They are very tight ,The portion of chips is the is so small ,it's about a quarter of what other places give

Always visit store home deliveries always seem to get to you cold

Regular joint on the high street. Never had issue with the food, always crispy and delicious. Would definitely go there again. Prices are very reasonable.

Nasty and cold food no taste chicken was over cooked. I was advise you not to go. If you want to lose weight and have food poisoning go there.

Food is delicious and service is outstanding. 10/10 recommend. Well priced and all fresh.

My son got a wrap. He was asked if he wanted spicy or lemon n herb. I ordered fried chicken. I wasn't told that there was an option (if there even was) for heat level. I just assumed it would be regular Southern fried chicken. It wasn't. Got home and the chicken was too spicy to eat. They should make it known that the chicken has a spicy coating.

Eat from them for about 1 year.. good people , good food with great price

Ordered on Uber a few times and ignored writing a review as thought might be a mistake as a one off but every time i pay extra for stuff to be added they just don’t bother reading. I’m not asking for anything for free. I paid for cheese on all the burgers ! Came with none. I paid for 6 sauces I got ZERO also they just chuck any drink in the bag. Really bad customers service

The staff dont care about the food or what they are serving you; They are more interested in their private phone messages than serving you! Dirty chairs, dirty trays, dirty floor, poor quality chicken burgers! I'm giving you a star because I have to, otherwise will be zero stairs! You will not see me there again, never, never again.

Was able to make my own burger with an exter chicken fillet burger with limited commucation easy to order and great service would easily go hear again but have other chicken and chip shops nearer to home so will add this one to my list But where is Morley's in Thonton Heath high street will it ever return or am I just buying into a brand as there all basically the same thing or are they?

Terrible I order two piece chicken meal they bring me burger and chips as I’m allergic to the sauce terrible shop they always give customers wrong orders and take money wouldn’t recommend to anyone

I have bought chicken wrap when asked staff to give salt and pepper his said finish not even look inside while his used phone his was busy I think his don’t care customer service I was unhappy

Honestly a year ago this was the best chicken in the high street. Recently this place has changed management or something, because the new staff do not care about the quality of the food or the cleanliness of the tables. The worst wings, cold, pink by the bone. Also one time I ordered grilled wings with lemon n herb sauce, and it was their spicy sauce. You don't find out till you get home obviously. Avoid this place till they improve massively.

Went in about midnight and they had lots of chicken. Really expensive for what it was, wings are more than KFC! The chicken I brought was dry and tasteless and a waste of money.

Placed the order with Uber eats. App stated its ready for collection. When I went to collect it, staff told me it was their mistake they accepted it on the app. I tried cancelling my order there, they told me I would have to cancel it myself on my app! Staff very rude and unhelpful.

Do not order from this place, they are claiming to sell “impossible plant based nuggets” but actually they do not sell this item and are supplying real chicken nuggets to vegan customers. I will be reporting to Croydon council / trading standards. Completely disgusting and breaking so many food safety standards.

The young guy who is working in there always with his headphone in is a joke!!!! He doesn’t even listen to you because he is busy talking through headphone with someone or listening to music. He always make order wrong always.

I ordered the 6 grilled wings meal to take away. Service was swift but the food took a while to come, later than expected but it was not too bad. It’s only when I got home I was disappointed, the wings were burnt and the fries tasted stale. Maybe the food is better when you dine in but I was disappointed with the food. The restaurant is fairly clean and the staff are friendly enough.

More than excellent an amazing atmosphere and customer service. The gentleman made specific rice that I wanted even though it wasn't on the menu they go extra miles for their customers and they make the best rice and chicken that I have tasted so far in Croydon and further I really really love this place

Chicken was very salty and very rude staff which need to understand they work is the hospitality industry and learn how to talk to customer.

Terrible Service, Dry Chips and Brunt Grill burger

Each time they charge more for peri fries and send plain, then they hang up on you when you call to tell them. They get into irrelevant arguments about not having a driver instead of rectifying the mistake and making sure not to do it again and sorry is not a word they understand. Don't bother, place is full of clowns. 0 stars is the mark for this lot.

Disgusting store and fly-tipping commercial waste on their own high-street every day! This place is a health hazard.

This establishment is clean, the staff are polite. The food is good and fresh every time I made a purchase.

Food took an hour and a half to be delivered Chips were rubbery I couldn't eat them Peri peri overcooked and almost burnt Seek kebab was OK but the wrap it was in was slimy and small hardly any salad in it Fried chicken was OK. Would not order from here again.

I ordered some grilled chicken and coleslaw and I was very disappointed.The chicken was undercooked and coleslaw seemed to have gone off. I would never order food from Chicken Cottage Thornton Heath again.

Very big fillet burger from here - super nice. The boys who work in there are so friendly as well. Definitely recommend their chicken fillet burger.

Delicious peri peri grilled chicken sold here which is cooked to perfection. Fried chicken and wings are average but the grill is fantastic.

BBQ wings weren't very good and the fried chicken was dry, overcooked and lacked flavour. Chips were alright.
