My order took 2hrs to arrive i called after 45 mins and was told it was on its way i called again after 1 and half hours and was told the same thing, this was the first time ive ordered from here and to be honest itll be the last, finally when it did arrive most of it was cold,, but to be fair it was actually quite tasty. But overall very disappointed in the service and will never order from them again.

If I could put 0 stars I would. Okay so ordered from here tonight, got the peri peri chicken and chips and more, so the peri peri chicken was bright pink, the sauce.. don't get me started. I may of chucked some rusted water in with my chicken 🐔 Got the house special curry without mushroom and oh look there's about 40 mushrooms in it. Like genuinely more mushroom than a mushroom risotto, please stop putting mushrooms in everything. Noone likes them and it was hide and seek to find the meat. Poppadoms where soggy and didn't even crack when snapped. It's a good job that I had a drink before even attempting to eat it 🤣🤣 like come one.

So we ordered chicken wings with bbq sauce but came in hot sauce and drumsticks. Duck spring roll was in fact samosa meat not duck! Chicken pakura had to be drain between towels to get the fat off. Plus no dr pepper in the order, rang and they fogged me off and said they would ring me back at the couldnt get hold of the driver. They said they would ring me back and nothing. The whole order was very disappointing, Will never order there again!!!

Amazing would advise to come here. I was here a couple years ago around town and decided to have a much it was good but recently I ate here and it was amazing. If you order online speak clear as the person answering the phone is foreign

1 hour and 30 minutes after the order my partner called and the phone was put down after the man shouted it's on the way. Was told for 30 minutes the driver is coming when the takeaway is 5 minutes away. Restaurant then marked order as delivered 3 hours later when the order was cancelled. Refunded from Uber despite there attempt to dishonestly scam money!

Joined friends for a take away from Hotpot last night, food was extremely tasty can't fault any of it.

kebab was ok but not very interesting. Chicken was all fatty, greasy skin and blue and uncooked meat underneath - not even the dogs would eat it. The ham and pineapple pizza had the tiniest traces of ham and pineapple and was a solid thick wedge of foul smelling and foul tasting cheese, also inedible. Apart from the kebab threw all the food in the bin

Walked in, asked for a doner kebab, got served just meat at first, salad was dreadful, and had to ask for a pitta bread. The meat had a strong burnt bbq flavour as think was cooked on a gridle. Waste of £6.

Terrible customer service, I phoned as we received burnt food and I was told that It was not burnt. I had to chuck it away I have wasted money and had to re order food elsewhere.

Ordered a delivery meal at 7.45pm to be delivered at 8.30pm meal arrived on time but was horrible and I threw most of it away.

My partner and I were regular customers of this takeaway (ordered via Just Eat) but tonight our order was abysmal. We discovered MOULD - I spat it out about 2 bites in because it tasted mouldy, and saw the mould running through the entire bread. We called the restaurant and they basically accused us of lying to them. We are disgusted with the food and service we received tonight, and we won't be ordering from them again.

Manager very friendly and good customer service. Best fast food place in King’s Lynn. Every week i had hotpot food twice always I had best meal .

Ordered via just eat at 5.30 pm... 2.5 hrs and 3 telephone calls, lies to say we should be able to see the driver etc... we then get a call to say it’s not coming ... they will refund us but didn’t offer or seem to know how this would work.... terrible service, not for the first time, won’t be going back....

Ordered a veggie takeaway and got home only to find it was a chicken curry. I couldn't be bothered to walk back to complain so let my girlfriend have it and she said it was sooooo bland anyway. The saag bhaji was alright though. Also didn't like that some staff were whispering in the others ear and then looking at me and a friend.

