HOT Pizza in Kingston upon Hull, City of

Normally really like this place however husband ordered food tonight to Amethyst and was missing the salad and sauces and we have both been quite ill. We would have paid the extra but it's meant to be included and asks you to tick what you want and it's put us off sadly.

Usually my go to takeaway.. But chips was soggy.. Calzone had hardly no filling in.. No taste/no garlic spread as was stated.. Very bland.. Bit disappointed

Always welcoming and polite, owner welcomes you personally. Food spot on and never any issues. Competitively priced, shop very clean and organised. Never waiting very long for any size order considering how busy they are. Tried other takeaways for comparison but always come back to this one. Spot on, keep up the good work guys. 👍

Got a leaflet through the door and decided to give it a go, wasn't dissapointed. Best pizza and kebab I've had in A long time. Garlic sauce was great, and a nice fresh looking salad to go along with it.

Fantastic takeaway.. use them for general orders and also for our rugby team just across the road.. go above and beyond.. wouldn't go anywhere else

Really appreciate the fact this takeaway put cheese in the bottom of my cheesy chips and on the top really adds that dairy lovely component to the fries, and gives you a perfect 50/50 balance between cheese and potato. What more could you ask for in a portion of cheesy chips. 10/10 would recommend to a friend and a stranger

Great kebabs Every thing was great!

Took my order and then after 30 minutes they rang back and said that they couldn't do it..... absolute joke..... just what you need after a hard day of work when you're starving....

Used hot pizza for years now and they've been brilliant up until recently the staff and service is great as usual but the doner meat has been awful the past few orders not sure if you've changed supplier or gone for the cheapest one but it's awful has lots of hard bits in it and like rubber it's not pleasant.

Great place. Pizza excellent. My American wife says its one of the best she'd tried. Very good customer service. Goes the extra mile to get the order right. Good ordering online App.

Absolutely Brilliant pizzas are loverly dough is so fresh pizza base are so soft and not greasy which is always good.. Would of been five stars but had donner kebabs one time they was ok but not the best the meat needed a little longer cooking time.. Atmosphere its a pizza shop no singing or dancing here, staff are all nice and pleasant. Price is reasonable too which is always a bonus.

We usually order from this takeaway quite regular, and we have had no problem at all, it has usually gone down really well and everyone has enjoyed it. Tonight wasnt quite the same unfortunatly. The girl on the phone took our order with very little enthusiasm and sounded like she would rather be anywhere else but there answering the phone, secondly she took my address incorrect and the delivery woman was sent somewhere totally different, thirdly i ordered stuff crust and the pizza came without it although i had paid for it, fouthly the chicken pizza we ordered had very little chicken on it and where it did have it, it was only on part of the pizza (we didnt ask for half and half) I didnt want to make this review a negative one because like i said we have ordered several times and never had a problem but i cant be anything but honest with hope that future improvement can be made.

Amazing food, literally one of the best around! Every time we’ve ordered it’s been 10/10, the only place we will use now.

My husband and son love the hot shot pizzas from here. Never had an issue with food or delivery.

Honestly probably the best kebab and chips going, huge portions, great quality meat, proper salad and two pots of sauce included. Pizzas are banging as well. The quality really smashes the other takeaways out the window. See you again 👌😁

We used this takeaway to cater for a party, the owner gave us a great deal and was super helpful. The pizzas arrived on time and we're still hot, which was fab considering it was a lot of pizzas! Everyone shared how lovely they were. Definitely recommend

Order was wrong and way over priced

Was previously a nice takeaway. A score of 2 on the hygiene rating and food poisoning later. Its a no from me!

My order was wrong, they sent me a seafood pizza which stunk ! Rang back up for them to say that my order was correct and that I was lying.

Really nice pizza. Got the veggie with added pineapple and the cheese bite crust. Proper takeaway pizza, but with next to no grease. Delivery bang on time.

Not happy at all. Placed an order via telephone for delivery. The woman read back to me what I had ordered. When my order arrived 2 of the meals were incorrect and not nice at all. For what we paid the food wasn't worth it at all. Like I said I'm not happy and will not be ordering from them again. How can you get it so wrong when you read my order back to me. The service was horrendous. Last time I place an order. Not happy.

