Great service. Coffee and food was very good – particularly impressed by their scones, but all the dishes we tried were good. And all at a very good price. Highly recommended.

This was our first visit to the Hopeman Sands Coffee Shop since new owners took it over. The menu has a decent range of light lunches, and the usual hot and cold drinks are on offer. Service was quick and very friendly, and prices were reasonable. Most importantly, our party of four thoroughly enjoyed our lunch. Recommended

My husband and I went into the cafe this morning we got a table no bother then sat for about 15 minutes the servers walked past our table not once did they come and take our order a couple came in after us when the server took their order before us we walked out as we were there before them and had been sitting for longer. We will never go back to that café again if that's the way they treat their customers. It was a disgrace

We stay locally and hadn’t visited before but decided to pop in for a coffee, tea and a cake. As it was late forenoon one cake between us was more than enough as it was large !! Friendly staff and excellent service with an extremely varied menu, which we aim to return and have something larger next visit. Would highly recommend and encourage both locals and visitors to the area to visit. Frank D Hopeman

We popped in here when walking the Moray coastal trail. It was the perfect place to have a rest out of the wind. Lots of food options and a tempting selection of cakes. They offer some gluten free options and are dog friendly. Staff were all friendly and helpful. It is located up the high street but it is worth the short detour from the beach

The waitress was very nice when taking the order, but the manager was unfriendly and rude. Our order was delivered incorrectly twice (wrong items from what we ordered) and we were polite when saying. There was no apology - just tutting and we were made to feel as though it was our fault! We weren’t the only customers who she was like this with. It’s a shame as it’s a nice enough venue and the food was ok but the manger needs to learn some basic manners and customer service skills and manners.

We called in for breakfast rolls. Both the bacon and sausage rolls were delicious. Freshly cooked and lovely fresh rolls. Nice cappuccinos as well. The owners and staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome. Look forward to visiting again.

This was a surprise finding this lovely coffee shop in the small village of Hopeman on the Moray coast. On our way to Findhorn from Elgin using the coast road and after having walked our dogs along the lovely beach and harbour we wondered up the quite main street to find this absolute delight . I had a lovely rustic tomato soup and sandwich combo. Soup so tasty and bread was delicious. Coffee and home made cake to follow plus I might add cakes to take away. Owners very nice and deserve success having recently just bought and fefurbished the place. This they told as after we completed them on their food and decor.

We liked the cafe very clean and cosy, but we weren't impressed with the hafe hour wait, had better pancakes than we got served today, scrambled eggs were good, felt for the £28 it wasn't worth the money. Grandson had 2 sausages they were the cheap version no taste.

Lovely, friendly cafe We had breakfast, scrambled egg with smoked salmon and roll with bacon and egg, both cooked perfectly and very tasty. Sitting area spotless and tables well spaced out. Will definitely visit again and even better dogs are allowed.

While staying at findhorn bay camp site we decided to try Pizza for a quick meal . We had ham and pineapple pizza , garlic bread with feta dip and finished it off with tiramisu. It did not disappoint, especially the tiramisu.Decent size of pizza , plenty for 2 of us with 2 slices left to eat later .Didn’t have long to wait .

Friendly staff, felt very welcome without being stifled. Lovely cafe with home cooked foods. We arrived in time for lunch service. Great selection for all. I had homemade Cullen Skink, best I have ever tasted! Ordered 2 children's meals too of chicken breast burger and Mac n Cheese. Deluxe hot chocolate was amazing, piled high in cream, Marsh mallows and chocolate. Very reasonable prices for home cooked food. Highly recommended. Busy place and rightly so!

Gréât place to stop for proper coffee (the best in Speyside), snacks, and it’s right next to parking and a secure playground for the kids.
