Hot And Spicey in Stirling

we tried to order over the phone but they kept putting themselves on mute and telling us to wait then hung up on us with no word and then declined our call when we called back.

Ordered a 16 inch hot n spicy special pizza. But it was nothing but a disappointment. Had to wait for 2 hours for a cold and bland pizza i have ever tasted. Forgot the extra toppings and cheesy crust. Phone manager but was no compensation.

Order for a collection for Stuff crust hot n spicy 16inch pizza for 16£ at 7.15 and requested collection time for 8.15. When reached hot n spicy to collect my pizza they made a normal pizza, like 1 for wrong order. Upon collection they said pay 10£ and have it. It is unacceptable as they would have made a new one in an hour. Or should have been given wrong pizza for free. Dont waste time and energy on ordering from them.

Absolutely horrible I ordered a burger meal and I regretted it two minutes after opening the door squashed burger and 5 chips or so in next the the so called burger only eat here as a very last resort ps it wouldn't let me post the bashed up burger meal

So today (18/12/2021) on the early hours i order a chicken tikka kerba and if you want it hot for spice you cant go wrong, but to anyone who has had a chicken tikka kerba and you are expecting something mild do not order from here otherwise it will be hot to the point that the spice level comes close to a vindalue. Other then this the meat was juicy and the salad looked and tasted fresh

We searched on just eat for highest rated Indian takeaways in the local area (we were visiting on holiday). This restaurant came up as one of the top rated places. Service was good as the food arrived in the time that was quoted. However, it was poor at best. The vindaloo was tasted solely of curry powder, both poppadoms were stale, the peshwari naan bread had granulated sugar on it & the bhajis were borderline inedible. The most eye watering part of the whole meal was the price - nearly 46 pounds for one starter, 2 mains, 2 naans & a rice. Avoid at all costs. Terrible doesn’t quite cover it.

We ordered pizza and some indian curry and both dishes were really good! The food was ready for pickup only 15 minutes after we had placed our order.

Food was delicious and good priced too ,lots of options as we had young children with us so they accommodate everyone of us ,visuted couple of tomes during out stay in Stirling.great service much appreciated

I called this place yesterday to place a large order (around £100) Alarm bells rang when the 'lady' who answered the phone carried on having a conversation with someone she was talking to in person for a few seconds. I asked for a delivery, said it was a larger order and asked if that was ok? Alarm bells rang again because she was borderline argumentative when I was merely reading out the order... The best bit was when I ordered a particular meal and she abruptly stated that it was too late for that meal. I apologised and said I didn't realise that and (on checking the menu) it was only 8 minutes past the cut off time... I had no intention of insisting that she provided said meal but she continued to be cheeky. So I asked if she would prefer I didn't give her my order. She continued to rant for a few minutes then said she didn't want the order. We told the staff at the place where we staying and they IMMEDIATELY recommended a place very close by. What a difference!! Taste Budz in Stirling did the job with class! They were polite and friendly, the food was made fresh to order, they threw in a few extras and helped us to the car with our food (there was so much) ! I will write another review for Taste Budz giving more detail. I just wanted to let the owners know that the charming female behind the counter on 9th May turned down a £100 order... By the way, when I popped in for a menu, the place was empty. When we were standing in Taste Budz, the place was full to the brim the whole time.

Ordered a delivery at 6.45pm and didn’t receive it 3hours later. Phoned twice to find out when it would be arriving and was told it wouldn’t be long. First call was at 8.45pm and second was at 9.40pm where I was told it would be a couple of minutes. Was then informed from just eat that I’d been lied to and that the order had been cancelled. Absolute disgrace!

Been a few times to hot and spicy.... What can l say... Very very good curries... Probably best in Stirling... And I've had a few... You can take away or sit in... Chicken chaat... Freshly made... Ace

STEER CLEAR IF YOU WANT FED THE SAME DAY!!! Only used here once before and food was late and burnt. You would think I wouldn't go near it again but I did. Ordered 1 pizza this time and it took 2 hours from order to get here. When I complained to the woman who delivered it that it took a while and I wasnt happy, she was very abrupt at the door and mumbled something to me in a rude manner after turning her back on me and walking away. To top if off food was freezing and tasteless but we were so hungry we heated it back up in the microwave and ate it. I WILL NOT be ordering from here again and recommend strongly to STEER CLEAR AT ALL COSTS!!!