Had a couple of pizzas from here which have always been nice. The chips are lovely though come in a bag and lots of chip spice they remind me of another take away in the city center.

Had lamb kebabs from here last night..both badly today with stomach issues..wont be using again!

Just started using and the service is second to none, the food is always piping hot, second time using and definitely my first choice from now on.the food is excellent.

Made order online. Waiting already 2hours for driver. Status is showing preparing. Not recommend at all.

How have I never tried here before? The food was top class and great value. Will certainly now be my number one choice for pizza and kebab.

Wouldn't give us a tray of water for our dogs, this was after we went to Farmfoods, as we planned, to discover they only had flavoured water. Made us pay and still wouldn't give us a burger tray for the dogs to drink the water we just paid for. It's not an obligation for them to provide water for dogs, of course it isn't, but it's also not a big ask, especially in the current weather conditions. Living close by with lots of visitors, this takeaway has lost many potential customers going forward.

Gorgeous pizzas and very friendly, love the cheesy bites on the pizza too and the 7" pizzas are great for kids

This has been our go to pizza shop for a couple of years now and we hardly ever have a bad meal from there. However we decided to have one last night and it was by far the worst meal we have ever had from there. The donner meat wasn't it's usual quality. It looked like my kebab was just made up of all the little bits in the bottom of the bowl. Usually the strips are really long and together. The chips were awful yesterday and my wife's chicken donner was barely warm. Pizza as usual seemed OK though. We were left very disappointed last night and wish we hadn't bothered. We will be thinking twice next time we fancy a pizza.

Only been coming here for about 3 months. Food is really good, pizza base is really soft, quality of lamb and other meats in kebabs is good and grilled really well. Our favourite pizza takeaway........ But...more times than not they've got our orders wrong, its so frequent that we're going to start looking for another one to use. Shame because the food is great..... except the chips, they're a bit hit and miss. Sometimes great, other times really soggy.

I think hot pizza are the best in hull they got 1 order slightly wrong offered me 50% discount next order and they stuck by there word GREAT FOOD GREAT COMPANY THANK YOU HOT PIZZA

First time ordering and won't be the last.All the food was delicious and our kids who are super fussy ate all theirs.Excellent prices and pleasant driver and staff on the phone.Thank you.So to add to this review the past 2 Saturday's the food has been wrong or items missing.After being told they wouldn't bring the missing food I spoke to foodhub who have arranged it to be brought out but what's the point nearly 2 hours after having our food.Wont be using again

I must admit its my one of favorite places to go for food. Staff helpful in all the aspects but you must spend some money to get your face known by staff. I would recommend if you in area.

Just re opened after 6 week refurbishment. When you thought this place couldn’t get any better i was wrong, the pizza melts in your mouth and the staff are amazing. They are efficient and take pride in the food they produce. Glad it’s back open and if you’re looking for a top notch takeaway this is the place to go to.

Third time using this kebab shop second time the order has been wrong ordered via the app and the receipt confirmed what I ordered but still it was wrong ordered chicken kebab and chips and a chicken doner but got two chicken kebabs with chips so chicken covered in chip spice which I hate rang and told them to be told mention it next time and we'll give you something free, the food isn't good enough to be getting it wrong..

Just got a delivery the mixed kebab looks nice. 7 inch pizza burnt. I e black. Salad not enuf 4 a baby. Cost 17 pound and got 7 inch tomato bread. Never again.

Love this place but seriously guys, when theres a problem with your website taking the payment twice, you shouldn't hang up on the customer TWICE when their trying to help resolve the problem.

Great food cheap prices all served hot and delicious

The order was taken with ease and it was delivered with the time they said, but the viking boat pizza was soggy on its based, the filling was poor, the donner kebab meat was greasy and the salad was meagre, the cheese pizza was greasy and the base was soggy and the fries belonged in the bin...all in all it was very disappointing.

Fantastic food fantastic value really good staff will recommend to everybody try and cheese crust pizza absolutely fantastic
