Best kebabs I’ve had in a long time.

I can't get over how good the pizza is for the price!

I ordered from this shop for the first time and ordered the kebab special it came piping hot and was the best I had in a long time will be going here from now on ty for great service mark

Ordered for family tonight, so lots of different elements. Absolutely lovely food, hot, cooked well, loads of flavour, my mixed kebab has beaten me, but one of the best kebabs I've eaten. My partners chili sauce apparently is absolutely gorgeous. Cheers folks , keep up the good food and service.

I continue to get amazing pizza and prompt service from here. The pizzas are the tastiest around and I don't say that lightly as a pizza lover! The bases are decent, lots of good quality toppings and the cheese on top is the BEST 🤤 they must use a good mozzarella. Lots of mixed reviews here and the place has changed hands over the past few years but whatever they're doing now is great 👍 I order online. Look out for the 2 pizza deal, around £15.

First time using this kebab shop and honestly won't be using it again. Their was no difference between a kids meal and a standard size. Paid more for the standard size and honestly the kids meal was identical in size. Little more pricey than some other kebab shops in norwich and arguably doesn't justify the price. The food was average and that's all when you're spending £30+ you expect more than average. My advice is spending your money elsewhere for better value, better portion sizes, and better food! Just average.

Every order has arrived early, hot and tasted great.

I always loved the food here. I ordered a chicken, donner and lamb shish as it said on the app. I got just lamb. I called to ask for my correct order but didn't hear back when I was told I would.. Sad as I'm a loyal customer even when my order has been messed up a few times in the past. So I probably won't be back.

Very tasty donner meat, much better quality shish meat than a lot of other kebab shops, and decent portions too. As long as these things are maintained Hot Grill will continue to be our go-to takeaway for kebabs in Norwich

Nice pizza but paid £6 for cheesy chips and got just plain chips. Not a massive deal but just frustrating and disappointing.

I couldn't get to the door quickly which so so delivery person bsng~ on my door so loud an so many times my dog was upset. I told him to drop and get wouldn't. I had to call 101 for the police

Good portion sizes for a really good price, the food tastes lovely. The workers are really kind and polite aswell, I would definitely recommend.

They used to be very clean, lately they use old salad, sometimes it smells and changed in colour Hopefully someone will notice this

The Pizzas were lovely but unfortunately the chips weren't cooked enough they were hard.

The burrito was to die for. Absolutely delicious. However the doner kebab was an abomination. Disgraceful. It genuinely looked like someone had taken a potato peeler to a sausage. It was stacked high, not in a wrap, tasted terrible, it was cold, and you could get more sauce out of an actual rock.

The food was outstanding as always. Ordered directly via phone and saved money, which is a bonus. Very friendly customer service and nice delivery drivers. Think this might be the best kebab in norwich! I order from here all the time. Just wish they would read the notes ! lol. But yeah great food, always arrives quickly and the delivery women was beautiful. All round good stuff !

Very disappointed with the food.I ordered 2 pizzas 1 was fine the other was missing all the meat so you had was cold cheese jalapeño and mushroom pizza. Chips were absolutely freezing cold there has been been a few occasions now where I have used just eat and not been happy for several reasons so I’m not sure I will order through just eat again

It probably would have been an awesome meal had it been at least warm “but” it wasn’t even that it was cold! Me and my friend actually just left it and went to McDonalds

Ordered at 5.40, told 50min wait which was fine, it arrived at 6.40, so a bit late but not bad. Our problem being it was missing bits, it wasn’t complicated either. Called to tell them and was told it would be asap maybe 30mins, were now 1hr10 later from the call for 2 of our group to eat. Told it was on its way after ringing from a separate phone to the initial call complaint as they wouldn’t answer us. It’s not exactly busy for early evening and a kebab shop!! Now 8pm and just delivered, 1hr20 late from the first delivery. Thank goodness we didn’t order for the kids. But on the third complaining call to chase for re delivery we were told we were lying.

Very bad quality of food. Poor service and communication as well. I order a order on Uber eats they got it wrong drastically so I called up the shop to get told I was lying and then they hung up, so which I called again then they was rude on the phone and hung up. Food was very bad and I’m sure it’s not even kebab meat, over priced and just awful. Plus I’ve never had to deal with such rude people.

Absolutely shocking. Tasted bland, asked for salad and sauce, turned up without. Rubbery and dry, Waited an age for it. Complained but they didn't give a toss. Avoid this place.

