Ordered a veg kebab on garlic naan and ended up binning it...it was so greasy and the naan was crispy and covered in something that looked like mustard. Awful horrible and a waste of money

Reported to Trading Standards Their menus flyers as of now (April 2024) are showing rating of 5 also social media photos In response to owners reply Pardon me while I Cack myself!! You can put all the hygiene stickers you want on the window, but the wrong deceiving rating which you lie about on your flyer won't help it's ony 3 Big difference, hygiene is critical for safety, especially if your in an at risk group

Had the Hot Spot Special kebab and the quality was fantastic. Chips nice and crisp, meat very tender and the salad was fresh. Will definitely order one of these again.

Placed order at 5. Rang at 6. Told driver had accident!!! and order just leaving shop. Bearing in mind I live a 3 minute car ride away. Rang again 6.20. Finally arrived 6.30. Hour and half after placing order. Totally unacceptable. Would give zero stars if possible.

Easy ordering online and collection. We had a Chicken Dupiaza, Chicken tikka balti, vegetable pilau rice and plain naan. The food was freshly cooked and very tasty. One of the best take out curries we have had for a while. Service was friendly and quick. We would highly recommend!!

Ordered online, ordered x2 burger meal deals, a kids meal deal and a milkshake. Can within 30 minutes and food was hot fresh and well packed. First time ordering and definetely won’t be the last. Like the fact it comes in cardboard boxes so it doesn’t go soggy. Would highly recommend

Been using Hotspots for 18 months, possibly more than 40x take outs, always been good with the odd exception. However tonight the service was shocking, took ages to deliver then half the food was sent 20 minutes later, so everyone who waited had cold food, can't get through on the phone, constantly engaged. To be fair they did ring back after complaining to the driver but didn't seem that bothered, so to cut a long story short, a loyal customer gone.

DISGUSTING in a word...This WAS our go to kebab house and we used them on the regular. After receiving our food I found a abundance of hair in my meal. I rang them and asked for the manager to rectify the issue. I was told on the phone the manager wasn't in but they would refund the order as it all went in the bin. With the amount of competition in this small town and the custom we give them you would have thought they would of rectified this issue, no questions asked. But no refund and no apology= Appalling customer service. You have certainly lost our business as we will never order again.

Fave place in sandbach to order from. The smash burgers are absolutely fire struggle to bring myself anywhere else to order from. My step mum went in last week after she’d had a drink to get some donner meat and said it was the best she’s had in a while. If ya want a nice scran come here here honestly👍

Stone cold took 1hour 20 mins to be delivered I can't reheat food as pregnant refused to take food backhand refused refund sandbach to goostrey doesn't take 1hr 20m at 22:00pm and driver tried to say there was traffic at that time. Do me a favour !!!!

Hotspot sandbach is the best.visited from Crewe but hotspot I must say the food was absolutely delicious. We ordered chicken tikka masala curry with egg fried rice . I will say to everyone from Crewe come and visit hotspot sandbach and try there food best kebabs and pizza with Currys. We will always travel from Crewe always and order from hotspot only. Hygiene absolutely shocking. You'll be lucky if you don't get food poisoning. Staff handling raw burgers then touching breads salads and cooked foods. Raised the issue and told " we've been going for years". Absolutely filthy dirty staff. If you value your health don't buy from here. This place should be closed down never mind a 1 star or zero. It needs shutting down.

Great guys that run this place, So why only 2*? First off I've used this place since it opened and the food was great,then it has since changed owners, now its just your everyday takeaway, Pizzas are well priced and more so than say domino Pizzas that will cost you double, as for buyers and kebabs? Well they are no different than anywhere else, the reason why I gave it 2* is because the food is more or less tasteless, great if your drunk but takeaway home? Not a patch on what it used to be like,

I just received my order what was a large chicken tikka kebab with a garlic naan.it was the best kebab I have ever had in sandbach.also my son ordered a kinder bueno milkshake what he said was outstanding my daughter also had a cookie dough and she said it was fresh and fluffy what warmed her up on these cold days.I would recommend this takeaway and it’s fantastic food and dessert
