Hot Pizza and Chicken (Normanton) in Derby

Very rude staff. Would never recommend anyone to eat here.

Really not happy as we ordered the mini meal and when it arrived everything seemed okay until we opened the chips box and found chicken in the box no where did it state that chicken was in the box with chips baring in mind my partner is vegan

I ordered a pizza from just eat it said on app was on way 2rs later no food came wen called the takeway a few times he was very rude on the phone told me it was on the way such a liar don't order from here disgusting customer service i just hope just eat refunds me!!

Very unprofessional, placed an order, drove 4 miles home only to discover my order was wrong. I drove back to get the order changed, surprisingly I was told they can't do an replacement of my order as this was what I ordered. Why would I order something that I don't eat. The owner of the shop told me that the wrong order was my property and I should do what ever I wanted with it no exchange or refund offered. Definitely not going back to same place again, you have lost me as your customer.

I placed the order from deliveroo today of veggie burger. There was very less sauce in the burger almost no and in one burger we got two hair in the burger which feels unhygienic to eat. Really bad experience today.

Absolutely disgusting my curly fries box looked like it has been burnt in oil with stuff everywhere and had holes in the bottom with chips falling out and I ordered my dad a kebab and he got cold soggy chips with it aswell and his kebab meat was burnt all around the edges will defo not be ordering here again 🤢

Giving one star because there is no option for zero star otherwise i will give 0 stats because today i placed order on 8: 15 pm and got my food at 10:15 pm and when i opende it i got wrong pizza and now its 10:40 still waiting for my order. Hope so i get it today if its possible

Very bad service I placed my delivery order on 7:35 pm and it’s going to be deliver at 8:45 but at 9:30 when I call the takeaway at 9 they told me driver is on the way but after that when I called again at 9:20 they told me that sorry we forget your order ad it will take 30 minutes more and I received it on 9:50

Staff were very rude..wasnt even sure of the offers.. bought a large pizza which was meant to come with 5 spicy wings..but they forgot to give the wings..not friendly people at all..wouldnt waste my money there again.

Food came late, got the order wrong, gave us dry chicken, burger was just a bun and chicken price with no sauce and gave the wrong drink. Wouldn't answer when called multiple so basically unreachable. Don't go here.

Pizza was forgotten to be delivered. On second attempt pizza was obviously cold and also by looking at it burned. Don't taste like pizza at all but like a dry bread. Talking service very poor when asked why pizza wasn't delivered with order answer was just busy. Waste of money and will not order again

I don't really know how this place has survived for so many years. The food is absolutely a disgrace to the hospitality industry. Please avoid this place if you are not from Derby. I would rather eat a 1 week old pizza than visit this place because their food tastes far worse.

Fried chicken is not great at all from here. Southern fried, it look more like its been dipped for a millisecond in the breadcrumbs and spent half that time in the frier. Pizza not bad tho

I would have given zero stars but unfortunately you cant... Ordered a burger, twisted fries, popcorn chicken and hot and spicy wings for my partner at 02:15am via the just eat app... received and accepted by the "restaurant". Received a notification saying 'your food will be ordered at 03.20am', 03.20am came and went. The food eventually arrived at home at 04:10am (nearly 2 hours after ordering and an hour of them saying it will arrive at 03:20am). I left a note for the delivery driver not to bang on the front door but to instead ring my partners phone when they were outside. They banged on the door and woke my mother and father in law up (they both had to be up at 06am) the food was cold and tasteless. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered both a child's burger meal and a normal burger meal. Both came with chips and a can. When I received I looked at the portions which err in different sized boxes but looked the same so I decided to weigh it out. Child's burger was 160g and normal was 161g, the burger and chips combined weight for the kids meal was 255g and the normal 268g. Seriously! Paying extra for a "normal" meal when there's a whole extra 13g in it for the extra £1. Anyone wanting to order burger meals you may as well order a kids meal and save yourself the money.

AVOID THIS PLACE!!! Can't give 0 stars. Took my order and my money and food never turned up yet I was told it had left the restraunt hour later still waiting and no one likes to answer the phone!

I would select '0' stars if possible. I made the mistake of ordering from here without looking at the reviews as I fully believed that Just Eat would only have approved and decent take away restaurants on their site.... how wrong was I... I didn't finish the meal as it didn't taste nice.... 5 am the following morning and I started throwing up A LOT.... I couldn't keep any fluids down... I spent a lot of time sat on the toilet. Contacted my doctor and the conclusion is food poisoning. I have also complained to Derbyshire Council and requested they do a food inspection as it is not acceptable!

Worst takeaway food ever.I had Meal for 1 and seafood pizza.The wings were more like bones than chicken.That burger looked like a mess.I don't like the spicy food but I got some spicy wings and the meal deal it says wings not spicy wings.The whole chicken was for sure reheated because it tasted like it was reheated. The pizza was the mostly salted pizza I have ever eaten in my life.😤😖😠

Made an order, never arrived. Terrible service. No notice, no nothing.

Grotesque. I ordered three pizzas and requested absolutely NO MUSHROOMS- but what do I receive? Only a nice pizza graciously sprinkled with mushrooms. Now, as I am HORRIBLY allergic to mushrooms, I have now ordered AND paid for three pizza's ONE CANNOT EAT. To top that all off, when my boyfriend and I attempted to call and reach some kind of middle ground with the 'Pizza hot & chicken' people, they denied the fact that they'd even received an order from us, let alone delivered to us. Now, I do not know what kind of establishment they are attempting to run- but I will not be touching their pizza's with a ten foot poll next time.

I bought a doner kebab and it had a full donkeys penis in it, 10/10 5 stars