I gave 1 star because I can't give zero.... I ordered a kebab for delivery. And surprise.... it didn't look like anything and I'm not even talking about the taste!! I strongly advise against

Professional guys with a clean kitchen. A very crisp salad with my chicken kebab, all in all good food that I wouldn't hesitate to eat again.

I always order from here, always quick and very tasty, but tonight I did order meat chips and cheese they forgot to add the meat, I called them very friendly and apologetic and they sent me a whole new one .... Thank you very much hot grill

every time I order a meal deal I never get a drink, 3.99 for delivery and don't even get everything I paid for. Won't be ordering again.

I was visiting Norwich and had the opportunity to order food from Hott Grill. I liked it quite well so far

ate chicken strips and burger last night around midnight. this morning at woke up violently ill, vomiting all day long and only just stopped throwing up. I have reported suspected food poisoning to norwich council. no refund or compensation offered and now a couple of hundred pounds down since not being able to go to work today or tomorrow. absolutely fuming such carelessness and unhygienic practices are allowed. Looking forward to hearing how this will be rectified and for the council to investigate.

I regularly order for delivery and have always enjoyed the food a lot. But for the first time, I went into the takeaway to buy this time and was shocked to see how unhygienic they are when handling food. Using bare hands to grab grated cheese for my chips right after handling money and delivery bags, then throwing any spilled cheese back in the tub. Who knows what else they do out of sight. It really put me off ordering again from here.

It was old right? Nothing special. I wasn't jumping up and down. Kebab shops have really gone downhill in my opinion. However, I am an older person and remember kebab shops when they very first opened and they were fantastic. Now they hit you with any old s***

Really tasty chicken kababs. Didn’t think a mid-week kebab was my thing, but it turns out it is!

They now have new gourmet burgers and they are very lovely. I live nearby and it is a problem so I have had to start doing daily excercise. Very tasty gourmet burgers.

Never come again rude staff asked for ketchup and mayo put half of tub ketchup and mayo whole kebab. was ruined I wanted to shout at him but kept calm did not say anything. Pictures speaks for its self. Also tried charging for chlillis £1.50 when you should get them free on a kebab with salad. Vile place.

Good quality Turkish takeaway. Always hot and well prepared.

Turned up hot and tasty after waiting about an hour and a half. Called them after hour and they said they were low on drivers so bit of a delay. Arrived 30 mins later with apologetic driver. Large mixed Kebab (£12) was good and also good deal with free delivery over 12 quid. Will use again. 👍

Popped in after work, Friendly staff, Reasonable prices and good sized portions. The chips were very tasty (often hit and miss with take aways, but these were delicious) to be fair so was the shish kebab meat and chicken. Saw multiple orders being made while I waited and good food hygiene practices in action (another thing that can be hit or miss in other places lol) Will certainly visit again Google asked me to update my review (it must of detected I was there again) Chips still really tasty (don't know what oil they use but it makes the chips very moreish), shish kebab meat was fantastic. I will be visiting it more often :)

Was in desperate need of some food after a night on the drink. Called these guys at 3am and they were still hard at work. Burger was delicious, chips and chicken nuggets were lovely, food was hot and delivery was quick. Will definitely use again.

Meat feast pizza is mouthwatering, so tasty and warm! Delivery was super fast too, at 2:30am that's impressive. I will definitely order here again.

Where was the rest of our kebabs? The ones we got were so small that I didnt realise you did samples of food??

Our new fave. We order at least three times a week. The freshest hot chilli sauce you will ever have and my all time most amazing fries. Everything is so flavourful and well cooked. The staff are so friendly and hard working. Absolutely support this local business and enjoy their excellent food!

The food was delivered very quickly. I ordered a pizza and some chips which tasted nice, although were quite salty.

You have an issues with your previous owners about a steamer that needs to be returned of the cost of 65 pound that is urgently needed replace or pay or a visit to your premises would be visited to take back the property will take place if you have an agreement in place with kamill that your purchase is that a certain steamer was included ,, well it wasn't an the steamer needs to be returned

Have ordered a few times and will honestly go nowhere else. This restaurant is incredible. Food is always hot and always early, the chicken strips are to die for and the kebabs/wraps are beautiful. So lucky to have it on my doorstep. Customers for life now! Thank you Hot Grill you deserve this recognition.
