Had a fantastic time, the food was excellent me and my friends and I will be going again .🏅

I Usually always give 5 stars. But today the extra dips I paid for was not in the order. And the ones you did send had very little sauce in. Otherwise it was all good

Chicken was burnt and chips were cold. This is the first time it has been really bad here.

Food was nice chips weren’t great and the salad was all lettuce with a little cucumber and tomato 3 slices each and 3 pieces of feta. Shame as I would be back but better in Gloucester for your money

Delivery late and order wrong. Also cold because of late delivery.

some items were wrong in relation to diet requirements. Not much feta in the salad...more shavings than cubes which was very dissapointing. would order again if feta chunks were larger

Lovely food, we have it all the time. The only thing is, the fries portion varies in size from one time to the next which is annoying, one time a large fills the bag, the next time it is basically a small

Shami burgers are sooooooo good. They’re a must. Something very different

Rice box was a great addition to the menu. Can’t rate this place highly enough

chicken pitta was chewy and well overcooked.. wings were tiny, missing peri mayo dip.. not a great experience.. probably won't be returning.

Food was great yet again. Unfortunately the delivery driver was quite rude to my partner regarding a road closure in our area. I appreciate the inconvenience but we were also unaware of this closure otherwise we wouldn’t have ordered. Shame really as we really enjoy the food from house of grillz but the driver has tarnished our experience.

Pretty impressive Chcken Wrap. Service was good and to be fair not over priced. The seating gets in the way of the serving counter but generally the staff serving were kind; some of the customers were very ignorant not even saying thank you. Bizarre behaviour.

Vet good as usual. Forgot my dips but quickly rectified. Always Polite.

Superb food but the rice was missing

I asked for peri peri chicken strips on their own. He asked for £5.99. I said it’s £3.99 on the sign. He says “lunch special”. I just want the £3.99. So, he gets that. It’s about 3/4 mins then a tiny foil parcel turns up. It’s a chicken breast cut into strips for £3.99. I also realised later that he gave me € change. On to the chicken — dry, scarcely seasoned. This place is trash and the reviews from people who’ve never eaten peri peri chicken homemade or from a vendor that knows how to cook.

Wonderful local chicken depot, definitely a visit for anyone in the Gloucestershire area

Excellent tasty hot food. Well spiced. I like hot chilli 🌶 and this definitely ticked the box. Friendly staff. Great value meal deal.

Food was alright. Paid extra to get dips as they don’t come standard and they were only 1/3 full. Portion sizes for the chips were decent, the wrap was terrible sized… hardly any chicken inside it mostly sauce which would have been ideal in the dip pot ….

All 5* from me. Food was lovely. Service was excellent. Staff are very friendly and whoevers was on the grill that day made some banging chicken. Defo come again..

Food was cold. The delivery driver refused to deliver to the house because one road was closed, despite several other ways to get to us. In the end we had to drive to him. Abysmal.

Asked for no salad in my wrap and got salad, why give an option if you don’t bother looking at it.

Doesn’t get better. We use this shop every week and the food is always great. The service is also brilliant. Can’t speak highly enough of House of Grills.

First time ordered and it was the best. This time round very disappointing. Pitta chicken burnt and dry (got pictures) was meant to be hot but was more mild same with wrap but slightly better. Wings were ok but sauce was very watery. Thought this was the spot for peris after the first time but sadly not. Was also late by 15 mins but didn’t mind that as was expecting quality food again.

First time ordering. Chicken fresh and tender. No burnt areas like other shops. Wings delicious, full of flavour and saucy. Would prefer more lettuce in the pitta. I’ve got my own shop (smash box) and we strive on quality. This was quality. Best peris I’ve had in Gloucester. Well done.

Very disappointed. Chicken was hard/overcooked. Chips overcooked with oil taste. Wrong item delivered. Only had a few bites sadly.

First and last time ordering from here. Half an hour later than the latest time quoted, half the order missing and the food that did come was barely warm, and was over cooked. And the drinks sent weren’t what was ordered. AVOID!

Usually so good, but today food arrived cold. Marked as delivered at latest estimated delivery time, but arrived 15 minutes later. Wonder whether this was a deliberate attempt to avoid any late penalty.

Missing a hot sauce and a can of diet coke

The delivery time itself was a bit late but the shocking part of this was the driver wouldn’t deliver it to our house. I had to walk five minutes to a corner shop. He rang me and told me he was stood outside my house and when I said he wasn’t he said ‘oh yeah, just meet me at One Stop (the corner shop), When I then met him he said sorry, but we have never had this issue before and I don’t understand why he couldn’t use something like Google Maps as all other drivers do. Cold food and brown chips. Disappointed

Family platter missing the Greek salad, the food delivered all tepid,chips especially cold stale taste. Chicken went in the oven to try salvage some of the dinner. The chips werent worth reheating and the ice cream delivered wasn't even on the menu nothing we had ordered and no communication from restaurant about the items not provided in order. First time ordering quite disappointed.
