Hot Pizza in Croydon

One of the pizza (Farmhouse) the ham tasted out of date , we litterally try and put it in the bin as the taste was terrible. We order regulary and I can say this pizza is always in our menu (Farmhouse) but this time we are very dissapointed.

I order here all the time and every time it’s 10/10! Highly recommend, delicious pizza, very reasonable prices too.

Pizza was not hot at all it was cold as bread

I like the food, a bit too saucy for me but it’s very nice otherwise. What I didn’t like too much was the service. I got it delivered from Uber eats, but I tried to call but they didn’t answer. Tried again, No response. Then tried again and they had blocked us.

Very bad service. The staff is so so so rude. They don't even clean the tables. They pretend as if they are very busy but aren't. Disgusting!

The driver got lost so I had to meet him and collected

staff are pretend to very busy and taking orders quickly so they don't want to listen what customer wants. Very poor management of ordering by phone.

Always order from here. Burgers were nice. But the ceaser salad which is normally fresh and which I always order was not. Lettuce was brown croutons were soggy very disappointed.

They should improve their customer service somewhat more and the rest is amazing. The food was extremely delicious and the shop was clean and beautiful. They deserve more than five stars! I’ll make sure to come again and again.

Average. Chicken on Pizza was salt central and not Tandoori chicken flavor. Chicken wings were tiny!!! Only worth it if there is a promotion if at all. Not as good as it used to be, there are better options. Delivery on time though.

Been going here for 10 years. Amazing pizza as always I do half and half and that is the best, good price particularly for multiple people and those big parties. Good guys at the till and overall always helpful.

DISCUSTING behaviour, we came 45 mins before closing (we had enough time to eat and leave) they took 30 mins to literally make the food then we were eating then Mid bite, while we was eating the told us to get out?? And mind you there was children and women eating…where is the customer service? THEN they were like no no no it’s 10 mins past closing you have to pay us extra. We were eating past closing time bc of them. Moral of the story these are very rude unmannered business owners

Horrendous. An Absolute joke. Me and my family went 45 minutes before closing time, Mind you we are 12 people and have children too. They spent 30 minutes making the food for us and as soon as we took the first bite they started yelling at us telling us to pack up and eat elsewhere. They mentioned that we have been 10 minutes past closing time and if we stay for longer we would have to pay extra. We were starving and we even have diabetic family members, they didnt even have some audacity to mention this before they were making the food for us not to dine in

Absolutely bad service, the server was very rude and told us to get out of the shop while we were eating. Just gotta say you’ve really shown that customer satisfaction is not important.

After the delay and tepid serving temperature, we were hoping that the flavour would make up for it. Sadly the pizza was lacking in flavour and was very disapppointing. The base was dry and heavy too. I definitely won't be buying pizza here again. refund was refused to add insult to injury.

Jalapeno peppers topping I paid was replaced with green sweet peppers to disguise appearance of jalapeno. I feel cheated. Without jalapeno topping pizza was not nice.

Two Liberian burgers tasted very great, but third Liberian burger had no taste. So, 2 people enjoyed very much, but for one person's burger taste plain. Chips needs improvement. Chips fried too hard. I hope my future orders all taste nice like my first Liberian burger order, for all my family to enjoy.

This is what I just have been delivered. Ordered burger and meat feast pizza. The burger came and 20mins later the pizza turned up cold and very little meat on it. Phoned up to complain and apparently they were too busy hence the poor delivery and atrocious bad food. Have used them before but will not use them anymore no customer satisfaction

We've been eating here for the past 4 years, and that's the only pizza we have eaten since then. The service, 5 food itself, is one of the best. Those two pizzas (California Chicken and Bombai Suprise) are our favourite ones. Just finger lickin good 😋

Delicious thin pizza. Convenient to wash your hands. But the toilet for visitors is not working. Tables are too small for 4. 3 large pizzas 1 cup fries 1 cup chicken wings and 1 1.5 liter Fanta. Paid 24 pounds.

The whole pizza was cold we orders from them for years but this time was horrible cold pizza goes to the bin

I was happy about the food , very delicious but I was sent two cokes instead of a 7up and the person I ordered it for doesn’t drink coke so it has to go to waste. But also was a waste of money. Only down side.

Placed an order and they completely forgot it. Called them 10 minutes after it was supposed to arrive and they started making excuses saying "it'll be another 15 minutes, we had a problem with the system bla bla bla". We weren't born yesterday and it's obvious that they completely forgot our order. You can't say 15 minutes when it's already 10 minutes past the delivery time. Get on top of your orders and stop wasting everyone's time!

The staff are great and the pizza is even better. I ordered 12 XL Pizza for my daughters birthday, and they were ready on time and piping hot. Unlike many pizzeria their pizza is not greasy. The seating is adequate and clean. Most of my family and friends always order from hot pizza and avoid the others in the area.

Great tasting pizza if you like chewy but not undercooked deep pan pizzas (haven’t had their thin pan, so can’t comment on that). Shame my experience got ruined by the delivery driver or shop putting something heavy on top of the pizza which ruined some of the pizza by making the cheese stick to the top of the box. Tried salvaging the cheese but the cardboard was peeling along with it, so was left with a few slices with barely any cheese. However, I will give the shop the benefit of the doubt and assume this was a rare mistake and still rate it 4/5.

We order from them at least once a week, pizza is always fresh, tastes really good, can’t fault it. Hot wings are great too! Highly recommend.

Pizza decent as always, generous amount of toppings and nicely cooked, but bbq chicken wings were burnt once again. I’ve ordered them about 3 or 4 times now and every time they’ve been burnt which spoils the flavour. Probably won’t be ordering them again as there’s no point. Pizza is good though.

Fresh ingreadiance. Good for hungry and if your not inarticulate fizzed. The pizza was average. I have released high taste. However it filled me up. Added some features. Good deals and very fast. I have to rate the food how I think and honest. Not bad.

This place makes the best pizza iv ever had, and I don't usually like pizza that I had from every other place I have eaten.

I believe the original previous owners were so nice very friendly people their services and atmosphere was so good but since new people took over things got changed yesterday I bought pizza I don't enjoyed specially the pizza base is not up to the standard so chewed and not properly cooked hope they makes things better

Pizza is great. I will definitely recommend the shop and will go again, however, I ordered a Tandoori and was expecting a bit more toppings than what it comes with so if you want Tandoori, in my opinion, you should definitely get extra toppings on it, other than that their pizza is amazing, absolutely delicious.

As always the traditional burger is an absolute must have. So delicious 🤤

Food is on point. Plenty of variety however, when placing telphone orders thede are not ready forbthe timescales given. Ordered food was told 30-45 mins arrived 45 mins later and food was only just being prepared 😒
