Came by earlier today and they’re closed?? The boxpark website and google maps said 11am open but I was there just before 12:30 and they’re closed. Would be nice to have updated opening times somewhere :(

Doesn’t seem like the place is open at all. Their website, box parks and Google Maps all said open from 11:00 - I gave up 12:15 and went elsewhere

We came down here on Saturday to check out their brunch and was pleasantly surprised. Decor and lighting was nice and spacious, music and ambience and light and helped conversation flow. Food and delicious, portion size was good and reminded me of my NYC days. Drinks were on point and the mixologist makes a dope chocolate expresso martini (nice alternative to desert)

I placed an order using deliveroo and didn't receive it ,called this restaurant which as very rude staff who confirmed that they couldn't reach me as the call wouldn't connect and added I won't be charged and to contact deliverooo. When I contacted deliveroo they told me that the restaurant had confirmed the order is delivered. This place is a scam avoid at all costs

49 High St, Thornton Heath, CR7 8RW, United KingdomTwice my order was late by over an hour. The Just eat app said my food was delivered, but it wasn't. I phoned the restaurant. The man said the driver had just left. How was my food delivered then? It came 10 minutes later. 2nd time same thing happened. The guy said he'd speak to the driver. Had to keep phoning back. One time I was told he delivered it & maybe a house mate had it. Nobody knocked. I phoned back to say don't bother & he said the driver was 5 minutes away. He was but this was well over an hour later. Won't be using again.
