New to the area. Very pleasantly surprised by this place. Tried their grilled whole chicken today and far surpassed the location we all know. Clean place, pleasant staff. Would recommend as an occasional treat

Taste wise it was fine and i liked it, but the chicken was not cooked well. Centre part of the chicken was kind not cooked and was raw flesh. Although it was only on one piece of chicken where i bought 4 pieces in total

Bossman (whose picture i’ve attached) is very rude and disrespectful. They have a birthday deal in which if it’s your birthday you get a free meal and it’s my birthday on the 21st of May so i went to claim it. he then asked for ID which i provided in form of a passport to which he repeatedly ignored me and told me my password is fake. he then started to curse me in hindi and disrespect me in the store. Utter disgrace.

We were waiting in the queue at the front and people came in and the server just started ordering from them and didn’t even order from us.

Friendly staff, cheap and well cooked food not to mention reasonably priced! I tried the chicken wings and found them to be nice and crispy but also a nice flavour and not over cooked. The Piri piri chicken and rice had a nice flavour too and I'll recommend hot grill and return if in the area! Thanks hot grill team.

I came here to Hot Grill again after having the 5 wing meal last time. Instead I had the schooltime 1-4pm only offer. I chose the 2 chicken strip burgers and 2 fries(it is £5.99 and 1 burger is usually about £4 so just on the burger alone you are getting a good deal). I had to wait a long time but that is because there are many schoolkids and they are severely understaffed. I love Hot Grill but please try to make more counters/staff at the counters due to the fact it is extremely crowded and I had to wait a long time as all the schoolkids were getting chips or the 5 wings meaning that I took a long time to get my meal. Apart from the unfortunate facts of the large amount of schoolkids that make the line massive and the lack of staff that make making food slower , I love Hot Grill and advise you to go and eat there.

The food here is fantastic. The staff make sure that everything is clean and you will not find any insocials here

I come here every week, they're hospitable and super friendly. What's better tho is the food- top quality for such cheap price 🤩

Ok so here their chicken is spot on as are their fries. Haven’t tried any of their meat deals etc. honestly priced and cooked in front of you most of the time

Nice food I really liked the peri peri and the chicken wings.

Food was great, service was poor. I came at 15:57 and requested the deal stemming from 1-4pm. The manager decided to then tell me that I was unable to get it furthermore he pushed my change onto the counter. Unimpressed but overall great restaurant.

Best chicken shop in the area, the peri peri hits and the chicken wings are nice and crispy. They also include a school deal that helps people who can get 5 wings and chips for only £3.50.

We had an evening eating out craving , this shop right near our house so we decided to eat as we had before and really liked the food and service, I ordered burger and for wife ordered wrap . Bothe things were super delicious and fries with pri pro salt were amazing. The sauces choice is great as well. I loved the food and staff.

Very bad customer service. Very rude of taking the order for someone that have allergy over the phone and change their mind straight away when they know they had to make fresh food to deliver.Don’t recommend anyone to order this food. They don’t care about the customer and they are very dirty

I loved the food from hot grill especially the grill items. I’m not really a fan of fast food but after eating from this shop I would love to visit it again. The staffs were very kind with severing the food. I was extremely impressed by Hot Grill.

This place is recently opened up not far from Wallington Station. I ordered a Grill wings from there and it was 10/10 I really liked the flavour as you can not get from other takeout places.Very nice decor.highly recommend

I have went to this chicken shop many times and their food is fantastic the service is speedy and reliable and the chefs are extremely friendly, strongly suggest for a cheap lunch or snack!!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The friendly owner and delicious chicken wrap with tasty peri peri sauce made for a wonderful meal. The restaurant was clean and maintained on a high level of quality. The prices were also very cheap and affordable. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant in the future and highly recommend it to others.
