Des plats bien parfumés, on retrouve les goûts de la Thaïlande. Curry vert extra. Pad Thai très corrects. Tarifs raisonnables. Service agréable.

Rather tired in all respects. Table furniture, crockery, cutlery and decor. Food decidedly average. I have had better, I have had worse. For the location, the setting and the quality, a bit highly priced. Not outrageous, but not what it deserves.

This is by far the best Thai restaurant I have been west of Thailand. The food is authentic and fresh - nothing more to say about that.

The foods were great. My mom said it tastes very authentic but the service was not so pleasant. Our nephew (2 yr old) was having like baby talk with us and the waiter came to us if we want to sit inside as to not interrupt other customers (which at that time they only got 2 other customers). 🥲and they kept on looking at us like 'are you done?'

The thing about restaurants is:Its not just about tasty food.Its about caring service as well! While I'm not knocking the food in this place- the main course I had was well worth experiencing! But it felt that they were just trying to make money off you and sell table space rather than try to make you feel welcome! And the waiting staff just seemed so young and inexperienced!

Bit into raw chicken and have the worst stomach cramps ever. Waiter was unapologetic and rude. Left us no choose but to walk out in utter disbelief and disgust.

The medium age MALE staff was rude. Sarcastic and unwelcome. He asked us whether to eat in or take away. I said eat in. He heard me wrongly and tried to correct me. Tbh, not what a typical waiter should be. So we walked out. The other day, we passed by the restaurant and saw another waitress serving, so we gave it another try. She gave us warm welcome and let us sanitize our hands. Also wears mask and protective equipment even though not serving. We ordered steamed lemon fish which the waitress recommended and it was great. The calamari and pad Thai was bland and boring. I would not recommend this restaurant as it was a 15% gratuity (such a ripped off).

My girlfriend and I went for the first time when we moved in the area around a year ago. We decided to try it since we both love Thai food. Ever since then we have been going over very regularly! we love the food which is authentic and not like many Thai places around London and Europe which are europeanised and often tasteless. Here food is proper tasty like you can try in Thailand. The place is absolutely very simple inside, but tidy and clean. The food is great. The curries are incredibly tasty and nice, and we tried them all I would say, even the meat quality they use is extreme tender and nice. We really like the Pad Thai, which is a Thai dish for which I am very picky having tried many around Thailand with local people. Going there regularly either to dine in or to take away (and with take away we fill two stomachs with 25ish pounds), we got to know the general manager well, his name is Apple, and he is great. Always very helpful, respectful and professional with clientele, and he is very friendly especially when you get to know him. I couldn’t understand the bad reviews I was reading on here thinking of the treatment and the food quality we always experienced there. I then got to know that before 2019 there was a different management team, so the reason became clear. We brought and suggested the place to many friends and they all loved it. It has a very easy, dress down and low profile atmosphere. Will will keep on going back, definitely.

I was surprised to see some of the comments about the staff. The food was good, but what made me want to write a review was their level of service. Maybe it's because we went right after lockdown, but it was obvious how meticulously clean and careful they were being. We were made to sanitize our hands and get our temperatures checked before being seated. Staff had on masks and also spent time disinfecting when not tending to customers. They were friendly, offered recommendations when asked, and taught us a bit of Thai as well. I used to live in SE Asia, and Thai food was a staple part of my diet then. I would definitely go back.

Very bad service with taking orders, bringing food and bill. Seated near the front of restaurant to appear that they are busier. Food was ok but not worth the price.

My partner and I came across this place quite by accident on Monday night and took our chances. I lived in Bangkok for seven years so my opinion might not me mainstream.

Visited with family as in London for a few days. The food was fantastic, slightly pricey but piping hot and lots of flavour. The staff were quite poor with service skills and sat chatting rather than waiting on guests.

Ordered green curry with chicken, a beer and water. The water was warm and the glasses were dirty... The green curry itself was amazing but the chicken was dry and very boring. The staff was not nice and acted like they wanted us to leave even though the place was almost empty. Felt like they didn't want us there at all, the whole dinner felt quite uncomfortable.

This has to be hands-down the worst Thai restaurant I have been to in London or elsewhere. Non-existent service and decor - this would have been acceptable if food was up to scratch. The Thai basil prawn curry was worse than what I can manage on my own at home and worst bit was the coconut rice which was undercooked.

We enjoyed a very pleasant pre-theatre meal here. It was early ( 6p.m ) so quiet. It took a while for them to come and see what we wanted to order but we weren't in a hurry. Once served, service was pretty quick. I had Beef Pad Thai and my wife had Chicken Massaman Curry. They were both very nice indeed. We didn't have any more as we were full up. My wives portion of chicken was huge and unfortunately she left quite a lot of it.

We visited London. Walked in to this Thai restaurant close to Baywater. I have to be honest, my wife is Thai. So we know how Thaifood should taste. This is Thaifood all the way. So be prepared...very spicy and very tastefull, no compromising. Arooy..sawasdee Krhap.