I finished work quite late at night 12pm and I searched online for take out restaurants, I came across Hot&Spicy and ordered a Chicken Tikka Massala, the food was ready after 10 minutes and additionally that gave me a free veg pakora. The lady behind the counter was very nice and happy, she made me feel very welcome. Thank you!

Pedimos comida caliente y picante el sábado. Una hora de té especial un kebab y pizza junto con algunos otros pedacitos y jugo. la orden debía llegar a las 20. 10 a las 19. 45/19. 50 nuestra puerta fue sacudida y golpeada como si el mundo se estuviera acabando. . por el tiempo que me llevó levantarme y dirigirme a la puerta, el chofer de la entrega se enfureció porque ella me había esperado a que llegara a mi puerta. Me disculpé por su espera para que me gritaran que mi comida se enfriaba, no la de ella, y ella había estado en mi puerta por más de 5 minutos. Esto fue una mentira, le dejé terminar su diatriba y luego le dije que había recibido un terrible servicio de atención al cliente y me recibió con más gritos y gemidos del cliente que pagaba. Cerré bruscamente la puerta de entrada porque no estaba parada escuchándola gritarme. Llamé al restaurante, que no fue muy servicial. Lo lamenté y no volverá a suceder, eso es todo. Es seguro decir que nuestra familia no recibirá comida de un restaurante mal administrado que permite que el personal les grite a los clientes y se estrelle en las puertas de entrada como si el mundo terminara sin seguimiento. ¿Qué pasa si soy frágil y viejo y la puerta fue así, entonces grité cuando abrí la puerta. Servicio repugnante

We ordered spicy special, baryani, and tandoori half on bone chicken. The service was quick, food quantity was enough for four people, and taste was full of the spices flavour.

Very friendly cafe in Stirling. We were looking for a quick fix and they delivered. Very nice meal which they served in their cafe (which was mainly for take aways). Food was good, service great and price ok.

Another fantastic buffet from Hot & Spicy ,pleasant staff taking my order,fast delivery service ( within the hour) delivery girl very nice and again pleasant ,will certainly order from here again and tell friends and family ,well done keep up the good work .Henderson Stirling .

Listed under 'Thai' restaurant? I've visited/lived in thirty odd countries and so far, I've never seen a Pakistani takeaway providing authentic food! Come on guys, what happened to the Trade Description Act?? If you want Thai food, you go to a THAI restaurant!!

He estado en este 'Restaurante' en varias ocasiones, cada vez que estoy pagan un precio diferente para la misma comida. Sin embargo, en mi anterior visita, y última visita! Me entró en el establecimiento con unos amigos a cerrarse antes, lo que sé puede ser un dolor a los trabajadores que están ansiosos de acabado sin embargo esto no es excusa para la prisa poco hecha comida que recibimos - patatas fritas todavía hacía frío en el medio y difícil. Tan pronto como yo y mis amigos me dio nuestro dinero las luces y antes de que yo tenía la oportunidad de salir de mi asiento que estaba siendo acompañado porque donde ahora 'cerradas" me pareció que era muy necesario ya que donde claramente dejando de todos modos. Nos donde luego seguimos hasta la puerta de los miembros del personal (todos los hombres), hilo que era broma y ahora que tenían nuestro dinero nuestra a medida ya no estaba valorada. Me hicieron entonces una respuesta agresiva por parte de los trabajadores que no repetiremos. Id cualquiera se aloje lejos de esta muy desorganizado y mal administrado el establecimiento.

Bien no es un 5 * restaurante, y que no pretende ser. Tiene un personal amigable y servicio rápido y comida decente por un buen precio. Me gustaron particularmente el cordero Biryani, y el Biryani de hongos, y tienes que merece un premio si es que puedes comer toda la cama king size Doner kebab. Teníamos tres comidas de adulto y una comida de niño aquí esta noche, algunas bebidas y cambio de 22 libras. Nos hemos estado aquí un par de veces en el último año y que siempre es bueno. Sin duda volveremos aquí en el futuro.

Fast delivery and service in the shop, great food, and fantastic prices! Great if you fancy not cooking. Shame that they shut earlier than the clubs though.

Bland unseasoned meat of dubious origin, well overpriced too, at over £20 for a curry with a starter and a bag of chips and a naan bread, not what you expect from a takeaway