I ordered a Chicken Vindaloo for home delivery, the delivery time was fine BUT when the food arrived it tasted disgusting there was a strange chemical taste. This was definitely not a usual vindaloo taste (and trust me I know!). It ended up in the bin!!! AVIOD AVOID AVOID

Have used HotPot for many years but the two times I have used it since under new owners it has been the worst experience i have received in many a year. I phoned up to complain and was promised by a very pleasant young lady that the manager was out and she would get him to phone me back... still waiting.. the food was not the best, they obviously have no idea about a tandoori mixed grill with chicken off the bone as it was delivered cut up like my mother used to do when I was a child..very little chicken or meat in general.. I wouldn't mind but they seem to think that upping the price and adding a delivery fee which there never was before to be acceptable.. probably would be if they knew how to cook.. won't be using them again and definitely won't recommend

Food took two hours to arrive, when I called the shop to see where it was I was told it would be fifteen minutes, but it was still another 45. The chips were pretty much uncooked and inedible, and they had somehow closed the box on one of the pizzas, making it impossible to open without tearing it and taking off half the topping. Have given two stars for service as they have agreed to give me a full refund, but will not be using them again.

Burgers where dry and burnt round edges along with the burger rolls also burnt asked for mayonaise on chips a few times but only got it on one portion

I ordered a garlic pizza base with cheese but got brought normal garlic bread no price reduction and many problems when it was delivered as this was for my special needs son I would rather not received the whole meal for that one wrong thing

Told me my food had been delivered. Never recived food. If I had not if rang after 1hr 30 mins and told them to explain where my food is I wouldn't of got it. Food ain't all that anyway. Please stay away.

Food was 1 hour 15 mins late, and recieved no Apology, this is not the service I expect when I have paid for food, and wasn't even sure if it would arrive, if they wish to issue an apoligy they can find my Email Address on this account

The food was alright for what it was, although I personally would not recommend using them for delivery as we waited 2 hours for our order to arrive. We received the email advising that our food would arrive within an hour after about an hour and 20 minutes we phoned to find out where it was, we were advised it would be with us in 15/20 minutes, it was a further 40 minutes before we received our order.

Messed up order. Late delivery only to eat very disappointing food. It's a kebab shop, so you don't exactly expect a gourmet meal or anything great, let's face it. However, twice now our food from here has been less than satisfactory. Save your pennies and just eat a cardboard cereal box out of your kitchen cupboard - it will probably be more enjoyable.

this is the second time we have ordered and yet again it is over an hour late. the restaurant offers no apology on this and the service is shockingly bad. asked for cheesy garlic bread and got a burnt cheap baton of plain garlic bread.

5 burnt cold onion rings for like £1.30, almost cold chicken burger and took an hour and 10 minutes to get to me.

Driver turned up on site then drove away. Ended up being almost 30mins late which means pizza was cold :/ ordered Coca Cola but sent pepsi! I don’t like Pepsi so sent it back with drive who claimed he couldn’t speak English so I couldn’t complain to him. Phoned restaurant who just said sorry! Won’t be using these again, and i re look at what app to use next time

We have regularly used Hot Pot as our takeaway every week for many years but 3 times in the last couple of months the order has been short of items. There is then an hours wait for the originally paid for items to arrive, not good. We will not use them any more, a lot more indian takeaways that deliver now but we have been loyal, no more. My advice, if you do use them check the order before they leave.

By the time food arrived it was luke warm at best. Order had bits missing despite being on the Just eat ticket, although rectified. Initial delivery was very slow and the missing chips took 20-30mins longer to arrive than they said.

Was disappointed as my mint dip was not included and that's my favourite part.

Was lovely food, big portions! Delivery was in the stated time . Only downfall was that the food wasnt very hot so I had to reheat it. Will be ordering again!

I asked for a refund and they said that they couldn't do it because they were too busy right now and that they didn't have a way of processing money, what a load of rubbish!!! They offered to just bring me what I actually ordered but it would have been another hour. I feel that I was seen as a burden and that they couldn't care less about my concerns. I will never order from here again!

Don't bother. First couple of on time. Then twice after that over an hour late. Phoned up 3 times. Heard shouting. Sounds like they forgot the order. " give me 20 mins" he said. Not good when your working away and you have no back up and it's 10:30pm.

It was the delivery guy & he was complaining as he had been 'banging for 10 minutes' The pizza ended up in the bin. Not even my dog would eat it! The pizza base tasted stale!! There is no way that was freshly made pizza dough. It was disgusting. We ended up eating elsewhere. We wont order from them again