I have eaten at Thai restaurants through the US, Europe, and Asia. This is easily the worst experience I have ever had a Thai restaurant, hard to imagine how it’s possible to do a Thai place—which seems to be a simple staple everywhere in Asia and the west—this badly. Takes some effort. Paid 25 GBP for two dishes that took OVER AN HOUR to arrive at the table in a nearly empty restaurant. One was “Thai calamari” which, for 7 GBP, consisted of five bites of bland calamari with a touch of browning shredded iceberg lettuce next to it. The other dish, the curry, took so long I had to ask to pay my check and take it away. When I got home I discovered a watery mixture in a plastic thing with a few beans and shrimp floating in it that smelled so off I made the surely wise choice not to eat it. Nothing spoils an evening better than an experience such as this. As far as I could tell, the children had been left to run the place while others went off for the Friday evening. They hadn’t a clue what to do or even what to say about it.

Food was terrible. They seemed to charge extras for everything. A meal for two cost us almost £70 because they charged extra for everything such as a boiled egg or sticky rice which other restaurants would include as part of the dish. This place is a rip off so be warned!

Meal with kids. Staff very friendly. Food arrived swiftly. Very tasty halal food. The garlic pepper duck and wagyu beef was delicious as was the soft shell crab. Great location just opposite Bayswater station. Decent value for money in view of the food served and the restaurant location. Will go back!

It is basically a standard tourist style Thai menu. As always, if you ask for Thai Style you get a big more spice and flavour. She Chu Kung is quite good here though, as is the soft shell crab.

The food was cold and we asked for it to be warmed. We were treated like an appendage to the place and like they couldn't wait to be alone and get rid of us. the young boy didn't get us anything we asked for and we were so embarrassed to ask for things like we were nagging them. Food is not cheap and we expected better taste even the most basic massaman curry or green curry needed some help in flavour and serviced with cold rice is a no no for us. We then saw them cleaning the plates and cutlery and to be honest i won't go there again the plate was way to near the guys face for it be hygienic when they were wiping it. Customer service, lack of flavour, high prices and being treated like a stray dog on the streets - don't waste your money or time!

Yo personalmente he estado yendo a Horapha cada semana por los últimos dos años mientras vivía en Queensway y este es uno de los pocos restaurantes tailandeses en la zona. El propietario parece agradable pero no la mayor parte del tiempo. Después de un incidente que la camarera me gritó en frente de otros clientes como yo venía de una orden para llevar, decidí nunca volver.

We're Asian and live in Asia, and must say the Tom Yum soup here really impressed us! Authentic taste and portion was good for 2 of us to share. Thai milk tea was also good and authentic. Basil chicken not too shabby, Thai fish cakes were not bad but only 4 pieces for £5.50.

Food quality was great. Beef was very tender and tasty. Soft shell crab was the main reason I went there and I was very happy with it!

We had our last meal in London at this restaurant. Impressive! Really good food and really good service. We loved it. the perfect end to a perfect vacation.

Most people went to that area for chinese restaurant next door. But dont forego this little gem. Some dish of thai foods here are amazing. Suggests the "tum-tad" and "moo-num-tok" noodle.

I gave it a try tonight. My mild chicken green curry was super hot. Couldn't eat without drinking. Chicken was very chewy. I was charged extra for rice although the photo in the menu suggests rice is included. Tip wax added to my bill at the end. For these reasons, I do not recommend this Thai restaurant.

Eating on my own as on business in London. Was left 15 minutes in a corner with no service even to get a drink. Manager was busy chatting up a Thai family & could see me there having given me the table. Starter was very average. Plastic fishcakes with quite frankly brown & past sell by date ice berg lettuce. Main was acceptable (jungle curry) but chicken was tough & there was not enough rice on the side (which was an extra charge) to soak it up. I had to ask three times for chilli flakes on the side & shout out 4 times to get my bill because the owner was still sucking up to a Thai family & frankly ignored me. Not a comfortable position to be put in as a solo diner when you just want to pay & go but it's also unacceptable for any size group. Will not be going back, especially as they also put a service charge on the bill! Bit of a joke really!

We were a table of 12 on a Sunday evening. This restaurant is very friendly, newly refurbished, clean and have some good sitting. Just opposite the bayswater station! Service is nice for this type of restaurant. They have a good selection of food. I took the H3 which is combo. Good to be shared for two people. I mainly liked their green Cury. So tasty!! Paul made us feel comfortable and I am sure we will be back soon!

We ordered the H1 menu. It seemed big when in arrived but then we realized it was all bones no meat. They put the chicken ribs as if they were "meat". The papaya salad was not fresh at all. The flavor was not that bad, but it is rather over priced.

I waited more than hour for the food so if you have plenty of time to taste thai food, this restaurant might suit you. The food was delicious especially the spicy grilled pork or nam tok moo yang. The sevice wasn't good. The man who might be the restaurant owner's friendly while other waitresses weren't responsible . I asked for more water but they gave me the receipt so I told that I ordered water. They just put the bottle of water and didn't speak anything. However, it charged 12.50% for service charge. It's non reasonable for its service.
