Been ordering for quite some time- this place never disappoints 😋👌🏼

I just order 6 pc of chicken and 12 wings. I got only the chicken. I called the shop and they said they gave the delivery man my order.. we got proof.. take action about these delivery guys.. i want my refund for the wings

Not a good experience this time. The portion of loaded fries was very small with hardly any toppings compared to usual. The wings were cold and soggy, which was really disappointing. I've tried their loaded fries and wings many times before, and the wings are always crispy with a generous portion of fries fully loaded with toppings. This time, it felt like a completely different place. Definitely not worth the money on this occasion.

Crispy chicken and chips for amazing value! Will return again, there is lots of taste for the money.

I didn't receive my food although the app said it was delivered. Rung the restaurant twice to check where the food was. Told that there was no driver.

the driver was rude, did not listen and kept calling, didn't say anything on the phone then kept hanging up, he only gave the food when my boyfriend went outside... refused to serve a woman

The pre rolls gave me a head ache never buy there again also have me horrible diarrhoea so not sigma

chicken was oily took 40 minutes to make gave me diarrhoea for a week and they left half eaten bones in the box

Buffalo wings very dry with no sauce . fries still hard and not cooked

I work a couple of doors down from this shop and I have brought from there a few times over the last couple of months. And the food has not disappointed me once. The food is always cooked well and tastes even better. For a half pound meal I pay £6 so amazing value for money too. The people behind the counter are always happy to see me and never had a problem. I would recommend this place to anyone wether passing by or looking to treat the family with a take away.

Usually like this place but the pizza is horrible and they didn’t give me any sauce

We ordered the loaded nachos but it was curry like and too spicy. We were expecting traditional salsa and guacamole. There was no description on the item on Just Eat.

Best place and a friendly service….chicken is flavourful and juicy and the Cajun fries are amazing..they have good deals on pizza cant wait to try there other flavour on wings. Very clean and nice place. Definitely go here

Honestly the food here has never disappointed me and the service is chill and collected !! But this isn't your average chicken shop, Chick'n lounge is putting out more variety of dishes and a high quality of flavour and ingredients. So I advise anyone to give it a try !

Ordered from here on my way home from work tonight. This place is 100x better now under new ownership. Clean and fresh inside and out. The meaty feast pizza was really good. The fries were hot, tasted fresh and were not soggy like some places. The added free wings to sample were a great touch. Definitely ordering some of those next time. Keep up the great work and I will be a regular
