a female staff member who took our order no smile or good morning …when my husband went back to collect our coffees a male member of staff gave him the coffee's and no cakes ..no exactly a big order and not rushed off their feet either ! we sat for about 30 minutes and at no time were the tables cleaned …it wasn’t very busy all staff behind the counter …staff not pleasant area not clean would not recommend

Dirty, unclean tables and seats. Most of the seats are stained. Often play obnoxiously loud music with profanity, so not a place you can concentrate on work (like most other coffee shops) or to take your kids. This place has gone down hill, it used to be much better.

The guy behind the bar was prompt to take my order, but was not very professional in the way he spoke to me. After taking my order he proceeded to toast the sandwich, then was too busy talking to his colleagues who were sat at the bar, by the time he finished the food had got cold, usually it takes 5 minutes max, there were no other customers waiting, but it took him almost 15minutes to do my food. No apology for the delay. I regularly come here as the food is always nice. But this experience has put me off.

Noisy and overcrowded, people including staff constantly knocking our chairs as they were walking past. Was annoying as we were sitting without chairs sticking out. Staff don't seem that happy to be there, and you could tell in the food and service. Burgers made slap...

Recently visited this place and my overall experience was positive. I ordered POWER SHAKE (vanilla milk, strawberry & banana) and it was very tasty, also freshly made. Nice place to visit again.

How can they have one poor girl working on her own. Taking orders and making everything. 20 mins I’ve waited for a juice and there is only two other customer orders. Employ more staff !!!

I have been rejected by staff here again because they are to see seeo busy to take orders??? I have never heard such rubbish. This team consistently closes 1 hour early on a daily basis and now on a weekend they are too busy? There Are three staff members and as you can see it's not busy. Letting people queue up and then telling them they're not serving is very frustrating. The lady's unprofessionalism was worrying, working under pressure should be a standard Joe and The Juice should expect right? You're missing out on so much money daily because of your staff choice. We had to tell customers not to bother because of the above reasons. Pret-a-manger gets our business again!

Mind-numbingly, painfully, excruciatingly SLOW. Never enough staff here to serve or clean tables. In normal times the stinginess of the owners is enough to simply avoid this place, but in covid times it’s an unforgivable public health risk, with tables overflowing with used cups/straws, no sign of any care to sanitise the tables. Even after prompting the staff to clear the tables, the girl nodded to shoo me away but still didn’t bother to go and clear anything away. Disgraceful really. At least this sloppiness gives us a clue to avoid this place as it makes you wonder how seriously they take hygiene behind the scenes if this is how they run their front of house.

The blueberry muffin was really lovely & my husband really enjoyed his carrot cake. The only reason for 4 stars is because the latte wasn't very hot, although it did taste nice. Staff were polite & informative as well.

Ordered two drinks via the app, one was ready when we arrived, the second they had to make three times as the first was too small to fill the cup, and the second they didn't add the extra ginger I'd asked for

No I couldn't have.a drink there because the pips they said I have Ibs so not allowed to have pips and skins in the drink but I did get a glass of water instead

Hi Thanks for the reply, yes actually the main reason for the review was that the staff member cleaning up as the store was closing , kindly served us with some tap water.... although it doesn't seem like much it was nice to have what appeared to b genuine nice service after having quite terrible service elsewhere that same evening... thank you.

Although the staff are spread thin, they all seem to be working hard to meet customer demand... Especially in this hectic holiday season! Very impressed, and I must recommend the Iron Man juice! The wait was long, but understandably so, seeing how many staff were working on shift and how many people were ordering - popular for a reason.

This place has gone down hill. Closes earlier than it should, machines are constantly broken or usually there is another issue. Staff have rapidly declined in terms of the service provided and the quality. Just noticed one of the staff can't even wear his jeans properly, its very low and down and you can see his underwear and it is quite frankly unprofessional & disgusting. Joe I suggest you review the dress code and train your staff to provide better quality service.

The coffee wasn't bad, but we had to wait ages and only when I reminded them did we get our coffee. NOT IMPRESSED.

Took so long to deliver order I literally nearly fell asleep. Only 2 drinks orders made in 15min. 1 of our 3 drinks made small instead of large. My passionfruit drink didnt even taste of passionfruit. And pricing absurd - £6 for a juice that took 15min to arrive...

Most of the time the coffee machine is broken or at least that's what they are saying ...

Only paper cups available. No what to put used teabag except on the napkin making a soggy mess. The tea itself was okay but would have like to put my own milk in when brewed.

Joe and the Juice was amazing, the staff were so friendly and he offered suggestions to make our drinks even more scrumptious! We will definitely be coming again soon, I visited my first Joe and the Juice in Reyk, Iceland and it was simply delicious so when we came across the one at Bluewater we were so excited and it did not disappoint. Thank you so much!
