The food is ok ,since the new owners the prices have gone up and TBH I allways have to add my own order up as they seem to like adding thirty and fourth pences to my orders every time , don't get me wrong I don't mind calling them out onit but some people probably don't recognise or don't speak up . They still do this until this day , check your not over charged before paying .

first impressions count for a lot and the one this gives is of a place that needs a lot of work done. Wallpaper is peeling of the wall , mismatched floor tiles, and nothing has changed inside the shop in about 20 years. Can only comment on the english side of there takeaway menu but the chips are very hit and miss (a lot depends on what time you get there). Gravy is very watery and spicy. beans are always hard when i have bought them. My mum really loves the curry but hates there mushy peas and says the fish is just ok. Service is thou on the slow side is really good always greet you with a smile and are always polite Edit: just adding this in that i found (Hope Well was awarded a Food Hygiene Rating of 1 (Major Improvement Necessary) by Manchester City Council on 12th February, 2017) as of the 25th of august its still only 1 star

Ordered a sweet and sour chicken meal for takeaway. The prices were very generous, portion size was enough for two. I felt that the fried rice was a little stodgy however it was still edible. The batter on the chicken wasn't the regular type that Chinese takeaways serve, however I still enjoyed the meal. Not tried anything else on the menu or been inside but for the price I'd give it a try.

For a small singular red bull mixer it is £4. Absolute rip off for the pricing of some items and reasonable for others.
